Hotel Dengan Spa di Parana, Brazil

Estive no hotel para um congresso, estava lotado de participantes de todas as idades, acho q por isso o muito barulho. Quarto com frigobar, armário (q poderia ser melhor aproveitado), tv, ar condicionado… tudo naquele controle central q fica na cabeceira. Alguns móveis velhos mas isso é o de menos, o problema maior é a cama! Cheguei a travar. Cama velha de mola, toda ja com buracos e ondulações, muito desconfortável. Também a falta de uma cortina blackout nas janelas de vidro. Banheiro é pequeno mas não vejo como problema, chuveiro elétrico daquele mais simples mas tem uma vazão de água até q boa… Café da manhã “básico” (pensando em hotel!), não iriei opinar porque não posso comer glúten então fiquei restrita. Internet grátis ruim, principalmente se vc for precisar pra trabalhar. Funcionários simpáticos, cheguei antes do horário de checkin e pude deixar minhas malas já no hotel…

This hotel has a good location and a friendly staff. But it is dilapidated and need of a remodel badly. The rooms are old and the furniture is breaking down. The windows allow mosquitoes to come in the room from the outside. I killed at least twenty with my own hands. I literally sprayed the room and myself with mosquito repellant before I went to sleep. The worst is that I ordered room service and had breakfast at the hotel and immediately got Traveler's Diarrhea. After 7 days I flew home and was treated with antibiotics. I'm still recovering and needless to say it ruined my very expensive vacation. I don't know whether there is a health department or a similar institution there but the hotel should be shut down and all systems need to be revamped before anyone else gets sick!

very beautiful hotel and classic decoration style! There's nothing bad to say! The staff were helpful and served us very well, especially Cleverson at reception, his excellent service, he helped us with everything! Satisfactory breakfast. The only thing that was bad was that we got a room with no view, otherwise everything was perfect.

Room was clean and of decent size for three of us. Breakfast was decent and served in large room. Staff friendly and helpful with dining recommendations. Rooftop bar and pool area was nice to relax at end of day. On-site atm and money exchange services. We did not visit falls from so I cannot comment on ease of that

Hôtel parfaitement situé proche de l’aéroport et de l’entrée du parc. Personnel sympathique et qui a tout fait pour que le séjour se passe bien. Dommage la plupart des chambres n’ont pas de belles vues. Mais le parc et la piscine sont au top. Je recommande cet hôtel

O hotel é bem limpo, organizado e tem uma localização muito boa dentro do shopping Catuaí. Os quartos são limpos com camas confortáveis e tem bom custo benefício, com tv smart com Netflix e youtube.O café da manhã é bom, mas deixa um pouco a desejar se comparado com o de outros hotéis da cidade

We checked in today and this is honestly already the best Hilton experience I have had. The person transporting our baggage was called James and he was so welcoming, polite and thoughtful. The people at reception were also so lovely and welcoming. I had a massage by Beatriz Yara and she was brilliant, there was a lot of attention to detail from the scents, hot stones and technique. I have zero faults and I'm really excited to stay here!

Amamos o resort, especialmente a alimentação, café da manhã e jantar. Atendimento atencioso. O hotel estava bastante cheio, abriram 2 restaurantes, o que tornou as refeições tranquilas. Piscina super limpa. Amamos.

Отличный отель, стандартный номер огромен. Завтрак на 3 из 5 по разнообразию для такого класса отелей, но очень вкусный. Персонал весьма дружелюбен, как и везде в этой прекрасной стране. Общая оценка - 4.5 из 5

Fantastic resort for families. The hotel service was amazing and offered tons of activities for kids and adults alike. Location was perfect.

O Grand Carimã tem uma excelente estrutura, apartamento confortabilíssimo e serviço impecável. Além da hospedagem em si, a realização do evento Congresso FONAJUS se deu em um bem aparelhado salão de convencõs. Excelente.

Um absurdo ter sido cobrado o valor novamente na chegada do hotel pois o mesmo alegou que a empresa no caso Trip.com não havia pago Após dois dias tive que ainda entrar em contato e ouvir que o estorno do cartão ocorrerá dia 29/07 Um mês depois . Devem ficar atentos ao CDC

Foi apenas uma pernoite para descansar e seguir viagem. Estava tudo ótimo, o probleminha com o chuveiro foi resolvido na hora, O café da manhã foi bom e o jantar que pedimos também foi satisfatório.

Excepcional. Hotel maravilhoso. Quem reclama aqui, reclama por por pouca coisa ou quer hotel de luxo por uma tarifa inferior. Tudo no hotel é maravilhoso, limpo e quarto espaçoso. As instalações são novas, com excessão ao carpet dia corredores. Café da manhã muito bom.

