This is a really good value option for an airport hotel. Using bolt, I got to and from the airport cheaply and quickly. Check in was swift, friendly and efficient and the room good value. There is a kettle, comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning/heating. Some slight plane noise but it is right next to the airport and it did not bother me! The foyer sells some snacks and drinks and you can buy breakfast. I used the McDonalds over the road as I am not a fan of breakfast buffets, so cannot comment on that. Wolt also deliver

Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time!
Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! Breakfast is very good! Service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Self checkin instructions were clear, the door handle for entering the passcode was a little annoying tho LOL. I booked the one with private bathroom and it is okay. Didn’t expect it to provide towels. WiFi is a bit weak. There is a kitchen and fridge and kettle in the public area. Luggage storage after check out was available. All is good. Will come back if I come to Warsaw again.

Отель хороший. Очень удобный номер с 4-мя кроватями. Наличие кухни в номере, холодильника, посуды. В номере удобный санузел. Вежливый администратор в рецепшене со знанием русского языка.Имя Руслана - спасибо ей за помощь. Много чего не знал, многое было непонятно. Если весь персонал такой же - то это очень хорошо. В Варшаве 1 -ый раз, польского языка не знаю. Кого не спроси. - никто тебя не понимает. Если ещё когда-нибудь буду в Варшаве - то уже знаю в каком буду отеле. Всем рекомендую.

All of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious.
The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent.
The hair dryer was high quality, so there was no need to bring my own.
The gym was very spacious and well equipped with a wide variety of exercise machines, making it great to use.
The swimming pool was nice as well, but since there were quite a lot of people, it didn’t feel very relaxing or private.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, so I slept well.
The hotel’s location was also very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

Видно що хтось гуляв добре в номері попередньо. Штори були замащені і пробита гіпсокартонова стіна. Трохи такі залишки від прпередніх відвідувачі гапрягають. Трохи плісняви в стиках там де душ. Але власне душ мені сподобався, плитка не слизька. Персонал помірно ввічливий і тактовний. Дякую за побит!

Incredible hotel with clean and well-maintained interiors. Additionally the room was equipped with a hairdryer, a kettle, an iron with ironing board. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a luggage room to keep luggage before/after check-in/check-out.

Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the service was very welcoming. There's a water dispenser by the elevator. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Across the road, there's a Carrefour and a large shopping mall, and you can even see the Palace of Science right from the hotel entrance.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, room very nice. Cleaning service brilliant and around all day if you’re in the room in the afternoon they’ll come back. Only thing they’re missing is bits like shower caps / travel toothbrushes in the room and small items like cotton buds or cotton pads like is available in most other hotels. Better if they had these items in the room rather than having to ask. Very attentive, nice hotel, wouldn’t facilitate early check in though unfortunately until 30 mins before 2pm, so beware if coming on an early flight

PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

AAkrasoThe location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, very close to Warsaw's Old Town, making it super convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is also great for a stroll, with lovely scenery! The breakfast spread was quite rich too, with plenty of choices!

GGuest UserBearable in this time. A receptionist in the glasses could be more friendly and smile while her male colleague should be more active. A light in the bathroom played tricks. Anyway, I think it is time for me to move on: do change on 4-star or 5-star hotels.

MMilkyMeowstayed at this hostel twice in late December and it was a great experience for the price. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the entire place was very clean which made it easy to get some good rest. I really liked the location because it is within walking distance of the Warszawa Zachodnia station and there are trams to the city center right outside the door. The staff at the front desk was helpful and the 24 hour reception made the check in process very simple. It is definitely one of the best budget options in Warsaw if you want something reliable and well located.
