We stayed two nights. It was a great experience. Room itself is good, bed is comfortable. Got onsen and free half portion of ramen and rice after 7:30pm, which is a bonus. Ramen is delicious. However, service for a part-time staff (a girl) was bad! This is the first time we experienced such bad service in Japan. First, her greeting was mean and rude, with no smile on her face and kind of ignoring the customer. Second, after we got the room key and get ready to take the elevator, we didn't know the way. She just kept ignoring us which a normal staff would show you the way to the elevator right after finished check-in. Lastly, after we entered into the room, we found out that the toilet seat was loosen. So we went down to the lobby to tell her about these. She was so unhelpful that she did not even want to come up to our room to see what happen, but just tild us to use the toilet in the lobby instead! At the end, luckily there was another senior full time staff just on duty, we told him about this, and he immediately went up to our room to see what happen. Will give this senior staff a 5 star. So other than that part-time staff (girl), all were pretty good.

The hotel is very close to the train station and had just reopened. They received our luggage in advance and had placed it in our room. The room was very comfortable and as requested was located in a high floor. We enjoyed the room amenities (slippers, robe, toiletries, tea). There were additional perks (mask, creams, etc) available at the reception. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

ホテル開業当初からある旧館の趣が素晴らしいです。木材の素材感が美しい外観もそうですが、旧館の玄関をくぐった先の内装もとても素晴らしく、圧倒されます。玄関の上は図書コーナーのようになっていて、くつろげるスペースとなっていますが、そこから玄関を見下ろすのもまた格別の趣があります。 フロントは、新館側にあり、通常はそこから出入りすると思うのですが、是非、旧館側の入口もくぐってほしいです。 近隣に食事できる場所もなく、レストランは完全予約制なので、宿泊予約時に予約しておく必要があります。豪華という感じではなかったですが、季節感のあるお料理たちで、ご飯一つとっても、鮮やかな緑色の豆が入っていて、夏らしさを感じることができます。 芸術的な建物と美味しいお食事の両方を楽しめるおすすめのホテルです。

門限（24時）を会食で10分過ぎてしまい、事前に遅れる旨を電話で伝えたうえ、大変申し訳なかったと謝ったにもかかわらず、受付のお爺さんにものすごい形相で「社会人としてどうなのか」「約束を守れない人間は人間としてあり得ない」と大声でめちゃくちゃ罵倒され、本気でびっくりしました。。。申し訳なかったと平謝りましたが睨みつけられたうえ、ドアをあからさまに乱暴に閉められ、舌打ちされてさっさと入れとの仕草をされました。。。虫の居所が悪かったのでしょうか。。。もちろん10分遅れた私が悪いとはいえ、客に言う言葉ではないというか、平気で上からの立場を取る宿です。絶対、絶対おすすめしません。このような対応をしてこれまで営業してきてらっしゃるのが信じられません。特に夜に会食などの予定が入っている方は時間を気にしてゆっくりできませんし、少しでも遅れただけで鬼の形相で罵倒されます。駅からも遠いですし、泊まると不快な思いをされる方もいるかと思います。泊まるなら駅近の全国チェーンのホテルをおすすめします。二度と泊まりません。

Impressive. Excellent services, room is clean, size is just for Japanese standard. Two recommendations (not complaint), 1. Adding smoking room on first floor or roof top will be better. The room on twelve floor is too small and improper located as it share with two restaurants. 2. Coin laundry is need especially if travel in continue mode (My trip was Fukuoka-Tokyo-Niigata-Akita (In city and at Odate)-Tokyo) therefore laundry is necessary as laundry services is not match with my itinerary time. Compare to Hotel Sunroute which has coin laundry in the hotel or shop nearby. Conclusion is The ANA will be my first choice on next trip.

We had great service at this hotel. The room was adequate, we found the beds to be quite narrow, however they were comfortable. The room had a good bathroom, with plenty of high-pressure, hot water. Our stay included breakfast and dinner for two nights. The food was okay.

