Hotel Beach di Chonburi, Thailand

Locastion. Middle of Jomtien beach. Great panoramic views and great sunsets, if you get to have one. The hotel is one of the best in Jomtien and you can't go wrong if you book here. It's only 3 minutes walk across the road to the beach itself. The hotel service was great and everyone I met spoke English. A very international hotel feeling. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All the hotel amenities and facilities were outstanding. Restaurant meals and the breakfast were as what one would expect, just amazing variety and quality. I tried out the gym and it was perfect, it had just about every exercise machine and weights one could see in any town or City gym. I made for a good 2-hour workout. It was hard to complain about anything in this hotel. I was a little disappointed to find no slippers or toothbrushes in the room. The cups were too small. Western people like a good-sized drinking mug for their tea and coffee. Outside nearby there are endless small cafes and restaurants of all types and outdoor food malls. My only negative comment is that the balconies are overlooked on each side and the next-door neighbor can see you sitting and relaxing on your balcony. So there was no real privacy. That was disappointing. Apart from that. Going here made my holiday to Pattaya and Jomtien complete.

Beautiful resort that I wish I could stay longer. Nice facilities, especially the pools and the pool bars. The location is very convenient, can just take grab or shuttle for few mins and can arrive the city.

Персонал - вежливый, доброжелательный, русскоговорящих нет. Номер был в первом корпусе - Делюкс с двумя кроватями (большая двуспальная и односпальная) - очень просторный, все необходимое есть. Кондиционер - встроенный, работает шумно, единственный минус, ночью пришлось выключать. Еще нет сушилки для белья, выручила дежурная бельевая веревка и прищепки, которые всегда в чемодане. Чай, кофе, сахар, сливки, вода в номере - бесплатно, ежедневно пополняются. В ванной комнате - шампунь, кондиционер для волос, гель для душа - все в больших бутылках, можете с собой не брать. Завтраки очень разнообразные, с супчиками, овощами, яйцами, несколькими видами горячих мясных, рыбных и овощных блюд, фруктами и выпечкой, претензий вообще никаких, всего хватает, во сколько бы не пришли, блюда быстро пополняются. Конечно, какие то блюда для меня были очень вкусные, какие-то менее, но это дело вкуса. Ажиотажа в ресторане нет, свободный столик всегда был, много народа - по выходным. Официанты убирают столики мгновенно. Уборка номера - нормально, ежедневно, пол подметают, протирают, полотенца меняют ежедневно. Кто едет с маленькими детьми, имейте ввиду, территории с садом у отеля нет, всё ограничено корпусами и бассейном. Бассейн, кстати, с морской водой, но не глубокий, для детей - комфортно, есть небольшие горки, взрослым - по пояс. Очень понравилась отдельная детская зона для малышей с детской площадкой, совсем мелким бассейном, песочницей, фонтанчиками, водяными пушками, под которыми можно бегать. По субботам днем в этой части проходит пенная пати. Много пены и детской радости! Пляжные полотенца выдаются во 2-м корпусе, рядом с тренажерным залом под запись в журнал. Здесь у тайцев всё строго, записывают даже время приема-сдачи. Расположение у отеля - отлично. Море в 5 минутах (сворачивайте направо, дойдите до Фэмилимарт, затем через дорогу налево в проулок). Можно пойти и налево от отеля, но дорога до пляжа будет чуть длиннее. Пляж чистый, без мусора и водорослей, море - обычное для Паттайи, теплое, но не прозрачное, есть водные развлечения. Лежак - 100 батт за день. Не хотите платить, можно расположиться на песке рядом, тенёчек от деревьев - до обеда. В принципе, комфортно. За белым песочком и чистой водой - это на острова. Ближайший - Ко Лан. Минут 15-20 до Пирса на тук туке или такси, на пирсе садитесь на паром до пляжа Таваен за 30 батт, или на спидбот за 300 - и будет вам счастье. Также чуть дальше по дороге направо от отеля есть большая прачечная самообслуживания. 5 кг белья можно постирать за 40 батт, столько же отдельно сушка, там же в автомате продают порошок и кондиционер для стирки за 5 батт в разовых упаковках. Очень удобно, я воспользовалась. Рядом с прачечной - небольшая бургерная, готовят вкусно, быстро. Ужинать ходили, в основном, в 21 терминал

The breakfast spread was good as well. The food was great at the restaurant allowing you to have a complete street as well as a sea view A place to spend good time with ur near and dear ones enjoying Pattaya

Super clean, have slippers and everything you need, big room compared with the price you pay, 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurant nearby, quiet location just dogs barking 2 nights during my stay the rest is great, recommend and will cole back to stay again

