Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Pays de la Loire, Perancis

J'ai eu un très bon accueil, aimable, rien à dire, très bien. j’ai pu avoir une chambre au 1er plutôt qu'au 2eme étage. Il est possible de manger sur place et d'avoir une boisson chaude tardivement au distributeur à boissons. les commerces ”leclercs” à 5mn et un restaurant supplémentaire chinois tout à coté Le lit est grand et propre par contre le mur face au lit avaient des traces marron que j'ai nettoyé et signaler lors de mon départ car il en a d'autres sur la porte des la salle d'eau. Un coup d’éponge n'aurait pas été du luxe avant mon installation. Si non la chambre est calme, sans climatiseur ou autre ustensile (bouloir), le radiateur existe pour l’hiver ça doit aller. Mais bon c'est un première classe. Je n'ai hélas pas eu le réflexe des photos avant mon nettoyage.

This property is more like service appar**ent than hotel but is well located in La Baule (quiet area, 10min by walk from the beach). Breakfast is nice and receptionists are very helpful.

Un Hotel première classe tres bien, pour le déplacement pour le boulot. Le personnel disponible, la responsable aimable et charmante, toujours a l'ecoute. rien a redire, je le recommande sans hésiter.

L'hôtel est moderne et agréable. Le studio est accueillant et lumineux (2 fenêtres) situé au 6eme étage avec ascenseur. La salle de bains est spacieuse : je suggérerai toutefois d'ajouter une deuxième patère et une tablette murale pour le côté pratique. Le lit est confortable, excellent matelas ce qui est le plus important pour moi si l'on veut passer un bon séjour. Le coin cuisine est optimisé. Un accès WiFi appréciable. Également à noter : une salle de fitness au 4eme. Dommage que je n'ai pu en profiter compte tenu de la canicule... Seul point noir du logement : l'absence de climatisation. Heureusement que nous étions absents pendant la journée et rejoignons la chambre seulement le soir.

À mon arrivée dans la chambre j'ai constatée que le sol était plein miettes et des cheveux d'avant mon arrivée, et avec la lumière on peut voir des traces de liquide sécher marron et jaune sur la tablette entre les deux lits et sur la tête de lit ainsi que les marques des verres qui ont été poser avant, en forme de cercle et collant, l'évier aussi est dégueulasse, ma chambre n'a pas été préparée connaissez vous la désinfection. Le lit était fait mais le matelas du lit d'en haut était par terre donc je l'ai remis à sa place. Accueil correcte. (le lendemain matin j'ai fait tomber ma tartine de beurre de cacahuète dans le lit, excusez moi)

A l'extérieur de la ville, j'ai apprécié de pouvoir occuper ma chambre à 14h grâce au totem. Chambre propre, avec télévision, douche et wc,, chambre conforme à la description faite sur la réservation. . Bon accueil pour un déjeuner qui peut-être copieux

Very nice staff, pretty hotel, right across from the gare and tram, around the corner from the castle and old town center. Those are the “goods”. However, we were given family room 111 which faces the street. The air conditioning was not working well, and when we opened the windows, there was the sound of the train, people fighting, or couples. We asked to have the air fixed but were just as uncomfortable the second night. The “rooms” are separated by sliding bamboo curtains, which made it impossible to sleep until the last person went to bed. Breakfast was very sp**** at the €14 per person charge. But reception staff was impeccably nice. I think we would choose a real hotel with real beds and real doors next time.

Comme d'habitude j'adapte mon avis au niveau de l'établissement et son prix, surprise d'avoir une très jolie chambre rez de chaussée refaite, le truc super , le petit déjeuner au Campanile, j'avoue que j'aime mieux. deux trucs désagréables indépendant de l’hôtel et quasi classique dans ces hôtels l'odeur de fumée de cigarette qui arrive par les aérations, merci les c... et le bruit le matin des braillards devant les escaliers,voir ta porte qui croient que tous le monde est réveillé a 6 ou 7h00 le samedi , bref le savoir vivre, ça doit être un truc luxueux

Nous avons passé un grand moment culinaire, tout était délicieux, le chef Jérémy travail à la perfection tout les produits de la mer que nous offre cette région . Le cadre est ancien ce qui rend le restaurant très chaleureux, et le personnel est vraiment pro et adorable . Je recommande vraiment la cuisine du chef Jeremy Coirier ! Il mérite des étoiles ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Le Meilleur Palace à la Baule! 5*****+++. Services hyper attentifs de toutes parts, suite de prestige, cadeaux offerts par la Direction, ce cher Mr. Franck Marie (une bouteille de champagne m'attendait dans la chambre, et autres mignardises AB.FAB). Toute l'équipe restent à mes yeux la Meilleure! J'y suis allée deux fois cette année (juin/septembre), tellement tout est magique. Vue sur mer, parc, accès direct à la plage, que rêver de mieux? Vivement 2024, 1000 mercis à vous tous

Une très bonne expérience grâce au Radisson Blu hôtel situé en plein centre ville de Nantes. Personnels à l’écoute de son client. Service et chambre au top. Petit déjeuner avec un large choix de produits. Une ville à visiter avec ses restaurants de qualité.

Séjour agréable, endroit très sympa avec la piscine. Le seul problème c'est que nous avons pas beaucoup dormi car nous avions des personnes à l'étage du dessus qui faisaient que de claquer les portes.

