it's a good trip. nice room. convenient and quite place to rest. but the breakfast is a little simple not much choices. staff and people there are very nice.

The location of this hotel was not far from Madison Square Garden, Midtown, Times Square, and Broadway. There was several bus stops for the hop on hop off tour buses near by. The staff here are all very friendly and eager to help and make sure you have the best experience possible. If this is your first time to New York, like it was for us, and you’re not sure about how to get a taxi to the airport from the hotel after your stay- fear not, the front desk can schedule you a private taxi (they accept cash and Zelle only) and are able to provide you with a rough estimate of fare price. Taxi may arrive 10 - 20 minutes after scheduled time — plan promptly 😅. Thank you to the staff of this hotel for an amazing experience.

We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full ******, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

Good location and there is Walmart and McDonald by walking distance.

Most of the staff is off the charts helpful. There was one staff member that made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was a bother to have there

The room was very nice for the money and the staff were superb in answering my questions. A staff member was outstanding in offering to lend an ice scrapper to scrap off ice on my car when I forgot to bring one. I would definitely stay at this location the next time I'm travelling the same route.

Room was really small. Very strong stench of ********* everyday in the walkway from the lift to my room. Also, the AC/heater vent is extremely loud and would buzz all night. Definitely not for light sleepers unless you’re fine with white noise in the background. There are four lifts but they’re really slow and there’s always a long queue for lifts especially during peak hours. You might have to wait 1-3 lifts before it’s your turn. Never seen this at other hotels. Pros were that the TV could connect to Netflix seamlessly. Room had a coffee machine that could double up as a hot kettle. Great Crabtree & Evelyn shower amenities. Room was clean. Reception and housekeeping also rectified issues quickly and were extremely courteous and helpful.

Lokasinya sangat baik, betul-betul di sebelah lembu jantan gangsa di Wall Street, sangat dekat dengan pintu masuk kereta api bawah tanah, dan sangat mudah ke Pusat Dagangan Dunia dan Jeti Patung Liberty. Daftar masuk adalah di tingkat dua. Tiada air mineral di dalam bilik, jadi saya membawa selimut ke meja depan untuk mendapatkan air panas. Sarapan pagi adalah di tingkat satu dan agak ringkas. Lifnya perlahan, tetapi ulasan sebelumnya mengatakan bahawa anda perlu menunggu lama pada waktu puncak, tetapi kami tidak menemuinya. Kami biasanya bertolak dari rumah sekitar jam 8 pagi dan lif tiba serta-merta. Biliknya tidak besar dan kalis bunyinya tidak begitu baik. Saya dikejutkan oleh TV di bilik lain pada tengah malam.

Location very convenient.. service was helpful .. room was a bit small but that’s New York I guess..other then that it was great!!
