Fabulous, family run hotel, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The accommodation was modern, extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect and the kindness of the staff was lovely and extended to them sharing their Easter lunch with us. We will return and have already recommended the hotel and resort to family and friends :)

Beautiful, quaint hotel, spotlessly clean. staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful . Pool area excellent. Fresh towels every day. Food at the pool and restaurant superb and very well priced. Location could not have been better right at the beginning of the promenade and 25 minutes from airport. I had an accident on the promenade and when I got back to the hotel Janus called the ambulance and took care of everything. When I returned to hotel staff could not do enough for me and brought breakfast to the room on a couple of occasions. Will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel close to the center of Rhodes Town and the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious clean rooms with a balcony. Daily change of towels. Great, helpful and always smiling staff at the reception. I would highly recommend it

While listed as a two star hotel, I would more accurately rate it as a five star cave hotel. What a beautiful view, comfortable room, and attentive staff. We spent 5 nights here (on our last as I type). We received an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was WONDERFUL, and a very pleasant surprise. Costas and Faye, along with the rest of the staff strive to please, and have great recommendations for both dining, and activities. The highlight of our trip was the catamaran cruise. While not inexpensive, worth every penny. Every morning when I walked out on our balcony, we continued to be amazed with the view . Breakfast each day on our balcony was fabulous. So glad my wife chose this hotel after reading previous recommendations. You will be pleased to stay here.

So me and my brother flew in from England and stayed the week here, I booked before I looked at reviews then when I saw them i obviously panicked and thought it was gonna be a sh*T show, thankfully it was way better than expected. Firstly the location is great, 10 min walk from old town and the bus station where it costs €5 to go to lindos etc, sea a minute away, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and no extra fees were pushed on us, the room was clean, sure a bit of peeled paint was on the walls (not shocked due to humidity of Rhodes) but it was clean and nice. The room was cleaned 4 times in our 7 night stay and we enjoyed our visit, will definitely be staying again. I think some people pay for 2* and expect 5* lmao. For a 2* hotel it was way better than expected.

Wow what an absolutely gem. Where do I start? There’s so many positive things to say I don’t know where to start. My husband booked this hotel at the last minute a couple days before departure. The hotel organised our pick up from the airport which was a stunning brand new Mercedes luxury mini bus which had enough glitz and and glam to satisfy the Kardashian’s! Once arriving at the hotel, the reception staff made us feel very welcomed with lots of information about the hotel and local area. To our surprise the hotel run a free service to and from Fira which is an added bonus as we knew we were a 30 minute walk away. Then we were taken to our room by a lovely man who carried out super heavy luggage down the steps to our room. Wow, the view was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh with a lovely bed bigger than two doubles pushed together. The bathroom had a rainfall shower with a handset built into an alcove which maybe tricky if your over 5’7! But don’t let that put you off, the views from every angle of the hotel more than make up for it. Breakfast was included which was simple but to a high standard nothing pre packed all fresh. The waiters were fantastic full of energy and knowledgeable. We booked our first evening meal at the hotel and the quality was amazing everything was done to a high standard. The only disappointment was we simply didn’t book longer. If your thinking of booking please do you won’t be disappointed. This hotel is so nice lovely and modern and clean me and my husband really enjoyed our stay Staff all very friendly too Pool area lovely and clean Snack bar does really nice food at a reasonable price and drinks are good and a decent price Really don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel its location is great too it’s near to all the great things in kos town and the amazing beach bars. Hello all, my husband and I are currently staying at the esperia city hotel Rhodes. We have no complaint at all about this hotel. Rooms are clean, all areas are clean staff are friendly and very helpful. Lovely breakfast that caters for various dietary requirements. I am from the uk and do not necessarily want an English breakfast which is available everyday, because I love to eat the authentic food in the country I am staying. The Greek style breakfast is amazing and so much choice. The hotel is centrally located for everything, beach, harbour , restaurants, bars, and many shops supermarkets!! too much choice !! We were worried about staying here as there are a few very negative comments about this hotel. Do not believe them, we are a well travelled couple and we usually stay in the top hotels around the world !!! 5* For a 3* hotel we are extremely impressed and would definitely return 😃

