Hotel Beach di Catalonia, Spain

Por lo general muy bien, me permitieron late checkout y me cambiaron de habitación al no ser cama doble como ponía en la descripción de trip.com en la cual también ponía que había bañera pero no había... La limpieza bien, cama muy cómoda, ubicación buena, quizás lo que menos el desayuno, le faltaba algo de selección para ser un 4 estrellas, era todo demasiado simple, pero el señor que estaba en la sección de huevos y creps hechos al momento fue muy amable (Yusef), bien por lo general. El spa no sé dónde queda, ni hacen alusión de ello. Por lo tanto que se llame Hotel & Spa me parece un poco innecesario.

Super mooi nieuw hotel met meerdere zwembaden. Aardig personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Wij waren hier voor 3 dagen in oktober maar zijn zeker van plan terug te komen in de zomer!

We spent a weekend at Aiguablava Parador in Begur. We were a party of four people. The good points were the location, the rooms (comfortable beds, fabulous sea view, spacious rooms, nice amenities) the hotel is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool, at the top end of the cliff, although not massive, is large enough and with fantastic views of the area. A very privileged position with views of Aiguablava cove and a private path down to the cove. Breakfast was varied and good quality in general and served in the breakfast room with gorgeous views. Freshly squeezed fruit juice and good quality coffee. The negatives were the check in experience, too long and with an inexperienced receptionist who lacked aptitude in the treatment of experienced travelers/customers and couldn’t get my name right. There was a general lack of coordination between departments (reception and restaurant) our evening meal reservation was not communicated to the restaurant either of the two days and my name was wrong in all departments from beginning to end even though the receptionist had access to my ID card and the online booking form. The evening meals were sub standard. Generally unpleasant food, tasteless fish and a dirty lukewarm brown sauce, packet custard-based deserts. Brick sized chunks of melon as fruit salad. Some dishes were inedible. A very limited wine list and very expensive wines. The service in the restaurant varied from pleasant to inappropriate with some comments from waiting staff demonstrating their inexperience and unsuitability to work in a hotel of this category, even though they were pleasant and kind at all times. On a final note, I requested by telephone if it would be possible to have some candles on a desert on our final evening as we were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. The receptionist said it would be no problem but it was not communicated to the restaurant and forgotten. As there had been so many hiccups with communication in general I didn’t bother to even try to remind them.

This hotel is right in the centre of town and close to everything with many restaurants and coffee bars. The parking lot is across the square. The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, coffee and juice is available 24 hours a day. When checking out they provided a bag of pastries and water. We would definitely return.

360 Hostel Borne is a cozy and sociable hostel located near the Arc de Triomf and just a short walk from the Gothic Quarter and El Born district. It’s well-known for its welcoming atmosphere, free activities, and community feel—ideal for solo travelers and backpackers.

Excepcional hotel. Desde el envolvente aroma de las zonas comunes hasta las instalaciones, la limpieza y el personal. El único aspecto a mejorar, en mi opinión, es el desayuno, que siendo de calidad y suficientemente variado, con los salados fríos creo que vendría bien un pequeño cambio y que se presentara del mismo modo que tienen con el resto del buffet. Nada, no obstante, para empañar la estancia. Gran por la fantástica estancia. Por cierto, recomiendo encarecidamente el menú degustación experiencia de mar en el restaurante del hotel.

Amazing hotel, stunning location, the food in the restaurant was very good. Close to shops and right on the beach, supermarket close by, everything’s in walking distance. No beach towels but lots of shops selling them, the beach is stunning one either side and accessible via steps, my room had a sea view I recommend booking this… it was an outstanding view

Tardamos más de una hora para hacer el check in, el comedor un poco lioso no es fácil encontrar una cucharilla, colas tremendas para sacar café, no costaría mucho poner otra maquina, los baños son con bañera, necesita un poco de arreglo, considero que no puede ser un 4 estrellas, con un 3 estaría más acorde

Cabe recalcar que el hotel está limpio a nivel de instalaciones, pero la ropa de baño tanto como de cama, muy muy pero que de muy mala calidad, las toallas parecen trapos y las sabanas fundas de muebles.

El servicio en recepción genial, en el desayuno buffet no fue tan bueno, a la chica que le pedimos si por favor podían hacernos unas tortillas se nos quedaba mirando sería y cuando le dijimos que en el buffet no quedaba leche caliente para poner al café también nos miro muy seria y nos contestó bastante seca, la otra chica y el chico sin embargo muy simpáticos. La limpieza en la habitación no era del todo buena, habían manchas en el suelo que no se habían fregado y mucho polvo sobretodo por encima de la luz del escritorio.la ubicación es genial y el hotel es muy bonito.
