Hotel Dengan breakfast di Al Bahah Region, Saudi Arabia

The hotel has a good cost benefit, location is really good, it is possible find markets and restaurants walking few minutes. Staff was the best during my visit, breakfast is complete and fresh!

The location is fantastic, everything is right around you, and there's a coffee shop downstairs. The cleanliness and the smell of the hotel are amazing. However, it does have some flaws. For example, the electricity went out 3-4 times a day, especially at dawn. When we first arrived, there was only water in the bathrooms for about 3 hours. When I requested housekeeping, they tidied up but didn't sweep, so the floor was still dirty; they didn't touch it. So, their services definitely need improvement.

The hotel is excellent, clean, the location is excellent, and the staff are excellent. The reservation stated that breakfast was included, but unfortunately upon arrival, they stated that it was intended for suhoor, not breakfast. One negative thing I encountered at the hotel is the lack of flexibility in late checkout, as they force you to leave at 2pm in Ramadan without extending your checkout.
