We are a family of three with one child, and we stayed at this hotel for four nights. When we first arrived, we had a little difficulty finding the hotel because the entrance looks like a traditional Chinese architectural building, making it easy to overlook. However, the moment we stepped inside, we were amazed by the stunning lobby. The interior is magnificent, featuring elegant Chinese Ming Dynasty-style architecture that creates a luxurious and authentic atmosphere. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the Fuzimiao Pedestrian Street. Although the area outside is lively and bustling, the soundproofing inside the hotel is excellent. Our room was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were complete. We especially loved the shampoo and body lotion—they smelled wonderful and were of excellent quality. Every day, the hotel also provided complimentary fresh fruit, snacks, and cold drinks, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room with ironing facilities, as well as a small gym, both of which were very convenient. The only thing we missed was an AI room with the Xiaodu voice assistant and delivery robot, which some modern Chinese hotels provide. The staff were warm, friendly, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. I found myself taking countless photos in the magnificent main lobby because it is truly breathtaking. Besides being located on Fuzimiao Pedestrian Street, the hotel is also within walking distance of several famous attractions, including the Confucius Temple and the China Imperial Examination Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing.

Exploring the Secluded Charms of Nanyuan – A Stay at Suzhou Nanyuan Hotel Having long admired the allure of Jiangnan in Suzhou, my recent stay at the Nanyuan Hotel finally led me to a tranquil haven hidden within the city. Stepping into the hotel, the new Chinese-style lobby exuded elegance and composure. Blue bricks, wooden windows, a screen adorned with ink-wash bamboo silhouettes, and a giant blue-and-white porcelain general's jar complemented each other, creating an Oriental aesthetic at every turn. The front desk staff were gentle and courteous, handling the check-in process smoothly and meticulously. They patiently explained the garden tour routes, and their attentive and thoughtful demeanor instantly melted away any initial fatigue. The hotel itself boasts a rich history, housing the former residence of Chiang Wei-kuo and ancient, robust cypresses within its grounds. The classical Suzhou garden scenery is truly the highlight, with winding corridors, pavilions overlooking water, intricately placed Taihu stones, and upturned eaves gracing pavilions perched above ponds. Strolling leisurely through the garden, dappled by tree shadows and cooled by breezes, the city's hustle and bustle faded away, leaving me to enjoy the serene tranquility of the garden. The housekeeping staff in the guest room areas were meticulous and dedicated, ensuring everything was clean and tidy. They were friendly and humble, their subtle attention to detail reflecting a truly warm service. The hotel restaurant had a wonderful ambiance; the glass conservatory was bright and spacious with elegant landscaping, and the dining service was attentive and orderly. The staff were enthusiastic yet discreet, providing just the right amount of service without being overbearing, yet always ready to respond to needs. This truly offered an immersive experience of the gentle hospitality characteristic of Jiangnan. This is not just a place to stay, but more like a habitable and explorable Suzhou garden. From the genuine and thoughtful care of every service staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant, combined with the pavilions, flowers, trees, and profound historical heritage throughout the garden, my entire Suzhou trip was filled with warmth. Staying at Nanyuan, opening the window to a view of the garden, and leisurely appreciating the customs and scenery of Jiangnan was a rare and wonderfully satisfying experience.

The Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient to step out and find dining and shopping options at the Gate to the East. The two restaurants within the hotel are also fantastic, and the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Liu Qian, the lovely manager at the front desk. She's incredibly gentle and kind, and handles things with meticulous care and responsibility. We even saw her diligently working during afternoon tea, which is truly commendable! Also, Zhao Jianping, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel very happy. The hotel's overall management is strict and well-regulated, ensuring a fantastic vacation experience! Definitely worth returning to multiple times!

Service: I stayed here during the May Day holiday. The front desk contacted me in advance to confirm my estimated arrival time and proactively helped me with my luggage to the parking lot. After a brief chat, my booked courtyard room was upgraded for free to a third-floor river-view king room. The Qinhuai River was right outside the balcony door of the living room. The staff also kindly informed me of the best viewing times and explained all the room's amenities. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, peaceful yet central. The room was meticulously clean, and the public areas were bright and tidy. Value-added services: The minibar offered complimentary drinks, snacks, and two facial masks. The public area on the first floor provided a variety of traditional Chinese clothing for guests to use for free photos, including Hanfu, horse-face skirts, and qipaos. They were varied, clean, and suitable for women of all sizes. Breakfast: Breakfast was a semi-buffet, featuring the hotel's special noodles and Nanjing's local pastries and cold dishes, all quite rich and delicious.

