Hotel Hot Springs di Guangdong, China

The service is amazing. Upon checking they explained all the benefits and working hours with a lot of patience and she try her best to find the perfect room for us. During breakfast again they introduce the buffet and make sure we had everything we needed. Maggie and Wendy were very friendly and professional and the food was delicious and well presented. The GM Kevin is clearly making a great job considering the maintenance of the rooms and the consistent service from the staff. Would super recommend this property; specially for people traveling with kids.

I’ve stayed in many hotels all around the world. New World Qingyuan is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the minute you arrive to the beautiful entrance to checking into your stunning room with views of the countryside you just feel completely at home and relaxed. The soothing music around the hotel takes the stress of a hard day away. The hot springs are nothing like I’ve experienced before. Plenty of space and doesn’t ever feel too busy. The hotel grounds are so lush and green and there’s not a leaf out of place. Lastly for me breakfast is one of the most important parts of a hotel and while travelling through China it can be hard to find an amazing breakfast, but the breakfast here is 10/10. Can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. I can’t wait to stay again soon.

We have heard of Zhongshan hot spring resort and finally we got a chance to spend time here. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge. All the staff is very supportive, including front desk and cleaners. The mini bus driver offered us a ride and took us to and fro the mountain. There is no need to say, that everything is nice and clean in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hot springs met our expectations. Everything was really nice and clean. Sauna and pools are great, we stayed as family and all of us including kids enjoyed it. Would we come back and recommend the place? Definitely, Yes! Thanks a lot to all the staff and see you later!

Very nice hotel, situated next to Fumin metro station, service desk is very polite and reacts properly to comments or remarks. One thing I would point out is breakfast is not buffet as on pictures, it’s arranged KFC set meals, which not necessarily may fit needs of some people. Fortunately it was possible to refund breakfast fee and arrange it individually. Great choice. Hotel room is comfortable.

再一次過來湛江海濱賓館，這一次的感覺比起上一次有很大到改善，整體的感覺還是很不錯的，服務質素有了比較好的提高，前台小哥很給力，由於我們提早就到了酒店，我們預訂的房間還沒有搞好衞生，前台小哥主動幫忙升級了房間，並提早給了我們一間環境很不錯的房間，小朋友非常喜歡。

Sangat Berpuas Hati. Kali ini saya datang bersama kawan-kawan selama dua hari satu malam untuk berehat. Dan pilih untuk berdiam diri pada hari bekerja. Bilik ini sangat bersih dan terang, dan pemandangan di luar adalah hijau. Terdapat pembersih di mana-mana dan persekitarannya tidak buruk.  Makan malam bufet pameran kuil: Kualiti makanan adalah baik dan terdapat ruang yang cukup. Anda boleh makan dan bermain sambil berjalan, dan anda boleh duduk dan makan apabila anda letih. Terdapat juga makanan dari negara yang berbeza, termasuk pembuka selera, makanan, pencuci mulut dan minuman. Waktu buka adalah dari jam 18:00-22:00, Saya dan rakan-rakan pergi ke tempat lain untuk makan apabila kami kenyang, dan kembali untuk makan apabila kami lapar.  Dan mereka mempunyai tenaga kerja yang mencukupi. Sikap perkhidmatannya 10% baik, mesra dan sopan. Sayangnya saya tidak keluar bermain atau men***uh basikal pada hari hujan. Mungkin lain kali saya akan kembali dengan ibu saya.  

Definitely a 5 star experience From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors. Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered. There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel. Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !! No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Good to have holidays with family and kid~

This hotel is the most beautiful and new in the vicinity of Gu Long Xia. The atmosphere here is relaxing and it has some interesting add-ons like camp fire at night, outdoor swing, badminton, mahjong etc. It is a nice city getaway and a good pit stop for those visiting Gu Long Xia. The service staff were friendly and helpful and there are also two friendly resident cats and a dog. We also enjoyed the large projector screen in our room for watching shows and the healthy breakfast. Shopping malls are also available 15 minute car ride away for convenience, shopping and dining.

I visited Huidong Island Resort with my boyfriend for his birthday, and unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. The biggest challenge was the language barrier - we don't speak Chinese, and it made navigating the resort extremely difficult. The resort's location seemed promising, but we encountered a significant issue with a local woman who scammed us for a boat ride. We were asked to pay 30RMB (the actual cost to the captain) and then she demanded an additional 200RMB to her own account. The language barrier made the situation confusing, and we only realized we'd been scammed after she had left. It was a disappointing start to our trip. Trying to make the best of it, we headed to the ocean for a swim the next day. However, after about 20 minutes, we were asked to exit the water due to a potential typhoon approaching. To add to the disappointment, the swimming pool was closed, and many amenities we had expected to be available weren't operational. This was pretty disappointing given they were part of why we chose the resort. On the bright side, the hotel room itself was very nice, and the breakfast was good. But overall, our experience fell short of expectations, largely due to the communication challenges and unavailability of advertised amenities. Would I recommend? Maybe not without significant improvements in addressing language barriers and ensuring advertised services are available. For travelers who speak Chinese or are prepared for such challenges, it might be a different story.
