Hotel Beach di Tuscany, Italy

Went there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of the hotel as all the guests who are stepping into the lobby will see his such bad attitude toward guests .. that is not really matching with the entire atmosphere of the hotel .. breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for other guests

Struttura ottima per la posizione, bellissima vista su Talamone, pulita e ben organizzata. Il mare è stato una grande delusione, acqua torbida, bagnoasciuga inesistente perché ricoperto da montagne di alghe. Alla reception mi hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno a un prezzo maggiore rispetto alla somma che il giorno prima mi avevano detto.

Самі найчудовіщі враження всієї родини! Казкове розташування. Цілком оправдовує назву Парк-готель. Сервіс та працівники тактовні та привітні. Окреме дуже приємне враження на усі сім'ю справила кухня ресторанів. Обслуговування теж на високому рівні. Тепле та лагідне море доповнював чистий добре облаштований пляж.

Easy to get to, very spacious!

Small hick up at the end but overall good and beautiful place to be. The location and view was very beautiful! The room is spacious and the service was lovely from the front desk! Tip top 4 star hotel!  We definitely love to be back!   Restaurant service is efficient and good but not very welcoming. Good food and view from the restaurant terrace! If I must comment, we felt we were not welcomed once we check out. As we should be entitled to use the pool area after check out until lunch time as we were waiting for time to pass until the flight- as most hotels would graciously allow their guests to. But the manager of the front desk , she decided to charge us 50 euro to use the “spa” who just left their luggage at the office after 30 mins of Check out.  It’s just not very gracious and hospitable of them. Remind you it is 380 euro per night at a 4 star middle of no where hotel!

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Service

Siamo stati all' Argentario Camping Village per 2 notti e purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stato molto deludente. L'alloggio dove eravamo era vecchio e bisognoso di manutenzione (TV non funzionante, Climatizzatore non funzionante, Doccia le ante non chiudevano del tutto e quindi ad ogni doccia un lago nel bagno) non adeguatamente pulito ed il servizio in generale era lento e poco cordiale mancanza di professionalità. Il villaggio vacanza si trova in una posizione bella, ma purtroppo non è stato sufficiente a compensare le carenze che abbiamo riscontrato. Sicuramento non ci tornerò e non consiglierei a nessuno questo villaggio vacanza.

Esperienza positiva, ottimo hotel con personale gentile e disponibile.

Niente da dire eccellente hotel ...ma purtroppo non sono stati coerenti per il cenone di capodanno nel volantino c'era scritto 85 euro per l'ospite del hotel invece a noi ci hanno fatto pagare come ospite esterno ,loro ci hanno detto che l'offerta si per l'ospite ma solo se pensione completa ma nel volantino non era scritto così .Non faccio recensioni negative ma ora così mi sono sentita presa in giro,non era tanto pagare ma la poca chiarezza ,allora con quel prezzo sinceramente la cena non stata degna per niente.
