Stayed at Pan Pacific Suzhou and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay extra relaxing. One of the highlights was the perks that come with being an in-house guest—there are quite a number of privileges that make the stay feel more worthwhile and enjoyable. The hotel itself has a beautiful, serene atmosphere, perfect for a quiet getaway while still being in the city. If there’s one downside, it would be the location in terms of convenience to public transport. Although it’s mentioned to be near train stations, the walk to the nearest ones is actually a bit further than expected, especially if you’re carrying luggage or travelling in the heat. Also, for older guests, it may be a good idea to request a room closer to the main lobby, as the property is quite large and distances within the hotel can be a bit of a walk. Overall, still a lovely stay and would recommend for those who value space, comfort, and a more tranquil environment.

Shangri-La Nanjing is a classic, old-style luxury hotel, and it delivers exactly what one expects from the brand. We stayed in a Horizon Club floor room, and in this hotel it is absolutely worth it. The Horizon Lounge is excellent, with attentive service and a calm, refined atmosphere. We had breakfast there every morning and drinks one evening. While the food is not quite at the level of Shangri-La Chengdu, it is still very good. The rooms are outstanding—exceptionally large, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. Climate control is excellent; we were able to set the room to 19 °C, and it reached that temperature quickly. The layout includes a separate living area, and the overall feel is elegant and timeless. The only real drawback was the swimming pool. Although visually impressive, the water temperature was far colder than advertised. Despite a pencilled in temperature of 29 °C, it felt closer to 26 °C, making it uncomfortable for casual swimming. It seemed better suited to lap swimmers than guests looking to relax. Overall, this is a superb hotel with excellent rooms and a very strong Horizon Club offering, slightly let down only by the pool temperature.

After long journey , I could sleep very very well in the Sofitel in Lianyuangang. The front was very kindly and gentle in all the aspect. Location was great with amazing breakfast, also just hotel downstairs has the Starbucks. .in Lianyuangang , Sofitel will be my favourite hotel to staying.

The hotel staffs are very friendly, no matter the cleaner aunty or security guy, they always great you with smile and make your day. The location is super great as just walking distance to dong guan street and dong guan gu du, alot of nice restaurant around and the utility provided are good quality too! Recommend to stay!

We had a very pleasant stay, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Everything was perfect. The room was cozy, with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities, fully meeting the high standards expected from an IHG hotel. The terrace offers a stunning panoramic view overlooking the entire city and the subway station is just a few steps away, making transportation extremely convenient. Special thanks to 小谢 for her outstanding assistance throughout our stay, as well as to the gentleman who kindly guided us during breakfast in the executive lounge.

The location is great, just a 1-minute walk from the metro station. Many places are also within a few minutes walk. The hotel is nice and clean, and the shampoo smells great. The room features smart controls, which I really love. I would recommend staying here and will definitely come back again. However, I would like to highlight an issue with the night shift front desk service. The staff seemed impatient and lacked courtesy when assisting me.

The Jinling Hotel may not have the newest facilities, but everything is impeccably maintained with pride. What truly shines is the classic, heartfelt service that defines Nanjing’s most legendary grand hotel. From the warm doorman to the attentive room staff, every interaction feels genuine and professional. Special praise to front desk manager Duncan—his meticulous care, quick solutions, and warm professionalism turned our stay into something truly memorable. Place is clean. Room is very high tech with personal Chinese AI to help turn on lights, curtain and even tv. Clear separation from smoking rooms. Staff is friendly and very keen to help out. Location is good few minutes walk to mrt and there is a park nearby great for morning run. Breakfast is delicious.
