Hotel Beach di Catalonia, Spain

Price/quality is good. The terrace opens like a garage door, a very interesting solution, though right in front of it (1st floor) is the employees' staircase, so it is not comfortable to keep the window open. The room is not new, but it was not critical for me. We did not use the pool, because the flight was early in the morning. I did not like the unclear topic with the deposit, the information on the website says that it is only taken from guests under 25 years old, I am older, but they asked me for it too. Moreover, they took the card and began to rewrite all the data for themselves, including the CVC, it is not safe. Therefore, the room was not checked after check-out! Logic? Overall, I would like to come back again, the beach is very close

Location: The hotel is located near the train station, but getting there requires climbing a steep hill. It’s puzzling why the hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle bus to the station. On the bright side, the hotel faces the sea, offering stunning views. There’s also a sightseeing mini-train right downstairs, which costs €8 per person. It takes you around some of Tarragona’s main attractions, but it doesn’t stop along the way, nor is there any guided commentary. Service: The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. They not only recommended excellent sightseeing routes but also some very delicious restaurants. Since we arrived early for check-in and our room wasn’t ready, they kindly offered us the option to use the gym facilities to change clothes if needed. Cleanness: Good. Facility: The mattress was terrible. Why do mattresses in Spanish local-brand hotels seem to always sag so much? Do they actually prefer that sinking feeling? Overall: Great value for money.

The sea view has a sth in the middle that blocked the view, but so far it’s a good view with yachts (if the weather is good). Pretty far from everything related to business. We had a hard time traveling every day to city centre as business traveller, but uber is cheap here so it’s ok. Very leisure traveller, i think it’s a good hotel. For breakfast I think it’s more cost effective to book here on app. It’s much more expensive to pay at the hotel. Breakfast is good here.

Room serviced every day by really friendly staff. Breakfast was great and again wonderful staff!! Receptionist was so helpful with transportation to Barcelona after our stay. Location was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel NM fue excepcional. La amabilidad del personal hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La localización es inmejorable, a poca distancia a pie de la playa y del centro, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de todo lo que Playa de Aro tiene para ofrecer sin necesidad de un coche. Además, es un lugar perfecto para los amantes de los animales; viajamos con nuestros dos perras y fueron muy bien recibidas. ,Las instalaciones son amplias y modernas, y todo está impecable. Aparcar en la calle fue fácil y cómodo. El desayuno es muy bueno, con deliciosas opciones sin gluten que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más agradable.  El único aspecto que podría mejorarse es la conexión wifi, que a veces era débil, pero esto no empañó nuestra experiencia general. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias a todo el equipo del Hotel NM.

Very good hotel. They just completed a full refurb. The zone of the entrance looks very modern. Breakfast is excellent just I think they should offer more variety to stand out. For me was a really nice stay and we would come back.

Amazing hotel, stunning location, the food in the restaurant was very good. Close to shops and right on the beach, supermarket close by, everything’s in walking distance. No beach towels but lots of shops selling them, the beach is stunning one either side and accessible via steps, my room had a sea view I recommend booking this… it was an outstanding view

I had a beautiful stay. I had been staying and loving the SLS Hotel in Miami and therefore wanted to try this new one in Barcelona. It looks very luxurious and the room I had was very spacious and just beautiful and well thought over all. The only thing that wasn’t super ideal for someone who loves walking a lot is the location. It was great, next to the beach and also really great amenities however getting to the city one would always have to take an Uber since it’s quite far away from it. At some point I started riding the bicycle and that was great as well but it just needs to be considered. Also you should not sleep with the doors to the balcony opened. They do warn about it at the hotel and for a reason. There are truly a lot of mosquitoes and just after one night leaving the door opened I was completely covered with mosquito bites. Also if possible ask for rooms farther away from the pool as that is where most of the mosquitoes will be. I got moved to a new room so the service is amazing.

The location was perfect – conveniently situated close to key attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and top-notch service.

This was a great short stay at Hilton Diagonal Mar. The location is perfect to the beach and shopping. The service was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I always enjoy staying at a Hilton hotel and this stay was definitely no exception. Would recommend to those looking for a quality stay.