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

We stayed in the Sheraton Rhodes in the first week of July (2 adults 2 kids), last minute booking through Voyage Prive (booked Wednesday, flew Saturday). I found all the reviews here helpful in deciding to choose this hotel; here are our own experiences. Overall very happy with the hotel, facilities and service. Hotel rooms - we had guessed the hotel was built in the 70s/80s as the rooms and building itself are quite bland (actually built in 1993). We had Deluxe Sea View interconnecting rooms on 10th floor which suited us perfectly. View is fantastic - you can watch the sun set over the Turkish mountains on the far side. It was €4200 for the week for 2 Deluxe sea view rooms with ‘full board plus’. The minibar only had water and the waters were not replenished at all during the week. This seems almost a regular thing now with even top end hotels and in any case water bottles are 60 cent in the 1st floor minimarket. The king size beds are very nice. The hotel itself is not 5-star equivalent by European major city standards but nor are you paying anywhere near European 5-star prices for your stay. We found the hotel good value for the money. The public interior areas are clean and well-thought out. The lobby and the atrium around Knights bar is lovely. They have a baby grand piano open to anybody to play which is a really nice touch and adds a lot of character to the place. You’ll find kids and grown ups alike playing. There’s a nice mix of many different nationalities with the guests. Pools: 3 outdoor pools, with plenty of sun-loungers and parasols to go around throughout the day. The pool on 6th floor is very quiet and amazingly only ever had 3 or 4 people in it, with loads of space around it; the restrooms and showers here are even marble-tiled. Restaurants: the Castellano restaurant for breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and the staff there are excellent. There is a good mix of fruit / salads / hot food / cereals / breads. We never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a table outside. Non-dairy milks are still clearly not a thing for most people as sometimes these had bits in them, stick to soy milk rather than oat / almond! Themed nights meant sushi, Mediterranean options etc. as well as the usual main buffet selections. Full board +: we had 3 meals plus drinks included for the week which was okay value (about €900 for full board and €200 for drinks). Sheraton could organise this better. You get a paper card with your meal plan written on it which you must show staff every time you sit down for a meal, until they get to know you. Why they don’t just record your meal plan with your room number in the system I don’t know. With so many staff involved in serving drinks / issuing the bills etc, mistakes can happen the odd time. The extra for ‘drinks’ is about the price you would pay anyway, because as we found out on the first day, only one drink (juice, beer or house wine) is included per person. We usually have a lot more than one

Excellent location, the hotel was in the centre of everything you needed for your holiday, beaches were great and I only 10 minutes away from hotel , restaurant bars and supermarkets were close by and did not need to take a taxi anywhere. The hotel itself was lovely, rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday. The domestic cleaner was lovely and always smiling. We had the double superior room with a massive bed with balcony overlooking the pool, If you like the sun then this is the room for you, we had great time just chilling at night of having our morning coffee out there, In the room there was a kettle and coffee,tea sugar and milk were provided. In the bathroom there were toiletries supplied for us. The shower was great. There was a massive mirror also in the bathroom. Breakfast was great,an excellent range of of cereals,breads,pastries, if you wanted a cooked breakfast there was different kinds of eggs, pancakes,bacon,beans,sausage and many other .choices They also had a range off meats and cheese, olives and also different kind of jams. The hotel staff were amazing,the ladies who cooked the breakfast were lovely and very friendly, always said good morning. Reception staff were friendly and had a great range of knowledge about Rhodes especially Dina she was so cheery always chatting to the guests, she chatted with us everyday and had a great conversation with her on our last day .. . They were all very helpful In finding you trips and where to go to get them.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL Our group of 6 people arrived at this hotel and was checked in by a young man on the night shifts. We had 1 twin room & 4 singles. 3 of our party ended up in their annex which was a 7 minute walk away and we we’re supposedly upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony along with another of our party. Due to overbooking he had to move rooms the following day and ended up in the annex with the others which was very inconvenient. Our room was very small for 2 people and the bathroom / wet room is the smallest I have ever seen. No room to put a toilet bag anywhere and everything got soaked when showering. Our towels were changed daily as we had to use them to mop up the floor after showering. The jacuzzi on the balcony was overlooked by the hotels opposite and we only used it once for this reason. The cooked breakfast was lukewarm most mornings and only tinned fruit on offer along with cold meats & cheeses. The cereal seemed stale and the diluted fresh orange wasn’t replenished. It was noisy from the street if you left your doors open. We didn’t use the gym which was quite basic and the sauna was always switched off. We complained about our rooms and the group being separated but no one was interested. Those in their annex had bigger rooms but noise from the bars and the tarpaulin from an adjacent building constantly flapping made it hard to get a decent nights sleep. The location was ok being 10 minutes from the old town and beach with lots of tavernas nearby to eat. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again and I wonder how it got its 4 star rating

