We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with both the service and overall experience. A special thank you to Shengjing, the Room Service Manager, for the outstanding service. Everything was well organized, prompt, and delivered with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. We would also like to commend Manager Gaoand Lili at the buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, the dining area was clean and well managed, and the service was attentive and professional. At the front desk, Taozi, Damai, and Huasheng provided exceptional service. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile and great efficiency. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a large room with comfortable twin bed . Breakfast was very good and delicious , behind the hotel had restaurants and ginseng retail shop.We will come back again this hotel . Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency Changchun. The service is truly top-notch — the staff are exceptionally friendly, and their responses are always fast and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, they handled everything promptly and professionally. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices, making mornings very enjoyable. The only small point to note is that some of the furniture is a bit dated, as the hotel has been around for quite some time. However, this did not affect our overall comfort or experience. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service and a fantastic breakfast.

The hotel is just wonderful, the location is perfect, near the metro, shopping center, food street Breakfasts are varied and delicious The rooms have very high-quality textiles - towels and bedding The best thing about the hotel is the staff, responsive, kind, competent. In everything related to service, the hotel is just 5 stars. You really feel like a dear guest here Of the minuses, I can only note the inconvenience of parking and a little tired renovation in the rooms, but the rooms themselves are very clean and odorless.

The service was spectacular. The check-in ladies room, service, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff all were excellent. As well as the health club staff. The health club was nice to use because there were not many people, but the facilities are clearly older, but they were clean. I only gave four stars for cleanliness because there was a hair in the bathtub which could easily happen to anyone. Loved the mini bar and special Changchun welcome gift touch. Would be nice if bath salts or a bath bomb was provided. I ordered on *******.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making the entire experience feel effortless and relaxing. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed for perfect rest. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout. The hotel’s facilities were also outstanding. The dining options offered delicious and fresh meals, and the breakfast selection was especially impressive. The gym and pool areas were well maintained, creating a great environment to unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail. Whether it was the swift response to requests, the warm greetings from staff, or the overall cleanliness and organization, everything reflected true hospitality.

I stayed for one night first and was so pleased and satisfied that I decided to stay for another. It is a hotel in Yanbian at a really good price, and I liked the clean bed and spacious room. There was also a laundry room, so I was able to finish drying my clothes. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, allowing me to enjoy the meal slowly for two hours. In particular, the front desk staff member, Kim Yeon-ju, spoke Korean and was able to resolve difficult issues well. She also actively guided me through my travel itinerary, which allowed me to travel to Yanbian and the nearby Mt. Baekdu smoothly, for which I am truly grateful. This hotel is my top choice for a second stay on my next trip to Yanbian.