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)

fabulous hotel everything and more welcomed from the moment we walked in . trendy hip hotel and central, the hotel was very clean the breakfast was nice the staff was attentive all the facilities you need for a short break and the hotel receptionist millicent was fantastic very friendly knowledgeable and spoke fantastic english and french .... we will be back x

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading negative reviews about the state of the rooms. Yes, maybe its not brand new, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay. There is a huge parking place for just 2 euro's a night. Its a bit out of town, but we had a nice walk by the Beautifull lake which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel (behind Burger King). As been said by many, there is a handy mall across the road with places to eat and a big Carrefour supermarket. We would definitely stay here again. A great rest, recommended.

The Novotel Angers Centre Gare Hotel is a clean and contemporary hotel, however we felt it lacked ambience. The hotel is located right next to the Angers Gare, and while it may be convenient for those travelling to the Novotel Angers Centre Gare Hotel by train, the hotel does offer car parking at the Angers Gare car park, which is operated by an independent operator, and the hotel does offer a discounted rate for the car park. The Novotel is within a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Angers and about a 10 minute walk to Angers Castle, both of which are in two different directions of the hotel. The room we had was spacious, with a double bed, in-room safe, room-control air conditioning, very small wardrobe, fridge and kettle with basic tea and coffee. Sparkling water was the only beverage provided in the room and not plain water for the kettle, nor milk and only paper cups!! The block-out curtains worked well at night, although you could hear the train, however our room overlooked the train station. The bathroom had a bath step-in-shower and the shower pressure for the hot water was poor, and there was limited space on the bathroom vanity to spread out hair appliances etc. The in-room phone didn’t work, so we had to make our way down to reception to ask for an ironing board and iron. Bath robes and slippers weren’t supplied. The buffet breakfast was an additional cost, although it did offer a good selection of hot and cold, savoury and sweet menu, which was nice. If you're looking for a basic, clean and convenient no-frills hotel, then the Novotel Angers Centre Gare Hotel, could be for you!

Hôtel très bien, calme et plutôt bien insonorisé. Chambre spacieuse et très propre, lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité avec des produits locaux et bio, du jus d’orange frais ce qui est rare. La salle de bains est plutôt spacieuse mais nécessiterait un rafraîchissement. Très bien placé proche du tramway et de la gare

Although the location is perfect - all the tourist attractions are right there around the corner - it kinda feels like a dodgy alleeway. It´s located deep in the old town so you have to wait for a taxi for a looong time, so you better order that in advance if you need to catch a flight on time. The floorplan is not like in your average hotel which is understandable as it´s an old building, but a bit more open floorplan in the rooms would be great. there´s a lot of corners and cabinets and not much space. Feels like being on a cruise ship - everything is there but is´s petite ;) The fittness centre consists of 3 instruments and 10 dumbells so don´t expect too much. But the hotel overall is OK, bed´s comfy, quite, people are friendly and the breakfast was nice. Couple of small things to improve: the phone in my room didn´t work, neither did the blowdryer. And perhaps a bit more information to be written down in English but that´s just a French thing I guess :) .

Actually this is our last night in this hotel for hellfest but after stayed in Pullman Tour Paris and Hyatt group in Venice, we fell this hotel is not at their standard. The 1st weekend was ok with ok room but since we arrived after midnight there is no room service, they did not clean the room when we put the housekeeping sign and their housekeeping only available until 2pm. Then now on our 2nd weekend, we are greeted very well by the morning shift cause he still remember us from last weekend, but we got the room 521 and it was dirty especially the window area where there's spider nest with spider of course. compare to previous room there is no plug on the bed side and no soap. Then after days we came back very late cause of hellfest and no one ask us on our room number until last night one of their staff (dark color) asked our room number and we mentioned but it took him more than 5 minutes to check. We are so angry cause it's 4am and just want to go to our room to sleep. We did not wait for him and his reason because he did not see us before and while waiting for elevator, 4 white guys came in and he did not asked them anything. So being asian does matter in this hotel. No hospitality what so ever, so you need to do some re training for him. Maybe because he always on the late shift but being friendly should not be taught when your in hospitality industry. When the review could be ok but he really made our stay very not enjoyable. Aside of that all the morning/afternoon shifts are very welcome and helpful.

In 2022-2023 my experience at this hotel is quite good, it's really comfortable to stay 2-3 nights for business trip: it's next to Train station (so u could drop off ur luggage right the moment u arrive at Nantes), after a work day, u could take time to walk along the canal Saint Felix, as well as visit the old castle, the old city center. Mercure Nantes is also near the Conference - Exhibition Complex called La Cité des Congrès de Nantes to see some spectables, concerts such as Shen Yun, Le lac des cygnes. The room is quiet, i do love so much the view, the bathroom is clean and nice light system as well as television, wardrobes (small but smart). The morning buffet is diversified and fresh. You could ask to staff to make Cappuccino/ Machiato(they do very well) . I was here 3 times already, 3 differents room at different floor but never had prob with sleeping. The staff is friendly (women who tidy room), the staff at buffet as well i did love the dinner service in room, very well prepared. This month I enjoyed the lunch at terrasse. So I do appreciate all services they could offer up to now. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us). It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

This hotel is in a fabulous location. Bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. However the staff are not of the same quality. Our room had a bath but the plug did not work and so the water just drained out as fast as it came out of the taps. The device on the side of the bath was broken and thus the plug was useless. I mentioned to the girl on reception that there was a problem with the bath and it needed fixing. She told me she would get it fixed. Nobody arrived to fix it that day so I explained the situation to another girl the following day. Again nothing happened. Both girls were not interested and ghisvreflects very poorly on the hotel and the Mercure group in general.

Set in the old church that once belonged to the Convent next door, Sozo is certainly a little different. If you want 'cool', 'funky' and white furniture this is the place. Ideally located and just a short walk to the beautiful town of Nantes. Staff were all excellent and the place is super clean and well looked after.
