The hotel is new and clean, stuff is very friendly and professional. Everything was very good during our stay. The only unpleasant thing is construction right under windows of sea view rooms. It started at 7 am and was really loud. However, it is definitely not hotel’s fault, and moreover, the stuff provided us another room twice: one on the higher floor and another on the other side of the building, where the sound of construction is almost zero. We really appreciate that! As for location - you will need to use taxi to get to city centre, restaurant and cruise ports, but that’s ok, if you have Grab/Bolt. The prices between VND 45,000 and VND 140,000 depending on distance. N.B. We’ve visited Halong at very low season, so c. 60% of bars/ restaurants were closed and the rest were empty (except for couple of European).

Great deal, very well kept, great staff and service, good room service food, beautiful view, huge balcony, just a couple minutes from the dock for trips, you can see the ocean and famous rocks from the room.

But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

Great location, walking distance to Ha Long night market and all the shops & restaurants along Ha Long street. Good service, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. The only issue was the rowdy crowd who made the hotel breakfast buffet felt like being in a disorganized flea market, people were shoving themselves at all the buffet stations, they were yelling (calling each other), they all talked extremely loud as if they all half deaf. Quite disappointing to see this kind of behavior in a 5* hotel.

We wanted a hotel instead of usual overnight cruise for flexibility at night. Best Western Sapphire Ha Long was one of the few hotels where we could preselect ocean view room instead of it being up to chance/luck. The hotel itself was stunning! The staff so thoughtful, helpful and courteous that really elevated the experience to something very special. The hotel and rooms are very luxurious! We chose the 2 br oceanview and all rooms had amazing views, with the lounge having a balcony along with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. It was so lovely relaxing. We had a drizzly day but it was still so special. The official photos are exactly what you get and are honest in their representation. The buffet breakfast is enormous in variety! Full Western and Asian selections with salads, pastries, noodles, congee, juice and muesli, hot cooked buffets just to name a few. There was plenty with no sign of running out when we were there (Dec). The breakfast room was huge and elegant. Definitely worth adding it on to your stay! We were warned by others that the location is not convenient to main centre, which was good advice, as it is about 15 mins drive over the bridge. However it is not so isolated from other things and there were many restaurants and cafes around it and the walkways along the way stunning. We were kind of just wanting to chill when no on the cruise so this was perfect for us! I would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

Very poor service, no proper check in information, only breakfast time mentioned, all other information had to ask by myself. In general all staff needs proper training how to talk to guests. Not just answers like robots. While waiting for checkin (arrived before checkin time) asked if we can chill at the pool after lunch, staff answered immediately “it is hot there.”well that’s why we want to chill at the pool. During whole stay no one asked how is our experience. One time during busy dinner foreigner manager came to our table and asked only “are you guys well take care of?” I answered it’s ok. He didn’t bother to ask more. It was during dinner when glass of wine and tonic water arrived 20 minutes after it was ordered. Salad was finished already, my sandwich was wrong, they forgot about chicken. After telling it to the staff they just add few slices of cold chicken in club sandwich. Waitress My did good job, but they don’t have enough staff and she can’t take care of everything. Other restaurant staff don’t speak much English. When I ordered few slices of cheese for breakfast they did omelet with cheese. Next day was breakfast buffet due to higher occupancy with good variety of food, but quality is average for Mgallery. One more issue, our first night was not that busy since next day they did not do buffet for breakfast but a la care with few choices. They put us in the room next to family with little babe who was crying all the time. Rooms are not sound proof you can hear everything. I called reception and asked to move the room. Staff was friendly and confirmed that they can change it, but there was no apology, only “ok we will change your room”. The worst part was that when we were getting ready to change room housekeeping lady enter the room with own key. She said “housekeeping” and the same time opened the door, which is not acceptable. She didn’t seems to understand that she did something wrong. She wanted to check the room since we will be moving to other room. I was shocked. In general it looks like whole facility is left to run by staff without proper training and guest experience. Facility is great and could be amazing stay, overall wasn’t. Good points: apricot liquor cocktail was good, vegetarian curry was good, My waitress tired her best and very friendly, chef Hieu also very friendly person.

We needed an inexpensive hotel for a one night stay before our Halong Bay cruise. I have no idea how my spouse found this place but it was a great find. Located in a local neighborhood but close to shops, a great French bakery and many great restaurants. The only hick up we had, the cc machine didn’t work and I had to get cash from a nearly ATM. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom also was big and the shower had plenty of hot water. The bed was so comfortable after sleeping a week on hard wooden beds in the country side. The breakfast was to write home about but it was filling and the coffee was good…. The Aircon was good and the WiFi was AMAZING.

Mình đã ở nhiều khách sạn tại Hạ Long nhưng đây là khách sạn mình ưng nhất. Bữa sáng ở nhà hàng tầng M rất phong phú, đa dạng. Món phở và cà phê rất ngon. Set trà chiều được chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng, các món bánh trang trí rất đẹp và thời thượng. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình, chu đáo hỗ trợ khách. Nhà mình có bạn nhỏ đi cùng được các bạn nhân viên rất quan tâm. Gia đình mình đều rất hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào các dịp nghỉ sắp tới.

