The hotel's butler service was truly excellent. We arrived after watching the sunset and had brought our own food, deciding not to go for the buffet. Immediately, they sent up two bowls of hot noodle soup, saying it was for the kids to have something warm. A little later, they brought orange juice from the lobby (with 'Huangshan' written on the bottle; we kept the empty bottle to take a photo with the sunrise the next morning). In the evening at 6:58 PM, there were performances of Huangmei Opera and fish lantern dances in the lobby, all performed by the staff. After the show, they sent up foot-soaking mugwort packets, fruit, and Huangshan shortbread as a souvenir. The next morning, they delivered two coffees and bottled water, but we didn't pick them up as we didn't want to carry them, and there was already enough water in the room. The butler provided attentive care throughout the night and morning. The soundproofing in our downstairs room was quite good, so we slept very well. We saw all of Huangshan's monkeys, sea of clouds, sunrise, sunset, rime ice, and strangely shaped rocks. The snow scenery on Huangshan was stunning, staying on the mountain was definitely the right choice!

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

The room was very clean, and the facilities and environment were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find down jackets provided in the room, which was a thoughtful touch, especially since I only brought one for the snowy weather and wouldn't have had a spare if it got wet. The dinner buffet was 180 per person, which is a standard price for hotels on the mountain. The hotel's location is convenient for the Yungu Cable Car, about a 30-minute walk. However, it's quite a distance from Bright Summit (1.5 hours) and Welcoming Pine (over 3 hours, requiring good physical stamina). The cable car closes at 4:40 PM, so travelers should plan their time accordingly. This time, the Yuping Cable Car was under maintenance, so I had to make a round trip from the hotel to Welcoming Pine and back down via the Yungu Cable Car, which took 5.5 hours. It was a bit rushed and tiring. For a regular route, I recommend going up via Yungu and down via Yuping; I've personally found this to be a relatively easier option (be cautious if considering going up the One-Line Sky).

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. This hotel masterfully combines warm hospitality, an unbeatable setting, and flawless upkeep for an unforgettable stay. Western breakfast buffet and their buffet dinner was dangerously delicious 🤗. Once again, excellent customer service... Thank you 🌹

The hotel's decor is elegant and comfortable, and the rooms are well-arranged. The bathroom has a dry/wet separation, is clean and tidy, and the indoor heating temperature is just right. Down jackets are provided for guests in winter. Breakfast is plentiful with meat, vegetable dishes, and fruit, seasoned perfectly, and no pre-packaged meals. The buffet is also delicious with a good variety of choices. The hotel really makes guests feel at home. There are guided tours to watch the sunrise and sunset in the morning and evening. I was especially happy to meet Xinyu, a staff member in the buffet restaurant. She enthusiastically shared breathtaking photos of Huangshan's snowy scenery and patiently answered my questions about touring Huangshan. She was very thoughtful! I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

I booked 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Regency Exclusive Double Bedroom. It was very spacious and had a great view especially at night. It has a separate powder room area and large walk in closet. Shout out to NINA for providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. She was meticulous about answering all of my questions and always ready to help. My reservation included access to the club area where they had a good variety of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this particular room if you need plenty of space.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

This stay was really great! The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation around, whether it is to go to scenic spots or business districts. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the warm decoration style. The staff member Wang Ting was warm and considerate. When checking in, he took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding food. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very comfortable to sleep. And the sound insulation was very good, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were also complete, with a light fragrance. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is also very good, especially the freshly made fried eggs and local special snacks, which are appetizing. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends!
