I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰.

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale! The service was great! The staff helped us with the airport transfer (even though there’s some problem during that time, but it was definitely not the hotel’s fault). Dinner was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is great with complementary shuttle to travertine of Pamukkale. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice place to stay during your visit to Pamukkale.

Excellent location, close to the local restaurant, the host is friendly, welcoming and helpful,free tea and coffee for customers.. rooms are comfy and very clean.free wifi and often free parking ..budget friendly hotel to stay for 1 or 2 nights at pamunkkale

Otelin özellikle temizliği ve konumu çok iyi. Kahvaltı ***et yeterli, ürünler tertemiz ve tazeydi. Kapı kartı ile ilgili bir sorunumuz oldu kapı açılmadı değişim biraz geç oldu fakat bu her zaman olacak diye bir sey yok. Onun haricinde her sey ***et iyiydi.

Konaklamamız boyunca göstermiş olduğunuz ilgi, güler yüz ve misafirperverlik için içten teşekkür ederiz. Temiz, rahat ve huzurlu bir ortamda çok keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık. Personelin samimi yaklaşımı ve her konuda yardımcı olması bizi oldukça memnun etti. На одну ночь в Памуккале отличный вариант. Радушный хозяин. Если хотите, чтобы вас встретили, напишите о времени прибытия заранее или хотя бы за 15 минут, так как в гостевом доме нет ресепшена. Если никого нет на месте по прибытии, напишите хозяину и он приедет через 5 минут. Хотелось бы добавить в номер посуды, так как была кухонная зона, но посуды не было. Мы попросили и нам принесли

Otelin yani pansiyonun aile odasinda 4 yetiskin 1 cocuk olarak 2 gece kaldik. Konumu Pamukkale traverterlerine yurume mesafesinde 5 dk. Fakat kaldigimiz oda cok soguktu, klimayi acmamiza ragmen oda bayagi soguktu, tuvaletten lagam kokusu geliyordu ve bu koku cok rahatsiz ediciydi,ve tuvaletin banyosu yoktu. Ayrica sicak su sorunu vardi. Acikcasi 1 gece konaklama icin, sadece uyumak icin daha tavsiye ederim. Uzun sureli kalislar icin pek uygun degil.

İlk Karahayıt bölgesine daha önce de gelmiştim fakat her zaman gittiğimiz otelin doluluğu sebebiyle bu oteli ilk defa tercih etmiştim ve hiç pişman olmadım hatta eşimle buraya bayıldık. Yine olsa yine buraya geliriz ve geleceğiz de.
