Hotel Dengan breakfast di New York State, United States

I've stayed at Yotel 2 years ago and because I loved the experience then, I decided to stay once more this time. I asked if it's possible to get a room high up to see the city view and I got it. (Which is one of the reasons why I like Yotel) The staffs are very friendly and helpful, so overall it was a pleasant stay again! I hope to come back soon!

it's a good trip. nice room. convenient and quite place to rest. but the breakfast is a little simple not much choices. staff and people there are very nice.

The location of this hotel was not far from Madison Square Garden, Midtown, Times Square, and Broadway. There was several bus stops for the hop on hop off tour buses near by. The staff here are all very friendly and eager to help and make sure you have the best experience possible. If this is your first time to New York, like it was for us, and you’re not sure about how to get a taxi to the airport from the hotel after your stay- fear not, the front desk can schedule you a private taxi (they accept cash and Zelle only) and are able to provide you with a rough estimate of fare price. Taxi may arrive 10 - 20 minutes after scheduled time — plan promptly 😅. Thank you to the staff of this hotel for an amazing experience.

Most of the staff is off the charts helpful. There was one staff member that made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was a bother to have there

Very nice view. You could leave your luggage at the entrence before or after checking time. One reception lady was extremely mean, no smile face at all in all my checking.

this hotel is very comfortable and excellent location right opposite to the UN. Reception and service was excellent, staff are friendly and very service-minded, the room is very spacious and bedding is very comfortable. When we extended 01 more night stay, the hotel staff just keep us stay in the same room, saved us lots of trouble to checkout and checkin again !!!Strongly recommended.

Close proximity to famous spots. But there were quite a lot of homeless people hanging outside of the hotel as there are plenty of chairs outside. And the room next to us was blasting music even at 4am...called reception which I think they went up and checked it out. The volume turned down a bit but we could still hear everh base beat of the songs...Did not sleep that night. Aso you can hear the traffic outside. lOtherwise it was okay, clean room and toilet.

Room was really small. Very strong stench of ********* everyday in the walkway from the lift to my room. Also, the AC/heater vent is extremely loud and would buzz all night. Definitely not for light sleepers unless you’re fine with white noise in the background. There are four lifts but they’re really slow and there’s always a long queue for lifts especially during peak hours. You might have to wait 1-3 lifts before it’s your turn. Never seen this at other hotels. Pros were that the TV could connect to Netflix seamlessly. Room had a coffee machine that could double up as a hot kettle. Great Crabtree & Evelyn shower amenities. Room was clean. Reception and housekeeping also rectified issues quickly and were extremely courteous and helpful.
