Hotel Beach di Andalusia, Spain

El hotel ofrece una experiencia placentera con sus amplias instalaciones y un entorno natural impresionante. La atención del personal es excepcional, y la variedad de servicios, como la piscina, contribuyen a una estancia agradable. Sin embargo, en la primera planta, se pueden escuchar muchos ruidos desde temprano, lo que puede afectar el descanso. Además, en cuanto al cuarto de baño siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería de tener bañeras sino plato de ducha, el agua no regulaba bien la temperatura, lo que fue un inconveniente durante la estancia.

The hostel is centrally located, close to the cathedral, beach, train/bus station, also surrounded by restaurants & stores. Reception service was great-fast check-in, loved that they let us leave our luggage there while we explored because we arrived super early. Super accommodating, as soon as our room was ready they let us have access way before the check-in time. It’s clean and has everything you need for a decent stay. A couple of things are a little old & require an upgrade like the shower head didn’t stay on the holder and the toilet seat would move. Aside from that, no complaints.

junior suite was great! very good value for money considering i booked last minute stayed at the new wing just opened/ refurbished a week prior to my stay there was a executive lounge offering free snacks. the pool is a bit small but the sundeck was really nice

Increíble la calidad precio, la gente muy amable y atenta.

Fantastic apartment. Not large, but everything you need. And the view is spectacular and it's great to come back in the afternoon and relax by the swimming pool. They don't clean your apartment and don't refill the coffee, dishwasher tablets, etc. But there is a supermarket next door with everything you need.

Hotel con un diseño muy bonito, me ha sorprendido. Habitaciones espaciosas pero se nota el paso de los años. Dos camas dobles aunque los colchones son de muelles. Comida bastante aceptable sin llegar a ser notable. Amabilidad del personal.

A estadia foi ótima em praticamente todos os aspetos — o hotel é muito agradável, com excelentes instalações, ambiente tranquilo e localização fantástica. O atendimento foi sempre simpático e atencioso, e no geral a experiência foi muito positiva. No entanto, há alguns pontos que poderiam ser melhorados: o acesso à piscina interior é pago (15€ por apenas 90 minutos), a troca de toalhas de piscina tem um custo adicional de 1€, e durante os 3 dias de estadia as toalhas de banho do quarto não foram trocadas uma única vez. O pequeno-almoço, embora bom e num espaço amplo, poderia ser mais variado. Nos balneários do spa, apesar de ser um espaço agradável, apenas estavam disponíveis duas salas de banho — o que pode ser pouco quando há mais hóspedes a quererem usar o espaço, embora tenha dado bastante jeito no último dia para tomar um duche antes da viagem de regresso. No geral, recomendo o Estival Islantilla, pois oferece uma ótima experiência, mas com alguns detalhes a melhorar para estar à altura de um verdadeiro resort de quatro estrelas.

A experiência foi boa ,o atendimento de chegada foi excelente.O quanto estava em perfeitas condições de limpeza e muito bem apresentado. O ar condicionado não fazia frio suficiente,ao qual foi reclamado e ficou quase igual (passei calor ). O estacionamento é excelente. As piscinas exteriores e SPA são excelentes.

I love the hostel. The staff is really friendly and nice. They are helpful for the first timer and guides well. The capsule is comfortable and unique experience. The bathroom have all you needed; shampoo, body lotion, body shower etc. The most important thing is the toilet has bidet. The pantry amenities is good and well maintained.

Overall, common areas are modern and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views over the city, botanic garden, and sea side. The hotel also offers very good facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi & gym. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety to pick from. However there were quite a few disappointments: service at the bar was really bad, with staff sighting and making faces when you ask to order something, the inner spa is at additional cost and the rooms are very small which does not make it worth the price we paid.
