Hotel Beach di Okinawa Prefecture, Japan

Experience was great. Breakfast is awesome. Onsen is fabulous. Location is unbeatable. Only complaint is a lost key will be charged 1100yen. Never had a hotel charge for lost key before.

Our rooms are with ocean view. Excellent views in the morning. Rooms are generally clean and quiet. A washing machine is provided in each room. So we don’t need to go out to a specific laundry room to wash clothes. Washing powder is available at the front desk. 100 Yen per bag. Parking (1000 yen per day) is also available. Different kinds of restaurants can be found within 10 minutes’ walk.

The hotel is located relatively near Naha airport. The surrounding is calm but there is not much else directly around the hotel. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. Service is excellent. The lunch buffet is especially great. Breakfast is pretty good. I would like to especially highlight the friendliness and warmth of Javi who suggested us food and activities and genuinely cared about our well being.

Overall speaking, this hotel is value for money if choosing to stay in Onna Village. The ocean view is spectacular. We enjoyed it so much especially on the last day of our trip. We eventually had the blue sky and white clouds. The room is very spacious with a nice balcony! That's most precious for our holiday. Since it was early Nov, the outdoor pool was closed. We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. That's so lovely. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests. We normally can't swim after having a nice breakfast. There is an airport limousine at the main entrance of the hotel, that is very convenient for us because the hotel is located on the hill slope. We did not drive. So, we chose to book the limousine bus at the hotel concierge to save us time and energy to walk downhill to take the city bus after we checked out. Although it cost 5000 yens for the BBQ dinner, the variety of food is good. So, we were quite happy with the money spent on it. The breakfast buffet also provided a good selection of food especially a good selection of cooked food with local veggies as ingredients. It was worth spending HK$140 for each of us.

Ryukyu Onsen Senagajima Hotel is a very authentic Okinawan stay, especially for those who appreciate traditional Japanese bathing culture. The onsen, located in the basement, is the true highlight — well maintained, relaxing, and distinctly local in feel. It adds a layer of cultural experience that many newer hotels simply don’t offer. The hotel makes a convenient base for exploring Senagajima itself. You can easily walk around the small island, with cafés, shops and coastal paths just outside. Many rooms offer views toward the airport, which is fascinating for plane enthusiasts — though it’s important to note that runway proximity means aircraft noise can be noticeable. Overall, I’d rate it 4/5: slightly dated in parts, but authentic and well located. Also love the airport shuttle.

Good point: 1) Excellent facilities: have jacuzzi, swimming pool, hot spring and bath place 2) Free shuttle bus offered with clear schedule 3) Have lot of restaurants, convenience stores and tourist place nearby 4) Easy to call taxi/ uber 5) Breakfast is highly recommended, great variety of drinks ( the tea choices are amazing )and delicious food 6) Free daily item to offered Bad point: 1) The room is too small, barely fit in 2 suitcases 2) Hygiene can be better , have dust everywhere 3) Air con is dripping to the bed, fridge is noisy 4) Corridor is too windy 5) Near Red light street, if you are family with children might be not a good choice

It is convenient to reach the resort via express bus from Naha Bus Terminal or from the airport. Bus 117 goes directly to the resort front lobby, a 2.5 hours Bus ride as we did not drive. Once you alighted from the bus, you are greeted by the emerald-coloured sea, made me felt so relaxed and worth the bus ride. The room is big and overlooked the sea, I can sit at the balcony and enjoy the view with a cup of tea all day long. The resort is within the Ocean Expo Park, so can just walk to the Okinawa Chutaumi Aquarium and the various sites. The Emerald beach is right in front of the resort and can just walk over after breakfast to enjoy the cool sea breeze and sea water. We will definitely stay at this resort again if we come back to okinawa again.

Room is reasonably priced and spacious, with a great view of the ocean and nearby beach. There's also plenty of amenities including a pool and breakfast. Location is a little inconvenient, with limited bus service and being far away from main attractions via driving. Location is not too far from naha, which makes up for the inconvenient location.

Great hotel in a convenient location near a lively shopping street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also tried the O2 capsule they offer — surprisingly affordable compared to prices in Europe! The pool was nice, and the rooftop view was a real highlight. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Renovated hotel and you can still smell the mold all over the place. Dehumidifiers everywhere. There is a tiny pool but the ANA beach is also closed by and open for public with shower so the location is quite good. Parking for free but the lot may be full if you come back late. Room is bigger than we expected.