Летал в Таиланд в отель Asia Pattaya 14.04.23г по 25.04.23г., выбрал немножно по лучше отель, он реально лучше , с территорией, со своим пляжем где вода чище чем везде в Паттайе, с бассейном, готовят вкусно, Интернет есть везде, НО....далеко от главной дороге/улицы и от фуд корта, пешком каждый день до фуд корта при парниковом эффекте, это УЖАСНО! ОЧЕНЬ ТЯЖЕЛО! Какраз все подорожало, и заплатили 176000 на 2их с коллегой, НЕ стоит того! Лучше бы взял отель по проще но где то на главной дороге , а так мучение....! В отеле уборка РЕДКАЯ, уборщики каждый день в коридоре, но не всегда убирали номера! В отеле НЕТ номеров с балконами, все номера БЕЗ балконов!!!! Попали на Тайский Новый Год, везде брызгали и поливали водой, нескончаемо...! Массаж и еда, ФРУКТЫ как обычно на ВЫСШЕМ уровне! ОТДОХНУЛИ ХОРОШО! В этот отель за такие деньги, я бы НЕ полетел еще раз, если только по дешевке, полечу в других отелях ближе к главной улице!

The best facilities of any hotel where I stay with my children. The ocean, pool, and kids club are all number one. Adults can also relax and enjoy the resort atmosphere and stay at least once a month.

The first room’s air condition was broken after few hours later water was dropped which makes bad smell also. Then we requested to change room that room has big cockroach running from toilet 😫., anyway if u have low budget, good luck on this hotel 😂 When we went to tiger park/water park/ boat market was quite far away from hotel, so consider this! But right next to hotel has big mall so that was good!

Service was terrific. Breakfast at Prego for booking the suites was delicious. Only thing was the individual room door or toilet door did not have any locks.

Had an fab time here with husband and 3 kids. Visiting father in jomtien. Been coming for 25 years but first time on this hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy to help. Had 2 rooms. So much space in our room. Separate living area, kitchen facilities (didn’t use), dining table to fit us all in. Breakfast was delicious. Place spotless. Really stylish and modern. Pools were great at the end of a hot day. Great location - beach at end of street. Baht buses there too right into Pattaya. Night market short walk along Jomtien beach. Lots of places to eat around and coffee shops are the new thing so lots of these too. Beach spotless and deck chairs cheap for the day.

Hotel is super old. All rooms need to be remodeled. It was some mold inside shower and around bathtub. Rooms are super old. I expect more from 5 stars hotel.

Hotel is super old. All rooms need to be remodeled. It was some mold inside shower and around bathtub. Rooms are super old. I expect more from 5 stars hotel.

”Fantastic hotel” Once you have left the large car park or drop off point outside the hotel you experienced the breath taking reception area, this leads nicely to the open area where the first of 2 swimming pools appear, the first pool is overlooked by the nicely presented rooms, this then leads to another swimming pool which then leads directly onto the lovely clean private beach. The hotel caters for everyone from family to couples with or without children. The restaurant provides a variety of food for people from most nations of the world, there is also a poolside bar which serves a good selection of food at a reasonable price. We found that all the staff from reception, house keeping and pool staff were all so very friendly and helpful. We initially booked for 5 days but increased that to 7 which reflected how pleased we were with our stay at the hotel. We cant recommend this hotel enough for the perfect relaxing stay at a very affordable price.

Отдыхали вдвоём с сыном. Если не придираться по-мелочам, отель - то что надо! Рекомендую любителям спокойного отдыха, кому волей случая пришлось ехать на отдых в Паттайю. Мы прилетели на 6 дней, и нам здесь очень понравилось. Отель можно назвать аутентичным, дизайн в национальном стили, фотогеничный, очень красивый бассейн. Море не особо, если сравнивать с островами, но это лучшее море в Паттайе, купаться можно. Все придирки к устаревшей мебели - для придирчивых. Единственное, что нас напрягало- это дорогой ценник на напитки и питание, как бы не нравился нам отель, в город выходить приходилось, чтобы покушать, а временами очень хотелось отсюда не выходить (в отеле в разы дороже, чем в кафешках неподалёку)