Just got back from an amazing holiday at the Belair Beach hotel … we arrived late in the evening and had a warm welcome from reception. When we got to our room we found two plates of food made up for us in the fridge. A lovely gesture. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so well for the whole duration. Air conditioning works well and was quiet. We had an executive room in the newer block and it was a large comfortable room with a great sized bathroom (a massive shower). The room seemed soundproof as we never heard any noise even in the evenings whereas at other hotels I have been disturbed. The food … great choice at breakfast and evening (we were half board) and I am vegetarian and there were loads of different options … cannot fault the food at all. The best to come… the staff at the hotel seem to work as a friendly super efficient team… all the cleaning staff were friendly and cheerful and were constantly on it to keep the hotel sparkling. The wait staff in the dining area also happy and super hardworking … shout out to KIKI and NAJAPOS our servers for the duration. Thank you 🙏 Pool areas are clean and sun beds plentiful although lots of people were reserving sun beds as early as 7am! WHY?? Our only criticism is that we like peace and quiet and the main pool was very noisy with activities taking place and a resident DJ playing music. So we didn’t use the pools but instead went over to the beach. Sea is gorgeous and was warm enough to swim in (warmer than the ice cold swimming pools actually) although the beach isn’t pretty as it’s mainly pebbles. However, you need to cross a very busy main road to get to the beach. We didn’t have a problem as there is a crossing area outside the Sheraton hotel, or go under the road at Rhodos Hotel. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend if you like busy places but not so much if you like quiet places.

酒店位置好，很棒的懸崖酒店，面朝大海，酒店前台女士服務好，可以幫着定去機場的出租車，七座大奔馳才25歐元去機場，早餐是點餐自助的那種，每道菜都是現做的，非常棒，廚師很熱情，住了兩天大家都成朋友了。

Our stay at the Atlantis was superior. The hotel itself is quaint and authentic. It has kept its period decor which Is appealing. It is impeccably kept and the staff was very attentive. But what really distinguishes it are the UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS!!! BREATHTAKING!!! Morning and evening you will say wow!!! Also the hotel is located a few minutes from everything. I highly recommend it.

Everything I wanted it to be and more! The view is exceptional and the staff are amazing - especially Chrisoula who was so easy to communicate with and who made my stay even more special!