Mình đã ở nhiều khách sạn tại Hạ Long nhưng đây là khách sạn mình ưng nhất. Bữa sáng ở nhà hàng tầng M rất phong phú, đa dạng. Món phở và cà phê rất ngon. Set trà chiều được chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng, các món bánh trang trí rất đẹp và thời thượng. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình, chu đáo hỗ trợ khách. Nhà mình có bạn nhỏ đi cùng được các bạn nhân viên rất quan tâm. Gia đình mình đều rất hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào các dịp nghỉ sắp tới.

I came Ha Long for 3 night and stay in DeLaSea hotel. I think that was good choice. Receptionist was nice and professional, they gave us some good tip for visit in Ha Long. Breakfast was really good with varieaty food. They have swimming pool in-house also with nice view. I had the best memories in Ha Long. Make sure will come back

I stayed with my parents at @flc.hotelsandresorts in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam and here’s my feedback ⬇️ 👉 Truly a luxurious stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a really nice view of the golf course and part of Ha Long Bay. 👉 You have to visit the Sky Bar on 21st floor & Bamboo Restaurant. they both are top notch! .👉 Swimming pool was great but we didn’t use due to cold weather but they have indoor temperature controlled swimming pool as well which was equally wonderful 👉 Hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable. 👉Only few staff speak English but that won’t be any issue 👉 Overall, if you planning with your parents/family, you should Consider this one..

I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience! The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration. And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe. Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.

The cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

La Regina Grand Cruises.. The cruise is good one, tho looked little old with squeaky wooden flooring but had an ancient luxurious touch to the interiors. Mobile internet & WIFI onboard signal was really really bad. Some activities provided onboard. And we did learn on how to make the vietnamese fried spring rolls. Overall was ok and yes u should add in your Hanoi trip!! 🥰🥰

We had great time in grand pradise. Totally satisfied with the service and itinerary. Especially thank to Tom who served my table. My parents felt very comfortable with his service. It has been a week since the travel. We are already missing the trip on the grand paradise cruise.

If you travel to Vietnam, taking a Cruise to Halong Bay should be in your TO DO list. It’ll make your trip remarkable and special. We chose 2 days / 1 night trip to this amazing place with Peony Cruises. It was All Inclusive with 4 times food (lunch, dinner, breakfast, brunch). The staff was very kind and attentive. They even changed some of the foods for dinner, bcoz we didn’t eat seafood. That was so sweet from their side. Indeed, the food was appetizing. We went kayaking, enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets and admired the stunning views. Then we visited Trung Trang Cave which was so astonishing.

I went on the cruise with my two sons, and we had a fantastic time. This was definitely the highlight of our entire Vietnam trip! The views were like heaven on earth, and being surrounded by karst islands from the ship felt truly magical. Our room was spacious, and we made full use of the jacuzzi and balcony, soaking in the stunning scenery. While there were only a few activities, they were perfect for someone like me in my 60s or for those who prefer a more relaxing cruise experience. We still got to enjoy a bamboo boat ride, explore the Dark and Bright Cave, take part in a cooking class, fishing village tour, and try squid fishing The food was excellent, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Thank you for making our Vietnam trip so memorable!

It was a long tender ride to the boat. Facilities were good meals were very good staff was very good. we got upgraded so had a very good cabin. the boat did not go into the UNESCO part of Halong bay so none of the usual places advertised in Halong Bay.

We booked a two night cruise and loved everything about it. The boat is like new and spotless. The staff and crew were polite and professional and the food was outstanding. The service staff for our meals went the extra mile with a smile. We had a room with a balcony, well appointed, clean and comfortable. We honestly wouldn’t change anything about the cruise except we would like to stay longer next time.

Đặt 02 phòng Deluxe Suite rộng rãi, thoải mái, nhân viên phục vụ chu đáo. Tuy nhiên tiện nghi trong phòng còn một số bất cập như: bồn vệ sinh cũ, ố vàng; không có vòi tắm kéo ra vào; tivi bắt sóng kém, chủ yếu tiếng TQ. Khu vực ăn sáng hẹp (phải ngồi ghép), ít đồ ăn; nước uống hoa quả đóng hộp, không nguyên chất;...

Khách sạn mới đẹp sang trọng có bữa sáng khá ngon.Phòng đẹp có view trên cao nhìn được sang cả phía bên trung quốc.Gia đình mình đã có trải nghiệm khá tốt ở đây.Ăn sáng mặ dù hôm ấy khá vắng khavhs sạn vẫn làm buffe phục vụ đầy đủ.Bể bơi có phần cho trẻ em khá nhiều các bé nhà mình rất thích.

Khách sạn nằm vị trí trung tâm, tiện đi lại. Phòng ốc rộng, sạch đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện, đổi sang phòng góc khi khách yêu cầu. Cạnh khách sạn là quán bar kết hợp karaoke nên nếu ở các phòng đuôi 01-04 thì sẽ hơi ồn.

Chất lượng dịch vụ khá tốt, cơ sở vật chất mới, sách sẽ. Ăn sáng nhiều thức ăn đa dạng. Đồ ăn ngon sạch sẽ. Tuy số lượng người ăn đông nhưng đồ ăn lúc nào cũng sẵn sàng ko thiếu.
