We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.
El hotel es muy acogedor. El personal es muy amable y está atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y acogedoras, además es todo muy limpio y pulcro.
A estadia foi maravilhosa, o atendimento impecável. A descrição do quarto aqui no site é um pouco diferente, o que pode gerar algum conflito, o que não foi o caso, mas seria bom rever pra ficar tudo certinho!

- Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel
- Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.)
- Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast
- Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning
Areas to improve:
- Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty
- Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city
- Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly
Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

Em relação a Trip, eu pesquisei reserva para 2 hóspedes e a Trip me enviou um email com promoção para um hóspede, no final tive que pagar o adicional de.mais um hóspede e acabei pagando mais caro. Achei uma falta de consideração. Se todas as pesquisas foram para 2 hóspede por que mandar e-mail com promoção para 1 hóspede?
Great hotel with an amazing view and pool setup, especially in the evening.
The hotel stuff was very supportive and could help us with our requests.
Breakfast was very good with many options, but I little bit noisy.
Atendimento impecável e acolhedor da Alicia na nossa chegada e saída. Ótimas instalações, café da manhã excelente, localização famosa e vista privilegiada para a catedral. Não acho justo tirar uma nota da limpeza, mas notei que os vidros dos quartos estavam cheios de marcas de testa e rosto (para admirar a catedral, obviamente) e passou sem ser percebido pelo pessoal da limpeza. Piscina estava limpíssima, mesmo com as árvores e vento constante que ocorreram nos dias...
Sempre que vou a foz e um dos meus hotéis preferido para se hospedar os quartos são grandes ideal para famílias com crianças e café da manhã maravilhoso. Tem uma pisina linda. Obs e um pouco retirado do centro e longe das cataratas mas nada que atrapalhe.
Hotel muito bom, melhor do que aparenta ser pelas fotos. Quartos grandes, colaboradores simpáticos, comida boa, café da manhã surpreendente (tinha até músico tocando violino). Talvez esteja na hora de trocar o colchão, único ponto a melhorar. Recomendo!

Upon arrival, a personal manager meets you with a welcome drink)) Provides all the information and takes you to your room. We were upgraded to a room for free, which was very nice. The rooms have everything that was stated. Breakfast was buffet style. Breakfast is simply luxury. You can't say it better. Cheeses, cold cuts, honey from the comb, eggs Benedict, fruits, vegetables, pastries, champagne... A fairy tale)) Dinner from the menu. There are free sunscreens by the pool, you don't need to bring your own)) A free shuttle runs from the hotel to the entrance to the park, approximately every 30 minutes. You can get to the Bird Park, since the entrance to the Bird Park is a 3-minute walk from the entrance to Iguazu Park. But the biggest bonus of the hotel is access to the waterfall around the clock. At sunset, the waterfalls are beautiful, and the park is empty, there are no visitors.

LLiuchiThe hotel's environment was superb, truly comfortable. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport. They even offered welcome champagne, which was a lovely touch. While the room was a little on the small side, it felt very cozy and inviting. The hotel also boasts a gym, entertainment facilities, and even public computers. It's a shame I didn't get the chance to try the spa. The main downsides were the poor mobile signal and slow Wi-Fi speed, which I suspect might be linked to the general local infrastructure.
BBru CosttaLocation: Very good, very close to the Bird Park and the Falls, parking is FREE, allowing you to walk 25 to 30 minutes to the Bird Park and Falls (thus saving on parking at the Bird Park which costs R$50.00 and at the Falls R$60.00).
Service: They did their job, but they are not friendly (they were men), only one woman at the reception (I don't remember her name) who was very friendly. At check-in they were not welcoming and at check-out they did not wish us a good trip; much less that we would come back!
Breakfast: Very tasty, variety of juices (all made with fresh fruit), variety of breads, sweets and savory snacks, perfect, I really liked it, only compliments.
Room: Comfortable bed and pillow.
Cleanliness: Clean and smelled good room. The only thing is this photo of the sheets with a stain!
There is a little shop where you can find keychains and magnets, they are cheap and the lady is always very friendly.

With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. This stay experience made me very disappointed. There are many problems with both the hotel's own service and the travel company that cooperated. I hope that through this review, other tourists can avoid similar bad experiences.
### **1. The arrangement of the cooperative travel company is chaotic, which seriously affects the itinerary**
The travel company recommended by the hotel is very unreasonable in the itinerary planning. The time arrangement between the projects is too tight, which forced us to give up some attractions. What's more frustrating is that because the shuttle bus is often late, we are forced to shorten the tour time. There was even one time when the driver was late, and we had to take a taxi back after the national park closed. Such service is really hard to satisfy.
### **2. Difficult communication at the front desk and indifferent service attitude**
The hotel's front desk staff has very limited English communication skills. Even when I called the front desk to choose English service, the other party directly said that they didn't understand and hung up. Before checking out, we received an almost incomprehensible English notice, which led us to mistakenly believe that we had to check out before three o'clock, otherwise we would be forced to clear the room. Although we expressed our willingness to pay for the late check-out fee, the front desk still insisted that we return early, which eventually forced us to shorten our trip and affected the overall experience.
During the communication with the front desk, the staff never showed any apology, but kept emphasizing that it was our problem, and did not try to understand or solve our troubles at all. This lack of empathy made people feel very uncomfortable.
### **3. The overall experience is not good, it is recommended to consider carefully**
From travel arrangements to hotel services, this stay experience is full of various unpleasantness. Whether it is the confusion of the itinerary or the communication barriers at the front desk, our travel experience has been greatly reduced. If the hotel wants to improve the quality of service, it should at least make improvements in language communication and itinerary arrangements, rather than letting guests bear all the inconveniences.
**Summary:** This hotel has obvious deficiencies in management and service. If you want to have a smooth and pleasant trip, it is recommended to choose other more professional accommodation options.

The hotel is extremely cost-effective and the quality of facilities and services far exceeds the price I paid. The location of the hotel is very convenient, closer to the surrounding tourist attractions than in the park, more convenient, especially suitable for tourists who want to explore more local activities.
