Hotel Beach di Tuscany, Italy

La considerazioni da me effettuate si basano sulla mia esperienza personale e sul fatto che l'hotel si fregia di 5 stelle. Ecco i punti di forza della struttura: L'hotel si trova in Viale Italia, nella posizione migliore per accedere alle attrazioni cittadine. -La terrazza Mascagni è esattamente di fronte all'Hotel, basta attraversare la strada. -L'acquario è a 5 minuti a piedi -Gli storici Bagni Pancaldi sono di fronte all'hotel, a fianco della Terrazza Mascagni -L'Accademia Navale è a pochi passi -La fermata dell'Autobus è all'uscita dell'hotel -Numerose pizzerie, ristoranti, bar facilmente raggiungibili a piedi Le camere sono silenziose, confortevoli e pulite. La colazione è di buon livello, ma non eccezionale. Manca la cucina con preparazione al momento di uova, waffle e pancake e spremute fatte al momento. Il parcheggio interno, purtroppo è a pagamento (costoso), ma esternamente, su Viale Italia è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente. La piscina, ubicata al 5° piano dove troviamo anche il ristorante, è veramente piccolissima, ma offre una bella vista sul mare. Vediamo agli aspetti migliorabili: La costruzione è elegante ed imponente, ma meriterebbe più attenzione nella sua manutenzione: muri e soffitti scrostati possono essere notati. Nelle camere alcuni mobili sono danneggiati, alcune lampadine sono bruciate ed accessori come casseforti e lampade da letto non funzionano correttamente. La reception dispone di una sola persona che effettua check-in, check-out e risponde alle chiamate degli ospiti. Non esiste Concierge separata, non c'è Valet Parking, nessuno ti aiuta a scaricare i bagagli dalla macchina. Idem alla partenza, ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti per ricevere aiuto per portare i miei bagagli all'uscita. Insomma una certa carenza di servizio può essere facilmente notata. Per chi è abituato a servirsi di Hotel a 5 stelle in medio e ed estremo oriente, che offrono servizi superlativi, il paragone risulta impietoso. Il prezzo, comunque risulta accettabile, anche considerando i punti di forza sopra elencati. L'hotel è pertanto consigliabile.

Hotel Massimo was a great pleasant surprise both in terms of customer service and hotel quality. First I made a mistake of the reservation date and the hotel staff immediately helped to update the booking without additional charge. Second, when I request for a room change to a quieter area of the hotel, I was attended to promptly with a small charge of 10 euros to upgrade the room. Their breakfast was exceptionally tasty and staff was courteous and kind. One of the best hotel service I received in Italy! Highly recommended!!.

Easy to get to, very spacious!

Hotel is in perfect location, have 2 beautiful pools,hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was nice , just windows was dirty, full of child hand prints. During the 3 days of our stay, the maid did not vacuum the floor, as the hotel is near the beach and there was quite a lot of sand in the room.

We stayed at this place for the 2nd time (first time was right before the pandemic) and I should say that the hotel successfully keeps up to its standards. Rooms are clean and spacious, with almost everything you may need (except the iron). The SPA area is fine, but better go there around noon before the new wave of the guests arrives. Breakfasts are superb with a wide choice of hot dishes, pastry and drinks. That is really a great choice for Italy I'd say (sorry, Italy))) The hotel territory is well kept. The sandy beach is right across the road. The only minor thing which was a bit disturbing was the lack of toiletries. Nail kits, sewing kits and other things used to be available without any requests. Now you get the very basics and have to call if you need some extra. That's absolutely fine but.. feels like ”let's cut the cost” sign :) But anyway, I loved the stay and will def be back some time.

花園很漂亮。很有品味的佈置。小鎮很意大利

Fantastisch, daar waar de gast voorop staat, attent, SERVICE met hoofdletters Uitgebreid goed verzorgd vers ontbijt Alles keurig schoon Medewerkers zijn top. Zwembad mooi in een kleine tuin . Alles mooi aangekleed met kunst . Ziet er van buiten niet zo mooi uit als dat het van binnen is. Een absolute aanrader Namens deze kritische reizigers . Neem een kamer met balkon, want anders heb je alleen een klapraam. Dat viel wat tegen. Wij hadden ons hondje bij ons en mochten daardoor niet tijdens de lunch of diner in de mooie restaurants. Dit stond niet bij de boekingen vermeld. Dus over het eten kunnen wij helaas niet oordelen Massa zelf is niet veel aan, bezoek Luca Pistoia Seinna echt de moeite waard.

Niente da dire eccellente hotel ...ma purtroppo non sono stati coerenti per il cenone di capodanno nel volantino c'era scritto 85 euro per l'ospite del hotel invece a noi ci hanno fatto pagare come ospite esterno ,loro ci hanno detto che l'offerta si per l'ospite ma solo se pensione completa ma nel volantino non era scritto così .Non faccio recensioni negative ma ora così mi sono sentita presa in giro,non era tanto pagare ma la poca chiarezza ,allora con quel prezzo sinceramente la cena non stata degna per niente.

Очень приятный Отель с хорошим просторным номером. Вид на частный сектор и море. Все здорово.