很滿意的酒店哦， 坐落在batal區。 設施：設施齊全，對於喜歡熱茶的朋友，房間沒有熱水壺哦 衞生：很乾凈。 環境：周邊環境很好，很安全，對面就是南美最美的日本公園，praca do japao。人們在公園散步遛狗。特別的愜意。 服務：酒店提供豐盛的早餐。 值得一提的是，酒店竟然有免費代客泊車服務。 並不是所有前台都會英語，但是他們都很友好熱心。 很推薦的一家酒店哦

This is a mid-range brand of the Accor hotel chain and theoretically offers a good level of comfort, albeit at European-level prices. I stayed five nights to experience Curitiba and its surroundings in detail, though five days of continuous rain and low temperatures were obviously not ideal for such a visit. The hotel did not provide or even rent umbrellas for guests, though advised me where I could by one if prepared to walk a couple of hundred meters under the deluge. I found the accommodation satisfactory in most respects, but there were a number of very minor things that were not quite as they might have been. My reasonably sized room was on the cold side, and the fan heater seemed to do little but blow cold air around the room until I managed to reset it by random pressing of buttons (no instructions were provided), which I did on several occasions and still don’t know how I succeeded. The shampoo/gel dispenser in the shower was empty, though I always bring my own soap anyway. The breakfast buffet was extensive, though nothing exceptional by Brazilian standards. On my first evening I dined in the hotel restaurant, finding that my free drink voucher was valid only for either of the two cheapest beers on the menu. Why even bother? At the hotel’s Peruvian themed restaurant I ordered a vegetarian ceviche as a starter, and a veggie chaufa as a main, but the waiter brought me a totally wrong (meat) dish, then seemed a bit put out that I rejected it – she was visibly reprimanded by the maitre d’. I ate elsewhere on the other nights of my stay but noticed on my return to the hotel one evening that diners were being loudly serenaded by a ?Peruvian style band that didn’t seem very conducive to a quiet working dinner, nor to a romantic occasion. My room had thick curtains drawn across the window, which hid the view of a dim and dreary inner courtyard. On the plus side, the wifi was fast and consistent, the bed very comfortable, the safe for valuables reassuring and the working desk functional. The central location was very convenient for seeing the main sights, and getting around the rather large city by uber was correspondingly inexpensive, making up for the steep room rate.

Hotel com localização excelente, ao lado do pátio Batel. Quarto bem espaçoso, cama muito confortável e banheiro bem limpo. Café da manhã excelente, com muitas variedades de pães, bolos, omeletes, além de ter duas máquinas grandes de café, mocha e etc.

Quarto limpo, espaçoso, bem localizado, com pia e balcão muito práticos, café da manhã excelente. Porém tenho uma reclamação: tem um exaustor (saída de ar) no banheiro que faz barulho simultaneamente a quando acende a luz, o que torna a permanência no banheiro bem desagradável, sendo impossível deixar a luz desligada devido ao banheiro ser escuro, inclusive se ouve durante o banho. É um banheiro com barulho. Se tiver mais uma pessoa no quarto então, será incomodada ouvindo o exaustor enquanto a outra pessoa está no banheiro.

O hotel é super organizado e limpo Quarto maravilhoso, super aconchegante, roupa de cama limpa, com ar-condicionado e banheiros com secador. Café da manhã excelente, com muita variedade. Em outra ocasião irei ficar nesse hotel novamente.

Sem dúvida esse hotel foi a pior experiência em hospedagem da minha vida! Tinha uma reserva para o período entre os dias 18/09 e 23/09, e que foi feita pela empresa em que trabalho. Cheguei ao hotel a 1h da manhã do dia 19/09, e fui informada de que a minha reserva constava no sistema do hotel, entretanto não havia quarto disponível para mim. Que o único quarto disponível não estava limpo, e que como “solução” eles poderiam me ajudar a trocar a roupa de cama para que eu pudesse dormir, e resolver a situação no dia seguinte. Além da administração do hotel não fazer o trabalho adequadamente, garantindo as reservas que foram feitas, os funcionários da recepção ainda queriam me sujeitar a aceitar ficar num quarto que não tinha sido devidamente higienizado e que eu ainda trabalhasse para o hotel ajudando a trocar a roupa de cama! Depois dessa, hotel Ibis nunca mais!!

Atendimento impecável e acolhedor da Alicia na nossa chegada e saída. Ótimas instalações, café da manhã excelente, localização famosa e vista privilegiada para a catedral. Não acho justo tirar uma nota da limpeza, mas notei que os vidros dos quartos estavam cheios de marcas de testa e rosto (para admirar a catedral, obviamente) e passou sem ser percebido pelo pessoal da limpeza. Piscina estava limpíssima, mesmo com as árvores e vento constante que ocorreram nos dias...

Excelente hotel: central e tem estacionamento próprio. Manobristas camaradas e sempre ao seu dispor. Atendimento no hall excelente. O hotel nem se fala: espetáculo de quarto e cagada manhã. Camas muito confortáveis, ar gelando e chuveiro ducha mega quente (massagem). Quando fico em Mgá sempre me hospedo nele. Recomendo D+ ;)
