Decided last minute to come to Cangzhou for the National Day holiday and chose this hotel. The whole environment is amazing, and there's plenty of parking. The room environment is also excellent, no weird smells, very fresh, and super spacious. It happened to be Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel made its own mooncakes, leaving them in the room daily. Breakfast was also very rich. I was staying with a child, and the hotel even provided a bed rail, which was already set up when we came back to rest in the afternoon – very thoughtful. It's also convenient for getting around to nearby attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cangzhou.

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

An Unexpectedly Comfortable Stay! My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was exceptionally satisfying! The hotel boasts an excellent location, with convenient transportation access, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately impressed by the warm atmosphere and friendly service. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly handling my check-in. The room was spacious and bright, with plush, comfortable bedding. The 'Garden Sleep System' bed, in particular, ensured I had a wonderful night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail truly stood out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious. The hotel also features a well-equipped fitness center and business center, perfectly meeting all my needs. What truly stood out was the professionalism of the hotel's service team. Their dedication and thoughtfulness were evident in every interaction, from housekeeping to concierge services. It offers outstanding value for money, making it an excellent choice for any trip! I will definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again for my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang was a wonderful surprise! It's in a bustling area, very lively, with Wanda Plaza and a night market practically on its doorstep. We got an upgrade to a room with a fantastic view – it was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The breakfast was great too. Bella provided attentive and warm service, which was really heartwarming. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I originally booked an executive room, but upon checking in, I was upgraded to a suite. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. While we waited for our room to be cleaned, they proactively offered us drinks and even delivered welcome fruit to our room. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. Although a few areas showed a bit of age, overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel also offers free parking. Right downstairs from the hotel are Dazhao Park and the Anti-seismic Memorial Hall (currently closed for renovation), making them convenient to visit. It's about a 15-minute drive from the hotel to Tangshan Feast and Nanhu Park. The hotel's first-floor restaurant offers all-day dining, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The executive lounge has been moved to the first floor, providing happy hour drinks and fruit in the afternoon, and a light dinner in the evening. The light dinner was surprisingly good! 👍 It included six hot dishes, with noodles, wontons, and rice as main courses, along with several cold dishes and various alcoholic beverages. The only downside was a layer of dust on the headboard in the room, which was a bit off-putting. I hope they can improve their hygiene management.

整個賓館豪華氣派，品味非凡，硬件精良，是正定區最貴的酒店。可是忍不住還是想吐個糟：1、房間及樓道𥦬户都鎖上了，不透氣，雖然服務員説已開業四年，但住進去還是會感覺憋悶。空調也開不了，服務員大姐挺好，也來幫忙，還是不行，最後把房間窗户開了鎖並打開，又給配了一台風扇吹，空氣才流通些。可問題是晩上開窗大貨車經過時聲音很大，關上窗又悶熱，簡直無法入睡。2、如此高大上的酒店，早餐咖啡機卻沒配咖啡杯，服務員讓我用柱狀杯喝，咖啡味道就不説了。3、酒店沒有任何提示説準備的簡易拖鞋需要付費，按照我們走南闖北的慣性，帶走了路上換腳。結果車到半路接到賓館電話説要付費，一雙25元，我去！反正下次再也不會住了。

We recently went to Zhangjiakou Thaiwoo Ski resort during the CNY. Location is ideal, 5 mins away from Taizicheng railway by car and inside the ski resort. They provide pick-up and drop off at the railway station making it very convenient. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, not so many choices for foreigners like us. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and tries their best to translate, communicate and attend to our needs. Before booking our room and train, I called the hotel to inquire and added 小晴 thru wechat. She was very helpful in answering my questions about the ski resort, and train booking. Definitely recommended.

During the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked. Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room. Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy. Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap. Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home! Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

Traveling with my family this time, choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! From the moment we checked in, the experience was exceptional. The front desk lady saw I had a child with me and thoughtfully gave us a cartoon mystery box, which made my kid incredibly happy – so considerate! Someone even proactively helped us with our luggage to our room and recommended great local restaurants; the service was incredibly warm and thorough. The room facilities were complete, the space was huge, and both beds were very spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view, and everything was spotless. The bath towels and regular towels felt so soft, and soaking in the bathtub was especially comfortable. The water in the pool was crystal clear, and the changing rooms and showers were excellent, with plenty of hot water. There were even lounge chairs by the pool to relax on, and my child had a blast. This trip was made even better because of this hotel; my mood improved significantly! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