We chose this resort as a 13 night stopover flying home from Switzerland to Australia, to break up the 20 hour flight for our 13 month old son. And so glad we did. Just 90 mins from the airport, we were collected from the airport in a private airconditioned van and driven to the resort. We arrived early morning, and as the checkin is not until 3pm we were worried about the heat and our baby. But the fantastic Jeet at the front counter worked his magic and we luckily got into the nice airconditioned room by 10.30. Let me start by saying the rooms are a great size for a family of 3. Complete with minibar, plenty of suitcase space, comfortable bed, and very importantly a great airconditioner. The resort itself is quite large and very well gardened, but they have golf carts at the reception - you can just call reception and they will come and pick you up. But my advice is to ask for a room closest to the restaurant - that way you are close to the sea, pool, and restaurant- and its very quick to walk to any of them. The food in the restaurant is amazing. For breakfast you have all the cereals, plus an egg station where someone cooks eggs to your liking. Plus about 15 hot dishes, whether it be bacon, sausages, baked beans, or the local food of curries, noodles, fish, pork - you name it - they have it all. And then there's the fresh fruit, fruit juices, hot coffee of every sort, and a bakery area with croissants and pastries. What more do you need? Dinner was a great range also - loved the fisherman's basket! But the best thing about the stay here is the people. If you've ever been to Fiji, I rate it as friendly as that. Starting by Jeet at the reception, the restaurant staff are exceptional. In the mornings, the wonderful Priya, Benz and Ton would already have our table waiting for us, complete with baby chair. Quite often we would wonder what our son was smiling at - we would turn around and 3 of the staff would be smiling at him and waving. As soon as we were finished with a plate or coffee, someone would grab it and remove it. We felt like royalty. Ton would lay out towels for us on the sunloungers and set 2 seats aside for us which were in the shade for the baby - every single morning! Just amazing. Of an evening, Oum Oim, Nok and Mickey would also have a table reserved for us, in front of a fan, which was important as there is no aircon in the restaurant (but they have heaps of fans which are enough). They would also entertain our son with smiles while we ate. The whole resort and staff just felt like a family. The staff will do anything for you - you just have to ask. Other staff which deserve a mention - the chef (didn't get his name), Sowanee and Lit were also very friendly and helpful. I hope I've mentioned everyone as you all did a fantastic job and made us feel so very welcome. We will definitely be flying Thai airways again, and doing a stopover at this resort. My friends and I booked this hotel for 2 nights for a short getaway from Bangkok. The hotel looks nice from the website photos but the reality is very poor. The hotel is in bad condition as it is shabby and not well looked after. The rooms are old, dirty and uncomfortable. For example, ants in the bath, stains on the coffee-making spoons (not cleaned properly) and there was scummy water left in the kettle which made me not want to make a coffee. The pools are run down don’t look very clean. The ‘crystal dip’ pool was dirty and there were many insects roaming the surrounding decks. There were holes in the wooden decking and I saw a person fall through the decking. I have included photos to prove this. Furthermore, there is an exposed pump/filter (see photo) at the beach-side pool which looked very scruffy and not clean. We felt unhappy to use the pool as it didn’t look very clean. The breakfast was fine as there was a variety. Staff are generally friendly and polite but not very proactive. They told us they would send a golf cart to pick up luggage from the car and bring it to the room. We waited 10-15 mins they never turned up so we did it ourselves. After we checked in once we saw the state of room and hotel facilities we shared our disappointment with the reception. They offered to upgrade us to beach side rooms but we would have to pay extra. I was surprised by this as we were not willing to pay more when we were not happy in the first place. We paid 2,500 baht for a garden view room and I don’t think it is worth the money. For this price in Thailand, you can expect a room/hotel of reasonable quality. I would expect this standard if I paid half of what I paid. It is a quiet resort outside of the city with nice views of the sea. It is fine to stay here but don’t expect quality.

В Паттайе были ещё до ковида. Наконец вырвались. Искали отель с территорией и морем. И вот долгожданная встреча. Главный минус, пожалуй, что в доковидное время вокруг инфраструктуры было больше. Сейчас вокруг отеля практически ничего нет. Т е становишься ограничен в выборе и тратишь время передвижение. Я имею в виду бюджетные кафе в первую очередь. Т к тур у нас на базе завтрака. Ближайшее место недорого поесть у отеля Амбассадор. Вроде рядом, но идёшь вдоль трассы. По пляжу идти некомфортно. Отель Амбассадор, некогда ”муравейник” стоит пустой. Осталось напротив него несколько палаток с едой и кафешки штуки пару штук, массажа, 7/11 магазин и напротив обменка. В отельном кафе дороговато выходит питаться на постоянной основе. А завтраками их не наешься, т к выбор небольшой и ассортимент не меняется, все приедается. Яичница, рис, лапша, сосиски, суп, хлопья, овощи. Чай и кофе растворимый. Сам отель неплох. Очень большая территория. Красиво, зелено. Птицы, бабочки, белки и москиты. Первая линия. Море хорошее. Есть лежаки от отеля прямо на пляже. Но не всегда есть свободные. Бассейны хорошие, в ”бассейне” рыбка купаться можно до самой ночи. Номера так себе, сантехника очень подуставшая. Но все необходимое в номере есть от фена до чайника. Бесплатный сейф, сланцы, зубные щётки. Ежедневно пополняют питьевую воду. В отеле неплохой вай фай. Чтобы оставаться на связи в Паттайе и вызывать такси Болт или Максим к местной сим карте подключали интернет. Такси приезжает достаточно быстро. От нашего отеля до центра на такси примерно 150 бат. Что в рублях примерно 440. Факт, что наши карты здесь не принимают не огорчал. Т к наличка тут повсюду. С собой брали доллары, экскурсии можно оплачивать рублями, курс лучше, чем рядом в обменнике. Взяли три экскурсии по акции + военный пляж в подарок у Александра Ника Травел. С ним уже ездили в прошлый раз. Связались ещё дома, узнали все по экскурсиям и обстановке в Паттайе, а по приезду он сам приехал к нам. Все понравилось. Из плюсов, заселили сразу по приезду, это было утром. Не пришлось ждать 14:00. Завтра вылетаем, выезжать будем утром. Фрукты с собой купили на фруктовом рынке у Колизея, хороший выбор и недорого. Взяли две небольшие корзинки, чтобы поместилось в ручную кладь.
