Truly, we have so many sweet and unforgetable memories during our stay in Pan Pacific Hotel Suchou. We booked ”Family Two Bedrooms” for 4 of us & this room was the best family room we ever had. This room has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms and a mini kitchen with refridgerator, microwave and sink that made our in-room experience was very comfortable. The housekeeping was also very kind plus their excellent services to mention. We remember this Ms. Xia Ning, a room attendant, who left a beautiful postcard in our room with her heartful and warm greetings with her own handwritings to make sure we had comfortable stay and satisfied. We are surely touched by her beyond service. The hotel's breakfast was one of the best with so various dishes and all were delicious. Some food were resembling the famous and delicate Chinese cuisines. We fully enjoyed Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel's Panmen Scenic Area. The scenes of their large beautiful garden at noon and at night was unforgetable. We had a chance to try Chinese traditional clothings from Wu Palace Hanfu Experience Center (with Ms. Yichen's generous assistance) and also one-hour cheongsam experience (for women) that helped us to take many beautiful memorable photos. Other hotel's enjoyable benefits include Suzhou Memories-Wu Palace Historical, Collection of Passport Documents for Wu Palace, Tai Chi Experience, CNY 100 SPA voucher at Jialiya Spa & Free self-service laundry and drying. It surely gave us worth time to spent in the hotel. Our sweet 5-star experience with Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel this time surely will make us to come back to this great hotel in our next visit to Suzhou.

Located right beside the main tourist street and along the river, Mercure is perfect for the time-strapped traveller. Enabled us to clear Yangzhou in just one day. Staff are helpful and professional. There's even a doorman to manually revolve the main door and open/close Didi doors. Breakfast is quite medicore with a small spread, especially for an intl chain. Having free bottled warm water in the lobby is a nice touch. Gym is pretty decent too Was offered a free upgrade to a loft. Slightly cramped but still excellent.

Yesterday was my 22nd birthday, and my boyfriend made it unforgettable by booking a room at the Shangri-La to celebrate. He even sent a special request to the hotel asking if they could help make me feel extra welcome. On the morning of my birthday, he received a call from the Director of Guest Relations, Angel, who told him they had prepared a gift and asked for my name to personalize the card. The service was incredible from start to finish. We had originally booked a king room, but they kindly upgraded us to a beautiful lake-view room overlooking the Qinhuai River. When we arrived, I was greeted with a lovely cake, a heartfelt card, and a thoughtful gift. I felt truly welcomed and cherished. The attentive service began right at the entrance, where Cynthia Zheng from the valet team welcomed us with warmth and energy. His lively and kind presence set the tone for our entire stay. And when we departed, he was just as helpful and spirited as a wonderful person who added to the experience. Overall, my birthday felt absolutely magical, thanks to the outstanding Guest Relations team at Shangri-La. Thank you for helping create such a special memory.

Hello, this is a wonderful hotel in the very heart of Nanjing. If you want to take a walk in the city center and have an amazing view of Nanjing, this is the place for you! The staff is fantastic, everyone is very welcoming and polite. Special thanks to a wonderful girl, Cora, who was extremely kind to us and will gladly answer your questions and help if you need it. Thank you all so much. This is the kind of hotel they say doesn't just sell you a room, but sells you memories. P.S. Since it was my husband's birthday, they upgraded our room and gave us a very nice cake! Thank you all again

Ketika saya melawat Suzhou kali ini, saya secara kebetulan melihat hotel yang baru dibuka ini pada mulanya saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi dan biliknya juga sangat bagus. Ia sangat bersih, terutamanya wanita di meja penyambut tetamu yang baik dan baik. Dia juga menaik taraf jenis bilik. Saya memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini pada hari berikutnya. Ia juga dilengkapi dengan penutup tab mandi dan mandian susu Sebagai sebuah hotel, pengalaman ini sangat bagus. Namun, satu perkara yang benar-benar meruntuhkan pengalaman indah ini. Lepas consult customer service 3 jam, ada Pretending, masalahnya nak pakai baju tak payah bayar, tapi pura-pura kena bayar duit lepas masuk tak ada yang kata kena caj makeup. termasuk perkhidmatan pelanggan Jika anda mendakwa ia adalah pengalaman percuma, maka anda Jika terdapat sebarang item berbayar, anda mesti dimaklumkan Anda tidak menyebut apa-apa semasa keseluruhan proses solek. Adakah anda telah memakai 299 solek? Jalan-jalan penuh dengan orang, dan anda boleh berpakaian dan kelihatan cantik dengan hanya 99 sen. Location is good and all of their stuff are very helpful and polite. Equipped with self service laundry for free and adequate gym equipment. An special note to 小余 for providing a professional service. The only downside of the hotel is the sound proof, u can hear the sound of walking from people above ur room as well as the alarm sound of your neighbor

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth with many staff attending to your every needs. They were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but otherwise well maintained. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Location-wise, the hotel is connected to Xinjiekou station and near to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with both Chinese and Western varieties with egg station, noodle station and a variety of beverages. Although a large hotel, breakfast never felt crowded and most mornings I was able to enjoy long and slow breakfast. Highly recommended. 

預訂的時候看到是新開的酒店就覺得應該還不錯，果然，大大的超過了我的預期，一進門好幾個小哥哥服務幫忙，經理帶我們上樓幫忙開門推行李，重點是房間，沒有新裝修難聞的味道，電梯裏都是香香的，房間內部面積也相對其他該價位的酒店寬敞很多，乾淨舒適，住的很舒服，大人和小孩對於早餐也是相當滿意的，總而言之一句話，確實很好，很棒，有些服務項目這次時間原因沒有體驗到，下次有機會再來玩還住這家酒店，圖片是退房前拍的，真心推薦，所以給瞭如此好評，希望一直這麼好

Travelled as a family of 9. Room was very comfortable so it was perfect after a long day out exploring Nanjing. Staff were all very helpful and flexible with our requests in our reservation. Breakfast was great.  We were allowed to play boardgames (we brought it with us) in common lounge area.   We will definitely return if we visit again. Highly recommended.

Staff is very friendly. Room is spacious and very clean. There are a lot of options for breakfast, and everything is delicious. The hotel is about 10 min by car, from the nearest shopping mall. It is no possible to go the city center by foot.