We have just returned from our week stay at The Notos and this hotel has definitely got the wow factor. It is a traditional white building built into the hillside overlooking the harbour, the latter is what gives it the wow factor I could watch this view every day and never tire of it. This does come at cost though and I'm not talking about the euros but the many steep steps up to the hotel and the rooms it's definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. The rooms are immaculate and something we have found is a rarity during our travels around Greece the beds are soft and very comfortable. The sheets and towels are looking a bit dingy as their whiteness has long gone! There are complimentary toiletries and the aircon is included this being very welcoming after the heat of the sun. The staff are very polite and helpful and I recommend you ask for help with the cases instead of struggling with them on the steps as they make it look easy! We have only one complaint and that's the food, we had decided to go half board as the hotel is quite remote and we don't drive but we were disappointed. The breakfast was ok offering the usual fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese ,bread, greek bacon and sausage with a couple of choices of bread . There was no English tea and the coffee machine wasn't amazing. Our main complaint was the evening meal , the choice was very limited and basic which for a hotel with this star rating is in our opinion not good enough. The ala carte menu was equivalent of a beach bar menu with the first item being chicken nuggets but with a price tag that belongs to a fine dining restaurant . The cost of the drinks was extortionate too €10 for 330ml of a bottle of Sol or €8 for the same of alpha and if you like a bottle of wine with your meal expect to pay €43 for house white. So would I recommend this hotel, absolutely but bed and breakfast only and hire a car as there is very little in the way of choice ( Suzy's up the road is excellent!) and taxis are expensive. There is a land train that charges €8 a return trip to Perissa where there are many tavernas and snack bars.

What a perfect choice to stay.. rooms was clean and comfy.. all the facilities were on good form to use.. the access to Fira is very clear and been explained well by the staff. Ralitsa with her endless support will make your experience even better in Santorini

The hotel was modern and new with a very nice lady greeting us before check in. We were arranged to an executive room with a sea view that was able to see the sunset. The food in the hotel was average. The swimming pool was very nice with a lot of seats for sun bathing. Although some of the staffs were rude, perhaps it’s their way of speaking or culture. There were shuttles to the city town or to the port though instructions were not quite clear. Overall, quite a nice stay for a vacation otherwise.

Last month we had the pleasure of staying at the Olia Hotel in Mykonos. This hotel is a hidden gem placed on the Mykonos Port hillside, with Greece’s signature whitewashed architecture. Our room was spectacular, and had a small balcony that overlooked the Aegean Sea. When we arrived in Milos, our son had left his dinosaur stuffed animal at the Olia hotel. The staff at the hotel was fantastic! Quickly answering our emails confirming they had the dinosaur. The Olia staff asked where we were traveling next and they had a courier deliver our dinosaur to our hotel in Athens at no charge to us. They made our little boy happy knowing his stuffed animal was going to meet us in Athens. They treated us like gold while we were there and even after we have left. This hotel and staff is truly remarkable and is a must stay on our next visit. Special thanks to the Olia hotel and staff for being so kind and attentive, their special care really made a difference. We picked the Hotel for the convenience of being close to the port, but was overly impressed by the cleanliness, beautiful location and kindness by everyone! They went above and beyond in making our stay wonderful! And for caring for our little boy was priceless! They didn’t have to send the dinosaur to our next location, but they did…. Truly a 5 Star+ hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant delicious for dinner and over the top for breakfasts. Room was immaculate with a large terrace. Perfect location on Ornos Beach- half way between Mykonos Town and Super Paradise Beach. This was our first time in Greece and Mykonos- can’t wait to return and visit again. I highly recommend- we were surprised by extras and never disappointed. Perfectly romantic spot with both seclusion and fast access to all the hot spots (like Jackie O’s and Paradise Beach).

Terdapat suite dengan jakuzi yang sangat baru. Bahagian dalamannya sangat menarik. Dua TV dengan tilam yang bagus. Ia bertiup hebat Di bandar lama Mykonos. Lelaki mempunyai banyak privasi. This was my second visit to the beautiful Palladium hotel and once again they didn’t disappoint! The hotel is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the cleanliness is outstanding but what makes this hotel above and beyond is the impeccable staff. Thanos and his team cannot do enough to make your stay absolutely perfect! The service received from the pool staff to the restaurant staff, Georgia on reception and the efficient and polite drivers was just outstanding. The location is perfect and the breakfast is divine. Do not hesitate to book this hotel - simply the best! I will definitely be back again 😊

Good location. 10 mins walk to city centre and Little Venice. Can also look at the sunset from our room. Breakfast is OK with reasonable options. Generally a good hotel for its price.
