⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pengalaman menginap kali ini sangat memuaskan! Lokasi hotel senang dicari dan mudah untuk bergerak ke sana sini. Bilik sangat bersih, tiada bau, dan katilnya lembut serta selesa, membuatkan tidur lena. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu (front desk) ramah dan sopan, responsif terhadap permintaan kami. Kemudahan yang lengkap dan nilai untuk wang yang sangat baik, amat disyorkan untuk menginap di sini~

If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

Very good hotel. We would rate 98 out of 100. Great location (photo 1). Located on top of subway line 1 and line 2. Restaurants, upscale shopping malls and hundreds of local shop line the neighborhood streets. Soft but firm mattress, down pillows, down comfortable feels like sleeping on air in the clouds. Bathroom shower has strong water flow with unlimited hot water. The soaking tub was a real bonus. Safe, quiet & clean neighborhood. No sign of crime, gang tags, homelessness, drug ******* which is throughout Europe and the western hemisphere. Great price. Fast check in and out. Only problems, TV had only CNN for western news, (which is useless) and the sound was so low we could not hear it. Which is the only ways to watch CNN, but we could not hear HBO. The shower had tiles with soap scum (photo 2). We travel the world, and really enjoyed this hotel. We will stay here again in our future trips to Jiang Shu

I selected the Intercontinental due to the closeness of the nearest subway station. Checking in was a pleasant experience and handled efficiently by the receptionist; we were given an upgrade which was great too! Fiona, a staff member, asked to add me to WeChat so that we could communicate throughout the stay if I had any questions or requests while we were staying; that was a nice touch and reassuring to know we could reach-out anytime. The room was great, and service whilst we were there was the same. Highly recommend staying here if you want a quieter stay in the city, with ease of access to the subway.

Hotel yang sangat menjimatkan. Ia hanya mengambil masa 7 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Kereta Api Nanjing South. The hotel is near to Jinji lake, and you can see the lake reflecting in the lobby. The front desk staff were efficient and spoke in a calm, steady tone. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there were both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The shower had great water pressure, and wrapping myself in the thick towel after a shower felt wonderfully warm, only that no bath tub to enjoy. There's a chair by the window where I could sit and stare at the lake for ages. The hotel's location is excellent; it's close to the lively areas but still quiet enough. There are plenty of dining options, big shopping mall and gate of the Orient within walking distance.

這次在徐州萬豪酒店整體體驗非常的滿意！！！之前看評論説服務不好，衞生不好的，還有點擔心。但事實上完全沒有！非常好！！值得信賴！五星級標準！！ 房間整潔舒適，清潔做得很到位，床品也非常柔軟。酒店位置太棒了！風景如畫～～～出行也很方便。 賓客經理Katherine提前聯繫，都按照要求提前安排好了👍👍👍 非常熱情細緻！！都去找她！！前台辦理入住和退房都非常高效！整個入住過程讓我感受到賓至如歸的氛圍，下次來徐州還會選擇這裏👏👏👏

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay in a corner room with lake view. The room was spacious, clean and came with all the amenities you’d expect from a 5 star hotel (including a welcome fruit basket). Service throughout the stay was excellent. A nice gesture was a small birthday cake and some gifts brought to our room on the morning of our son’s birthday. And last but not least, some butterfly cookies as farewell gift during check-out.
