Very nice premises, services are good, staff are polite n helpful. The only downside is lots of stalls/shops/resto r not open, maybe they will open for weekend only... We booked a hot spring hill view room n upgraded to lake view....so nice .... Thanks for everything, we all enjoy e stay... Sure will come back again if we hv a chance...

Fantastic experience! Accommodation was clean and exact to the pictures on the website. The KTV room was spacious and there was also a projector at the bedroom area. Soundproofing was also great! Would highly recommend to everyone. Staff were very kind, responsive and hospitable - they really made our trip so memorable☺️

溫泉套房酒店是名不符實。現實是巴伐利亞園區內賣不去的小公墅。 優點是地址位於園區內，方便在園區內玩及走動。免費早餐的質量也不錯。 但公墅已經很老舊，打卡影相還可以，但入住就不理想。首先電梯壞了，要拖著行李爬樓梯；門鎖又壞，反鎖後需要服務員簡單維修，才能開門；梳化看起來沒問題，但坐下去彈弓已經沒承托；房內的溫泉池，只供水1.5小時，剛夠時間裝滿一池水；水質似是稀釋了10倍溫水的溫泉水，跟普通熱水池分別不大。不同的營運商各先營運幾間公墅，但互相競爭，並不會協助其他訪客/遊人。 以勝價比來說附近的菩提酒店更新更美，價錢也差不多。

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel, it’s a very nice theme hotel with lots of activities for kids. The lobby is very beautiful and well decorated. My little one enjoyed a lot, we never felt bored. The only setback is the breakfast, yes the breakfast spread is quite large but very less options for vegetarians, most of the dishes contain meat.

Loving this hotel. Good sized twin bed room! Having ample space for 2 pax and luggages Room controlled by 小度 auto bot . Plays music on demand too! Room is cleaned daily and non carpeted. Saw them using water to mop the floor well upon check out. Offers dessert and millet.for supper from 8pm-12mn. Surprised by freebie given upon check out! Will recommend this hotel which is surrounded by food and lotsa big spas.

Highly recommended! Very close to Gulongxia. Loved the zen vibe here at this homestay, next to a stream! Got to know from the homestay owner that they just opened, so everything is new! Breakfast provided, it was simple but hearty. The stay came with afternoon tea set. We also had a bonfire set up by the owner, It was nice for a cold day!. For dinner, please try the homestay’s owner recommendation at the restaurant just outside his homestay. It’s farm to table food, Qing Yuan chicken is a must try! Vegetables are fresh too. Our entire Guangdong travel, this Qing Yuan homestay and their local food is our highlight! We wished we could stay longer!

公寓位置超讚，離景區近，環境清幽山景美，雙床房寬敞乾淨，床品舒服。衞生到位無異味，管家貼心響應快，從入住到離店都很滿意，性價比高，全家出遊很推薦。

這次的住宿體驗非常好，推薦假日很適合過來放空。我跟朋友是3月入住的，房型是雲曦，內帶私湯也配置了投影螢幕，絕對不會無聊。 而且這間住宿的職員非常有交帶，從下訂單到退房離開，無微不至的關懷和照顧，我們感到份外窩心。 下訂單後馬上致電向我們確認訂房，並微信開通群組方便大家溝通，也提前跟我們建議週邊遊覽的建議，很是細心。還附贈了周邊景區的門票，比如T3茶園。有什麼要求在群組裏提出，通常都馬上就能夠回覆我們，非常配合。 因為我們有包車的需要，向酒店查詢後他們也推薦了相熟的司機給我們。不得不說，這位司機相當不錯，從高鐵站接我們開始，便展開了1.5天的包車之旅。對我們2個女生來說，除了把我們安全送到每個目的地外，這位司機更像是我們的私人保鑣，把我們照顧得可好。如果大家入住這間酒店是需要用到包車，非常推薦大家可以向酒店查詢。 酒店有準備了免費下午茶提供的分別是芝士蛋糕和綠豆沙，讓我們開開胃。酒店還有2隻胖胖的貓咪可愛到不行！ 日出的時間上去了酒店4樓的泳池躺了一下，泳池非常漂亮，環境可好了！而且酒店還提供免費的攝影服務，提前跟他們預約即可。我們雖然沒有享用到攝影服務，但是朋友之間在池邊互相拍照，也是十分享受。因為環境確實舒服。 我們的晚餐也是在酒店就餐，提前選好想食的菜讓酒店準備。飯後本來還有營火會，但因為天雨關係取消了，不過酒店還是送了烤紅薯到我們房間，我們當作宵夜熱騰騰的賊好食！晚上時候已經向我們發送了早餐餐單，並記錄了早餐我們想食的，隔天早上8點到10點就能到酒店用餐了。 這次入住體驗，絕對滿分，酒店職員的服務也是相當的出色，只能說入住了這酒店，除了酒店房間內的配套，酒店的設備出色，也能享受到他們賓至如歸的服務，絕對堪比五星級酒店的質素。絕對推薦未入住過的，去體驗體驗。 真是沒想到退房的時候還送了我們一袋自家種的紅薯，絕對係又食又拎呀。差不多3千元的房價，換來的體驗和服務很是難忘。離開了城市兩天一夜，入住了與大自然融為一體的酒店，實在值得。

A great stay at the Zhongshan Hot Springs Resort. The breakfast was excellent and even included western food like bacon and eggs and French toast. Coffee machine made perfect espresso every time. The business rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot springs were easily accessible and not too crowded during the weekday we stayed. The gym had free weights, but was hard to find and most of the machines were broken or couldn’t power up (no elliptical or bikes, but the treadmill worked). Staff was very polite and responsive. Some were able to communicate clearly in English, although Chinese is clearly the preferred language.
