Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure.

Hotel is very good, the room is very clean, new hotel

This is my first stay at this hotel, but it was amazing! This hotel is nearby the station, so If you are going to take a train, It is the best hotel to stay. The room was little bit dark, but the interior was so unique and clean. I will choose this hotel next time.

It was a good stay. The room is large, the bed is comfortable and the toilet is clean. The temperature is right. Breakfast is better than other BWs, and it is plugged in Denys, except that people are too slow to serve. Parking is convenient, the door is Costco, we bought a bunch of things to come back to eat, just use the microwave in the room to heat it. The coffee is good, it's Best Seattle's, four packs, enough to drink. It is that Salem really has nothing to look at. We are visiting the Clackmas River and going to the seaside of Lincoln City as the middle station. The pool is open until eleven o'clock. The service staff is very good 👍!

Beds were comfortable and clean. We had the French toast, hotcoco and coffee with international delight creamer. The pool was really steamy and the towels had condensation dripping from the hot tub area. There was only one usb port on an alarm clock. An open window or some fresh air circulation would be good. This hotel is very new, two elevators, and there are many rooms. I booked a personal room this time, and the space I think is just right and comfortable. Staff service attitude is very good. The lobby space is very large, very suitable for a leisurely stay; there are many breakfast options

Everything was good except no pool. It said it had a pool online but actually there isn't one. Parking is also across the street, which is kind of annoying. Everything else was great. Close to OMSI.

The location is good and the staff is friendly. The bathroom is too open, so it is a bit uncomfortable for couples. And the sink is next to the room, so it was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I am satisfied overall.

Due to changes in itinerary, we informed in advance on 10/17 that we would check out on 10/18 and requested a refund on 10/22. I don't know what went wrong, so I kept pretending to be deaf and dumb. The hotel didn't reply and the refund was delayed. A duplicate charge occurred for another room. Full prepayment is required when booking, and USD700 will be charged to your credit card upon arrival. We coordinated and said that it would be refunded within 36 days. Now we have to wait until the 36 days are up before making any plans. Another invoice for dinner in the hotel was not received after many days of coordination. All in all a very bad experience.