This time, I stayed at Mo Keyuan from August 14th to 15th. When I was choosing a hotel, I was quite surprised to see Mo Keyuan had nothing but glowing reviews. After staying there, I realized that both its facilities and service are indeed exceptional. **Ambiance & Location:** In terms of its location, it's merely 50 meters from Pingjiang Road, and within comfortable walking distance of Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum. It's also nestled in the same alley as the famous Zhuo Lin Li Tang Zhou (a traditional dessert shop), just 20-30 meters away, and shares an adjacent alley with Couple's Retreat Garden. This geographical positioning is simply superb! The hotel itself is a numbered private garden with five interconnected courtyards, boasting exquisite rockeries, ponds, and bridges. Its design is incredibly intricate, offering distinct scenic views with every turn. Guanhuatang, a key hall, is the central room in the innermost of these five courtyards. The front desk is located in the first courtyard, exuding an antique charm. Upon entering the second courtyard, you're greeted by a misty, ethereal atmosphere, providing a refreshing coolness on hot days and adding a wonderful artistic touch. The third courtyard houses the banquet hall, while the fourth and fifth are dedicated to guest rooms. In reality, this compound is far more complex than it appears, with the unique asymmetrical structure typical of Suzhou gardens revealing many delightful surprises. **Cleanliness:** Everywhere I looked was impeccably clean. Unlike other Chinese courtyards I've stayed in, at Mo Keyuan, all areas (except guest rooms and staff offices) are openly accessible. Furthermore, the furniture inside is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, giving the impression that they are actively used daily. The rooms were subtly pre-scented with incense, and the bathrooms were also spotless. **Facilities:** Mo Keyuan boasts comprehensive facilities, offering both dining options and captivating Pingtan (Suzhou storytelling and ballad singing) performances. Guests can enjoy these performances for free, held in a charming small hall in the second courtyard, which serves as both a restaurant and a performance venue. The performance hall is very well-equipped, featuring background projection and automatic stage curtains, truly showing great attention to detail. Furthermore, before checking in, I was somewhat concerned about security. However, upon arrival, I found that the visitor and guest areas are effectively separated by access control, ensuring both privacy and safety. **Service:** The service was incredibly attentive. The butler was always ready to answer any questions and had an excellent, friendly attitude. Every staff member had a great service attitude and was remarkably patient. Due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we only decided quite late that we wanted to have lunch at Mo Keyuan the next day. However, the butler arranged it perfectly, and we got to savor the Squirrel-shaped Mandarin Fish and Crab Roe Tofu we had hoped for. The hotel's shuttle service was even more convenient, saving us precious time and effort when visiting the Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Lion Grove Garden. We also had the pleasure of meeting the garden owner this time, who was very approachable and clearly poured their heart and soul into managing this exquisite garden. **Daily Pingtan Performance (2 Tickets):** The Pingtan performance was excellent. The young lady sang beautifully and spoke with such gentle grace; experiencing the 'Wu Nong Soft Language' (Suzhou dialect) live was truly delightful. The performance also included complimentary Biluochun tea and homemade mung bean cakes, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I'm extremely glad I chose Mo Keyuan this time. My only regret is not being able to stay an extra night to spend half a day simply wandering around the garden, sipping tea, watching the fish, and relaxing – that would have been utterly tranquil and perfect.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Suzhou so far. First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right inside Shantang Street, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient street, taking boat rides, and dining. Getting to attractions like the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum by taxi is also very quick and hassle-free. While it's lively outside, the moment you step into the hotel, it becomes wonderfully quiet – truly an oasis of calm amidst the bustling city. The hotel itself is designed in the traditional Suzhou garden style, with a beautiful courtyard and its own lotus pond. Taking a morning stroll around it really brings a sense of peace. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. The staff were also incredibly attentive and helpful, from check-in to check-out. They were genuinely warm and responsive to any questions or issues we had, which made us feel very well taken care of, without it feeling forced. Breakfast and the restaurant also deserve praise. They offered authentic Suzhou specialties that tasted delicious, and my entire family thoroughly enjoyed the meals. If I ever come back to Suzhou, I would definitely stay here again. The kids didn't want to leave!

The overall environment and facilities are pretty good, definitely commendable. The staff provided quality service even during the Spring Festival, which is great. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's hardware is a bit old; the air conditioning unit is quite bulky, and when the bathroom's ceiling and wall lights are on at the same time, there's a noticeable and jarring electrical buzzing sound. I hope they can improve this in the future. The kids' play area is fantastic. Overall, it's worth recommending.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access. It's within walking distance to shopping districts and subway stations, making it perfect for both business trips and sightseeing.

The resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jinling Hotel and across the street from Deji Plaza. The room's decor is simple and comfortable, the bedroom is spacious enough, and while the bathroom is a bit small, it's well laid out. The double-glazed windows provide good sound insulation, so despite being in a bustling area, it's very quiet at night for sleeping. The front desk staff were quite friendly. During the day, there was occasional renovation noise from other floors in the building, but none at night. You have to transfer elevators once on the seventh floor, but this is a minor issue, and overall, it offers great value for money.
