Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

I stayed at the Bai Yun Hotel for one night during my photography trip to Huangshan. While the mountain can be very crowded and overwhelming, this hotel provided the perfect base to experience the true magic of the peaks. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Xiaomin. As a solo traveler and hobby photographer, I was looking for quiet spots away from the masses. Xiaomin was incredibly professional and shared her expert knowledge of the mountain with me. Her recommendation to skip the crowded 'Bright Summit' for sunrise and head to Aoyu Peak instead was a game-changer. Thanks to her, I enjoyed a breathtaking sunrise in total silence and solitude – a rare and deeply moving experience on this mountain. The hotel itself is perfectly located for photographers, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If you are looking for more than just a place to sleep, but a way to truly connect with the beauty of Huangshan, I highly recommend staying here. Special thanks again to Xiaomin for making this trip a success. I left with fantastic photos and wonderful memories!

酒店位於市政府附近，離博物館，科技館等也不遠。酒店的大堂很氣派，交通便利，停車位很多，和商業街共享。過年期間，商鋪休息，未能享受到本地美食。不過，酒店的早餐很豐富。雖然就餐的客人很多，廚師一直在忙，不斷的添加食物。餐位不夠用，開放大堂吧，機動靈活的服務，值得點贊。房間乾淨整潔，床上用品較好，尤其是床墊很厚，睡得很舒服。前台接待訓練有素，動作迅速，禮貌待人。下次來滁州，還會選擇喜來登。

Very satisfied with our stay at Xihai Hotel. We booked a suite room (Area B) for a family, but I think because of off peak season, they have the capacity to upgrade us to two bedrooms in the main building (area A) and we are very grateful for that. From the beginning the service was excellent, we were taken to our room and showed what was available. Everything in the room can be used without extra charge and can call to ask for more. Amenities and toiletries are available, room is very clean and breakfast buffet is included. Buffet dinner was ¥180 per person and it has enough varieties (mainly chinese food with some pasta, pizza, cakes). The front view of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Huangshan Mountain. The staff also very informative to guests about sunset and sunrise for the day. There were also a performance after dinner at the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel also provides two hiking jackets and a torch to help hotel guests to go out and about to hike the mountain. Our family has had the best time at Xihai Hotel and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay overnight at Xihai Hotel. You won’t disappointed.

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

定了單卧套房套餐，給了一間視野無敵的江景房間，包含行政酒廊禮遇，面積比較大，前台Anna服務細緻周到，還有歡迎飲品，酒店位置絕佳，去哪裡都比較方便，旁邊是銀泰百貨，一樓早餐也比較豐盛，唯一美中不足的就是空調風機比較響，還好提前帶了耳塞。

必須要給安慶綠地鉑驪酒店的前台團隊瘋狂打call！入住時剛走到前台，前台Peter就立刻微笑問候，還準確叫出了我的預訂姓氏，瞬間打消了旅途的疲憊感。辦理入住的速度更是一絕，核對訊息、錄入系統全程不到三分鐘，同時還清晰地告知了早餐時段、洗衣房位置和WI-FI連接方式，專業度直接拉滿。 更貼心的是，看我拎着沉重的行李箱，前台Peter主動上前幫忙，還特意引導到離電梯最近的房間。入住期間，我不小心把房卡弄丟了，急匆匆跑到前台求助，工作人員不僅沒有絲毫不耐煩，反而輕聲安慰我別著急，短短兩分鐘就補辦好了新卡。 客房整潔度超預期，床單被褥一塵不染，洗漱用品齊全且品質在線，落地窗採光極佳，拉開窗簾就能看到城市美景。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭高度恰到好處，一夜好眠完全消解了旅途疲憊。房間裏的小細節也很加分，床頭USB充電口、書桌護眼燈、防滑拖鞋，處處體現着人性化設計。 酒店早餐種類豐富到讓人驚喜，熱菜、冷盤、甜品、水果一應俱全，本地特色小吃更是地道，強烈推薦大南門牛肉煎包和蔬菜煎餅。中餐點菜的時候廚師還會主動詢問口味偏好。用餐環境乾淨雅緻，服務員及時清理餐桌，添補食材，全程貼心周到。 此外，酒店的配套設施也很完善，健身房器材齊全，洗衣房24小時開放， 作為外地遊客，我隨口諮詢了本地的特色小吃和景點路線，前台工作人員直接拿出手繪地圖，把必吃的老字號店鋪、小眾打卡點和交通路線都標註得清清楚楚，甚至還貼心提醒哪些景點避開高峯時段更出片。 中途房間空調出現小故障，我抱着試試看的心態聯繫前台，沒想到十分鐘不到，維修師傅就上門處理，前台還特意打電話跟進維修進度，詢問是否需要更換房間。 退房那天我趕高鐵，生怕耽誤時間，前台早就提前核對好賬單，一分鐘就辦完了退房手續，還特意提醒我帶好隨身物品，臨走前又塞了兩瓶水讓我在路上喝，好暖心。 從入住到退房，前台團隊的每一個細節都讓人倍感温暖，專業高效又不失温度，這樣的服務真的很難得，下次來安慶，一定還選這家酒店！

The hotel was extremely nice, and good value for money as it is really comparable to any other high end hotels. The common areas and the bedrooms were well heated (it was freezing cold outside), only the corridors between the bedrooms and the common areas were very cold. We stayed one night and had the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. It was a good variety overall, and of good quality. The staff was super nice, very attentive, and communicated through wechat for weather updates and hotel happenings (such as movie screenings). The only thing that it could miss is a spa/massage area, which would be really enjoyable after a cold day of walking in HuangShan. The location is perfect if you come from the East side (Yungu cableway), with many accessible views for sunset and sunrise.

Convenience, strategic location at walking street. Restaurants, shopping nearby, ...staff are helpful, friendly, immediate attention to solve my t.v problem .

We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.
