The hotel is in a great location. Service was by nice friendly staff.
Bath + sink in the room is very weird and shouldn't be. Later I saw you can choose separate bathroom room. For 1 night it was ok. Breakfast was very minimal.

Petit déjeuner , lamentable, personnes pour vérifier si il manque des couverts !! On vous enleve vos assiettes, sans prévenir, pour que vous dégagez au plus vite !!

Inchecken duurde wat lang. Moest nog allerlei persoonlijke gegevens invullen, was makkelijker geweest als je dat thuis online al kan doen. Comfort kamer geboekt maar omdat de tv stuk was kregen we een gratis upgrade voor een junior suite, goed geregeld door receptie. Gelukkig maar want de comfort kamer was niet mooi en waardeloos uitzicht op daken. Wat ik slecht vond, er waren geen koffie/thee faciliteiten voor zo'n dure kamer. Er was een kluisje op kamer aanwezig maar de sleutel moest je halen bij receptie, hadden ze bij inchecken niet doorgegeven. Geen pen op bureau. 8 euro per nacht betalen voor parkeerplaats terwijl het niet gegarandeerd is. Toen we laat terug waren van de stad was er gelukkig net nog één plekje vrij. Hotel goed genoeg voor één nacht, zou niet langer willen blijven.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf. We hadden geboekt voor 2 nachten. Je kunt 3 hele dagen gebruik maken van de wellness! Schitterend hotel en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Stadje Valkenburg op steenworp afstand, ideaal! We komen zeker terug!

Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

We hebben een hele leuke weekend gehad . Hotel is vlakbij centrum, het avond eten ,ontbijt was heerlijk . De voorzieningen zooals zwembad, sauna fitness zijn er. Jacuzzi in de kamer dochter van 6jaar noemt het gouden hotel. De volgende keer dat we in Roermond komen zullen we zeker weer hier gaan boeken .

Mega prachtig hotel in een exclusief decor.Ruime kamers en het is er heel rustig ten midden in de stad.
Er was geen plaats meer in het restaurant maar de volgende keer reserveren we met de boeking voor het restaurant.
Het ontbijt was heel lekker .

GGuest UserOur TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 6 pm. Reported at check-out. Answer: thanks for reporting and sorry for that. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the inconvenience. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use them. We did not make a fuss about it, it is not worth it, but it is a shame. Otherwise a great hotel!

BUT :
1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours.
2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment.
3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception!
Not the right attitude for a service organization.

MMaaikeThe social hub is well born. The atmosphere is relaxed with a nice mix of students and tourists and digital nomads. Rooms are large and despite central location it is quiet. Beside the door park and robbery top floor perfect place for drink & sweet and beautiful view!

SShuijinshuijinWe booked the Plain 1992 Selected King Room. We originally wanted a bigger room, but this room didn't have air conditioning or heating. We coordinated with the front desk and changed to a room with heating, but the area was much smaller. Since we were only staying for one night, we didn't care. There was a Chinese-speaking boy at the front desk who helped us coordinate very well. The hotel is a bit old, not all rooms have been newly renovated, and the 1992 King Room is seriously suspected to be an old room. The location is good, within walking distance to the old town and major attractions, rich breakfast, and parking space. The parking space is actually a space reserved for the hotel from a large parking lot. You can also go to the large parking lot by yourself to save a few euros.

00.99Very clean, all rooms have direct access to the hot springs, very convenient, and it is very cost-effective to book a hotel to go to the hot springs. I will come again next time! There is a good restaurant nearby for eating ribs. It is called De Zoete Zoen. After taking a hot spring bath, you can walk a few steps here to eat.
