Hotel Boutique di Jilin, China

Bell boy and those staffs helping with luggage were amazing. Front desk staff doesn’t make you feel welcoming, pulling a long face throughout, didn’t explain in details during check in example like how much was the deposit, breakfast etc. Room is kinda old, toilet bowl doesn’t have warmer function which I get it in every other hotel as cheap as 80yuan a night. Huge Breakfast selection , that’s the most enjoyable part of this hotel. Location wise, just next to hotel got a 24 mini mart, nothing else, need to cab further down for more foods and malls. Near to jilin train station, a 8-10 yuan cab ride away. Take note the hotel pick up fee is 200 yuan. Lastly, shoutout to the room cleaner, they have the most tiring works but super helpful and always greet with you big smile.

We had a large room with comfortable twin bed . Breakfast was very good and delicious , behind the hotel had restaurants and ginseng retail shop.We will come back again this hotel . Please take note: I have pay a deposit of 100 rmb on 14/1/26 for second room card during check in,, front desk did not refund me during check out on 20/1/26. Staff is great and fluent in English. Rooms are clean and spacious; there was even a free mini bar for the first night at the hotel. The incidentals deposit was released right at the moment of check-out. Breakfast is both Chinese and western. Recommend

The hotel was strategically located near the attractions (10-20 minutes drive). The price is affordable too. The room was clean and tidy and bedding was comfortable. The hotel facilities are new and smart controlled. The breakfast was great with varieties of food. The service attitude of the front desk staff was good.

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

Bilik sangat bersih dan luas, dengan TV besar dan balkoni. Ia juga sangat hangat dan selesa. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat mesra dan responsif terhadap permintaan kami. Lokasinya juga sangat baik, dengan banyak restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Ia hanya kira-kira 1km dari Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center. Jika saya berpeluang melawat Gunung Changbai lagi, saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini.

Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

Excellent service from the staffs. Our hotel package comes with afternoon set, and staffs had kindly upgrade our drinks to a more expensive drink from a standard coffee. Hotel is new. Our room is big and clean and comes with all smart amenities. There's a Wanda mall down the road. There's a river bridge opposite the hotel with beautiful night lights. Had a very good stay here, and overall really value for money..

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Well centralised hotel with malls ard it that are of walkable distance. Hotel even prepared dumplings for us to celebrate the dong zhi festival They also set up a small cute decoration with free cake to celebrate our anniversary Helpful and friendly staffs such as Long Cui and housekeeper that kept our room tidy daily Hotel has 4 washing machine and 1 dryer also Overall a pretty good stay
