Hotel Boutique di Jilin, China

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with both the service and overall experience. A special thank you to Shengjing, the Room Service Manager, for the outstanding service. Everything was well organized, prompt, and delivered with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. We would also like to commend Manager Gaoand Lili at the buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, the dining area was clean and well managed, and the service was attentive and professional. At the front desk, Taozi, Damai, and Huasheng provided exceptional service. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile and great efficiency. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a large room with comfortable twin bed . Breakfast was very good and delicious , behind the hotel had restaurants and ginseng retail shop.We will come back again this hotel . Please take note: I have pay a deposit of 100 rmb on 14/1/26 for second room card during check in,, front desk did not refund me during check out on 20/1/26. This was my second stay at Hyatt Regency Changchun, which I rebooked in a heartbeat. The room, staff, cleanliness, location were all excellent. Both times I stayed, my room was quiet and had a very nice view of the city. The butler Hero was helpful and proactive without being intrusive. He offered handy info about the hotel and tips on food and places to go within specified distances from the hotel. The fitness center was great too. The hotel is next to a metro station, opposite an upscale mall, walkable to Guilin Rd with tons of food and generally near enough to places while still tranquil.

The hotel was strategically located near the attractions (10-20 minutes drive). The price is affordable too. The room was clean and tidy and bedding was comfortable. The hotel facilities are new and smart controlled. The breakfast was great with varieties of food. The service attitude of the front desk staff was good.

The service was spectacular. The check-in ladies room, service, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff all were excellent. As well as the health club staff. The health club was nice to use because there were not many people, but the facilities are clearly older, but they were clean. I only gave four stars for cleanliness because there was a hair in the bathtub which could easily happen to anyone. Loved the mini bar and special Changchun welcome gift touch. Would be nice if bath salts or a bath bomb was provided. I ordered on *******.

Bilik sangat bersih dan luas, dengan TV besar dan balkoni. Ia juga sangat hangat dan selesa. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat mesra dan responsif terhadap permintaan kami. Lokasinya juga sangat baik, dengan banyak restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Ia hanya kira-kira 1km dari Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center. Jika saya berpeluang melawat Gunung Changbai lagi, saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini.

Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is near the Wanda mall. It’s also 10mins short drive to 网红墙. It’s a “smart” hotel with robots delivering your ordered food from Mei Tuan. Room is also controlled by AI assistant “Xiao Du”. Hotel manager very helpful. He provides local information as well as facilitates guests queries effectively. Hotel provides free self service laundry on the 11th floor. You do need to understand Chinese to use it. We were there in December and room central heating is too warm to our liking and cannot be controlled effectively within the room even with “Xiao Du”help. Housekeeping between the 2 days can be improve as well. However I will still recommend this hotel if you are in YanJi.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Well centralised hotel with malls ard it that are of walkable distance. Hotel even prepared dumplings for us to celebrate the dong zhi festival They also set up a small cute decoration with free cake to celebrate our anniversary Helpful and friendly staffs such as Long Cui and housekeeper that kept our room tidy daily Hotel has 4 washing machine and 1 dryer also Overall a pretty good stay
