Shabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.

Check-in was simple with friendly front desk workers who offered us bottled water from a refrigerator in the lobby. The room was very clean and well-equipped with tea, coffee, a refrigerator and microwave. I especially liked the fact that the floor was not carpeted but wood laminate, which is much easier to clean. The pool looked brand new and was open late. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk and protein bars with bags to pack for takeaway or to eat there. The location was perfect to visit The Corning Museum of Glass, which was under 10 minutes away.

We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full ******, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

The room is comfort, very clear and feel safe to stay. And I think the view is quite good. The hotel location did close to time square andhave a target across the street.

Penerimaan tetamu berada di tingkat dua dan biliknya bersaiz besar. Lokasinya sangat baik, berhampiran dengan Bursa Saham New York, dan ia juga mudah untuk pergi ke jeti untuk menaiki feri percuma untuk melihat Patung Liberty. Sikap pelayan itu sederhana. Terdapat juga Ctrip Satu saat yang lalu saya melihat bahawa ia adalah lebih daripada 600 untuk satu malam dan lebih daripada 700 untuk satu malam lagi Apabila saya menempah lebih daripada 600, ia menjadi lebih daripada 800 apabila saya menempah malam kedua. I've stayed at this hotel before during covid and it was amazing. I did stay this past weekend and the only downfall is my room was the first room off the elevator on my floor so there was alot of noise all night. The pool was also packed with kids..both things completely out of the hotels control. The room was nice and we had a beautiful view of buffalo and the mall! Breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better with lots of restaurants, mall and other attractions not far (Niagara falls). I'll be back again as my son and I always have a blast staying here!

Good location and there is Walmart and McDonald by walking distance.

The location of this hotel was not far from Madison Square Garden, Midtown, Times Square, and Broadway. There was several bus stops for the hop on hop off tour buses near by. The staff here are all very friendly and eager to help and make sure you have the best experience possible. If this is your first time to New York, like it was for us, and you’re not sure about how to get a taxi to the airport from the hotel after your stay- fear not, the front desk can schedule you a private taxi (they accept cash and Zelle only) and are able to provide you with a rough estimate of fare price. Taxi may arrive 10 - 20 minutes after scheduled time — plan promptly 😅. Thank you to the staff of this hotel for an amazing experience.

Very clean hotel and staffs were great. Cookies are tasty but the one thing that bothered me was the sound of the air conditioning unit was too loud.. I couldn’t sleep well.
