Hotel Dengan breakfast di Mardin Province, Türkiye

A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃

This is what my friend Lulu writes about our stay at Şems Inn Hotel (I'm adding her pictures): Having one of the best stays with my best friend at this cute, vibrant hotel. The interior view is absolutely beautiful and feels so exotic to me coming from China—like a little oasis tucked away from the world. The people here are incredibly warm and lovely, which makes the whole experience even more special. Don’t forget to check out the artwork on the walls—the owner is actually the artist behind it, which adds such a personal and creative touch. This is definitely a stay you don’t want to miss if you want to truly elevate your experience. I already know that whenever I think about Sem, it will bring a smile to my face.

オールドマルディンの真ん中にあり、とても美しい場所にあります。部屋も素敵で、テラスからの眺めも素晴らしいです。 （部屋の写真は基本的にどの部屋のプランでも同じものを表示されているようなので、事前にホテルに確認されたほうが円滑だと思います） シャワーも使いやすく、ドライヤーも強力でした。 朝食も十分でした。むしろ明らかに食べきれない種類のおかずがあるので、毎朝大量に残してしまい、もったいないと感じました。必要な分だけ取れるようにできればいいのですが・・・。 また、トルコでは難しいのかもしれませんが、朝食会場を禁煙にしてくれるとありがたいです。 スタッフも含めみな室内で喫煙するので、共有スペースではくつろげない点だけが残念でした。 ただ、それ以外には何も問題はなく、本当に立地も雰囲気も素敵で、快適なホテルであることは間違いありません。

The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We really loved the room and the overall service, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The location was quite difficult to access. The path to the main road is rocky and uneven, and I unfortunately fell twice while trying to get there. It may not be suitable for everyone, especially if you have luggage or mobility concerns. There was also a power outage that lasted more than 12 hours, and during that time we couldn’t shower with warm water. Overall, the staff and service were excellent, but these issues made our stay less comfortable than we expected.

房間非常好 有歷史的老宅 是俯瞰美索不達米亞平原的最佳位置 夜景很棒 淋浴的水非常大 很舒服 唯一的對我一個外國人來說 地址很難找 而且還要走很多台階 累死我了 老闆的服務非常非常好 總是竭盡所能幫助我

非常不錯的機場賓館，距離機場僅有800米，走路十分鐘，賓館環境設施和服務都很好，性價比超高，強力推薦，由此轉機回國最佳住處，需要提前預訂。

이틀간 숙박하였는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 구도심까지 미니버스가 자주 운행하니 이를 자주 이용했습니다. 직원들이야 어디든 친절하니까 거론할 필요성을 못느낀다.