JR青森駅から栄えていない東口に向かうとALVEというビルがあり、その2階がエントランスです。駅の改札口から直結で雨に濡れないで行けます。 お勧めの居酒屋などを紹介してくれており、そこを利用すると少し安くなりました。 設備やサービスはリーズナブルで、問題なしです。 サービスで付く朝食では、人気のカレーライスをいただき満足しました。

秋田の迎賓館と呼ばれる 秋田きってのシティホテルというので予約。 空港からのバスは木内前を降りてすぐ。 秋田駅からも徒歩圏内。 今回は、コーナーツインにアップグレード。 ありがとうございます。 客室は古さはあるがきれいに保たれている。 ブラウン系のインテリアでまとめられ落ち着く。 ソファーやライティングデスクも大きめ。 空の冷蔵庫や電気ポット、空気乾燥器など完備。 お茶セットあり。 クローゼットは大きく、ハンガーの数も揃っている。 衣類用消臭液も完備。 窓からは千秋公園の堀が良く見えた。 ベッドにはエアウィーヴマットレスが導入されている。 エアウィーヴはJAL機内でしか使ったことがなかったが 実際にベッドで使うと快適だと実感した。 照明などはベッドサイドですべて調整でき、 カーテンも遮光ばっちりでゆっくり眠れた。 バスルームはスタイルは古いままだが リニューアル済みできれい。 部屋をリニューアルしても 水回りはそのままというホテルが多いが このホテルはきちんと改装しているのが素晴らしい。 シャワーも勢いよくでる。 アメニティは、ペリカン石鹸のボディーソープ、 シャンプー、コンディショナーなど。 ボディスポンジ、歯磨きセット、髭剃りセット、 ブラシ、コットン＆綿棒など。 マイナス点は、シティホテルでは必ず用意してもらえる 化粧水などの化粧品がないこと。 wifiが不安定で何度かルーターを持ってきてもらってようやく安定。 コンシェルジュはいないので フロントスタッフにお願いしたレストラン予約などで多少不手際があった。 しかし最終的には別の店を紹介＆予約してもらえた。 さらに個人的にお願いしたこともきちんとかなえてくれた。 これがなければ●●●だったが きちんとこなしてくれたので●●●●。 次回もこちらを利用させていただきます。

Room was very nice and fairly spacious. The hotel breakfast was top notch with all the akita specialties, a western selection and a salad bar. Close to various attractions, and the front desk is happy to help with restaurant recommendations if you need it. Location is absolutely perfect being linked to Akita station.

キャンプをしたいという友人とキャンプに興味のない私に丁度良い😅こちらのグランピングフィールドに宿泊しました。 部屋にはトイレ、お風呂はありません。（もちろんTVも） 向かいの本館のトイレと大浴場を利用します。 夜のトイレが不安でしたが、数メールの距離感でしたので杞憂でした。 部屋はコンパクトですが、冷房も効いていて快適です。 本題のキャンプ体験も食材は焼くだけの状態で準備してくださいますし、炭火もお願いするとホテルのスタッフさんが点けてくれます。 とはいえ、初体験の二人、あたふたと大騒ぎしながらのバーベキューでした。 時期的にアブ大発生なので、夕方早い時間だとアブに襲われてながらでそちらも大変でした。（虫除け、*虫剤も準備してくれます） ですが、デザートをいただく頃にはアブもいなくなりのんびりとくつろげます。 朝は雨が降る中でしたが、デッキで朝食で、こちらは虫の心配もなく目の前の広場と山の眺めが美しいですし、鳥の声をBGMに本当に気持ちの良い朝食時間でした。 自分で挽いて淹れるコーヒーも美味しいです。 本格的なキャンプは無理だけど、雰囲気だけは体験したい方にはオススメです。 デッキや本館への移動ようのサンダルを別に準備していくと良さそうです。（いちいちスニーカー履くのが面倒でした） 私たちの担当のスタッフさんは親切で気持ちの良い対応でありがたかったです。 あったら良いなー、というところは私たちのような初体験者用に、キャンプの楽しみ方を教えてもらえるパンフレットみたいなのがあると嬉しいです。 （焚き火もありましたが、朝になって存在に気づきましたし、キャンプ動具の使い方も分からず困惑の場面も。こんな事ができるよ。みたいなレクチャーをしていただけるともっと楽しめたかも） 次回はまた違う季節に伺いたいです。 ありがとうございました。
