我們選這裏的主演原因是可以代客泊車，免於車輛被砸。因為波特蘭總有這樣的傳聞不敢冒險。入住後證明酒店的代客泊車很好，提前發短訊就可以下樓開車出行。酒店周圍環境有點吵，因為臨街的原因。其他在市內走走停停位置還可以，走路都可以在20分鐘內到達。

We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))

まずホテルの周りにコンビニのようなお店は見当たりません。お部屋には便利なキッチンがあるのでお買い物してから来るのがいいと思います。 ダウンタウン中心部までは距離があり、路面電車で移動しました。 こちらのホテルの駐車場は1日49ドルのバレーパーキングのみです。 バレーパーキングが嫌な人は、ホテルの周りの路上駐車スペースは夜7時から翌朝8時までは無料で停められます。(以降1時間3ドル) もしくは向かい側の公共駐車場は1泊25ドルです。(出し入れ不可) 部屋の掃除は1日前までに言えばやってもらえるそうですが私たちは2泊だったのでタオルだけ追加でもらいました。 簡易キッチンのおかげで好きなものをお部屋で食べることができました。 観光でポートランドに来ましたが、ダウンタウンはホームレスが多く、明るいのに夜7時にはほとんどのお店が閉まっている感じで、とても治安がいいとは思えなかったです。 それなのでまた来るかどうかはわかりませんが、ポートランドに来る機会がある人にはおすすめしたいホテルの一つです。

The hotel is quite old but to be fair, so are we and hopefully others will not begrudge either of us our infirmities. We got a good nights sleep in an excellent location.

Didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities but the hotel itself and the rooms are very nice.

Kami tinggal untuk ulang tahun kami tetapi tidak akan tinggal lagi. Kakitangan sangat baik dan bilik itu sendiri baik tetapi katilnya mengerikan dan bilik itu sangat bising!! Suami saya seorang yang sangat penyabar, kadang-kadang saya rasa terlalu penyabar dan berjalan terus di tingkat atas selama berjam-jam lamanya membuatkan dia marah sehingga saya ketawa. Kami tidak percaya betapa riuhnya orang di tingkat atas berjalan berulang-alik sehingga sekurang-kurangnya pukul 2 pagi ”tidak bergurau” apabila kami akhirnya berjaya pengsan kerana keletihan. Kami bangun pada pukul 4 dengan sakit pinggang dari katil yang keras dan kedua-duanya memutuskan untuk pergi kerana tidak berbaloi untuk cuba tidur semula di atas tilam itu dan kemudian perlu mendengar orang di tingkat atas yang akan berjalan ke sana ke mari lagi. terfikir tidak lama lagi. Apa yang membuatkan kami gila ialah apa yang boleh mereka lakukan selama berjam-jam berjalan-jalan di dalam bilik kecil itu?? Ia sangat kuat dengan setiap langkah dan kami dapat mendengar mereka bercakap dan berjalan dan air kemudian berjalan..... ahhhh kami dapat mencari humor di dalamnya semasa memandu pulang dengan pemanas tempat duduk kami untuk sakit belakang kami dan kopi yang kuat untuk kurang tidur, tetapi kami tidak akan membuat perjalanan pulang. Kakitangan yang cantik dan lokasi yang bagus walaupun. ;)

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

酒店在downtown，沒有自己的停車場，但對面雪鐵龍加油站旁的寫字樓下有public parking，大概一晚上35刀。距離酒店步行5分鐘，過個十字路口轉角到。 房間較小，一張床兩個牀頭櫃，加一個衞生間，非常compact。衞生間的洗手液很好聞。 前台服務不錯，因為睡眠較淺，協商能否換背靠馬路的房間，也欣然幫忙。 距離酒店10分鐘走路有一家墨西哥菜，Lechon，值得推薦。推薦其中的mushroom，grilled Ribs也不錯。

The hotel was great for a weekend stay. We loved the location and everything is around you. Portlands Saturday market was just a couple blocks away and made exploring Portlands downtown an easy activity to do.

Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure.
