"The location of this hotel was not far from Madison Square Garden, Midtown, Times Square, and Broadway. There was several bus stops for the hop on hop off tour buses near by. The staff here are all very friendly and eager to help and make sure you have the best experience possible. If this is your first time to New York, like it was for us, and you’re not sure about how to get a taxi to the airport from the hotel after your stay- fear not, the front desk can schedule you a private taxi (they accept cash and Zelle only) and are able to provide you with a rough estimate of fare price. Taxi may arrive 10 - 20 minutes after scheduled time — plan promptly 😅.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a great location, close to Main St., Saratoga Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and open the curtain and see horses practicing on the track.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, about a ten-minute walk from Times Square. The area feels relatively safe during the day, and the surrounding streets are lined with various restaurants, making dining very convenient. However, the room facilities are quite basic, perhaps a notch below what you'd expect from a similar-class hotel in China. The breakfast, consisting mainly of bread and pastries, isn't particularly elaborate. This hotel is probably best suited for business travelers or tourists.

AAnonymous UserConveniently located near Wall Street with easy subway access. There's a great Danish healthy fast food restaurant nearby called Joe and the Juice, definitely worth checking out. You'll also find a pizza place, street-side taco trucks, and ice cream trucks. The hotel is very clean and has good soundproofing. Like most hotels, there's no hot water in the room, but the lobby offers refreshing lemonade and luggage storage, which is a nice touch.

AAnonymous UserThe room was incredibly spacious, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's super close to 5th Avenue and Times Square, just a quick walk away. There's a supermarket nearby and tons of restaurants, which is really convenient. The room service was also great, very diligent and excellent!

LLucidLucyThe room itself was decent. Although it was a Hudson River view room, I couldn't see the Statue of Liberty. I had to ask the front desk for water, which was free and unlimited, but this wasn't mentioned during check-in. The soundproofing of the room door was terrible; I could hear every little noise from the hallway clearly. However, this seems to be common in New York; I stayed at a Hyatt a few days ago that was renovated 25 years ago, and the soundproofing was just as bad there.

GGuest UserThe price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. It seems like a lot of airline crew stay here too, so definitely factor in extra time for everything. There are tons of hidden fees. The deposit was given as a voucher, luggage storage cost extra, and even the in-room mini-bar items were charged. Given the location and the total price of $150, I guess I'll just put up with it.

KKyle TanIt was seamless, from check-in to check-out. I was able to request for late check-out. Upon check-out I left my luggage so I could still roam around. Got my luggage back safe. Breakfast is okay. Not grand. But I was able to eat everything. I normally couldn’t eat breakfast from cheap priced bookings cause it’s normally bad, but here, I was able to make use of it.

SShuozoujiuzoudekaiwenThis hotel boasts a great location with easy access to transportation, and the shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport is a definite plus. My overall experience was fantastic. Firstly, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and instantly putting me at ease. The room itself was spacious and well-arranged, with a perfectly soft and comfortable bed. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident – no strange odors or dust anywhere. Restaurants, shops, and public transportation were all easily accessible nearby. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options, but overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserBeing near Soho made it a great place for market research. The hotel smelled great, was clean, and had a great customer experience. And most of all, the free wellness classes held every morning were fantastic. I'd love to visit again.
