Our stay in Huangshan Bai Yun Hotel was amazing. The hotel is clean, has everything you need when you do hiking in Huangshan, the service is great, the food is good and all the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially 小黄. She took care of us very well, give us a lot of information about activities and what to do. She made sure that we are comfortable and all our needs are taken care off. She went extra miles by giving us some fruits and snacks, the specialities from Huangshan. When we were tired from hiking, she made sure we can have a relaxing rest by having afternoon tea. She took care of us and made a huge difference during our stay. Hopefully we can come back to Huangshan and meet with 小黄 again, thank you for everything.

🌟五星滿分好評！這家希爾頓歡朋超出預期！房間乾淨得無可挑剔，隔音效果也很好，從書桌、沙發到地毯都沒有一點灰塵，辦公區燈光柔和，沙發軟乎乎的超舒服，細節很貼心。早餐種類超豐富，熱菜、涼菜、蛋檔一應俱全，味道也在線，住得太舒心了，強烈推薦！

We areived here without a booking (we usually travel this way), the reception staff were helpful and we got a room with a balcony on the front of the hotel. It had floor to ceiling windows allowing us to look down the valley in front of the hotel, and up Danxi Peak on the left side of the valley. You go up Danxi Peak, to see the sunrise or sunset (15-20 mins walk). The hotel has a buffet and an a la carte restuarant for evening meals, but we enjoyed G&T at the bar instead and unexpectedly saw a cultural show put on at the hotel.

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The front desk is super friendly. Upon arrival, they immediately offer free coffee and orange juice. The rooms are spacious and super clean. At some point, I went outside and couldn't find a taxi back, after calling the hotel to ask if they could help me order a taxi, they immediately came by themselves to pick me up! They also offer free laundry. Breakfast is great. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I come to the area again.

Beautiful recently renovated hotel located close to lions peak and close enough to the bright summit to watch sunset. We went the Taiping cable car route and only had to walk 40 mins after getting off the cable car. They even provide winter down jackets to watch the sunrise and send updates for what time sunrise and sunset is and the probability of seeing it. We got a package that included a buffet breakfast and dinner which was so good with so many options!! It was so nice to stay in such a nice hotel up on the mountain and their service was amazing, even checking to see if we got down the mountain safely. Would 100% recommend if you are looking to stay on huangshan for a night or two.

之前在青島住過莫蘭迪酒店，體驗特別好。這次到合肥，看到也有分店，我就迫不及待入住了，果然完全沒踩雷。, , 酒店2026年全新裝修剛開業，全屋設施都是嶄新的，配置齊全、一應俱全。要是房間能貼心備上女生扎頭髮的小皮筋就更完美了，算是我個人的小小小建議～, , 最要誇讚的就是睡眠體驗，像我這種睡眠質量不太好的，他家的枕頭和床墊真的太舒服了，躺上去特別放鬆安心。房間燈光設計超人性化，開燈緩緩漸亮、關燈慢慢漸暗，光線亮度還可以隨意調節，温柔又有氛圍感。電視支持手機投屏，休閑追劇特別方便。, , 自駕過來也特別省心，剛到門口就有工作人員熱情幫忙指揮停車，地上、地下車位都有，而且全程免費。前台小姐姐温柔又漂亮，服務特別貼心周到，整體入住體驗超滿意，值得推薦！
