It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

The location is the best among the hotels at that area. Hotel is just alongside the Yalu River which we can see the famous river and the broken bridge and also North Korea from hotel room directly. Surrounding the hotel there are many Korean eateries and souvenirs shops. I enjoy my best ginseng chicken soup there. Will book the same hotel for my next trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Sylvia) were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression after a long day of travel. Downstairs of Zhongjie Palace Hotel is Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Palace University. It is very convenient. There are large shopping malls around, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. The observation deck on the 26th floor can see the night view of the Palace Museum. The free underground parking lot is very good. Well, mineral water is unlimited, and it is particularly convenient to drink without restrictions.The cost performance is relatively high, and I will come to the 26th floor again if I have the opportunity.There is also a large shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. You can send your luggage for free, and you can also delay check-out. I am really super satisfied. I will come again when I have the opportunity. My stay is very good, and I am satisfied with everything. It is only a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian street.

We had an incredible stay with our family of 5. The rooms were very big and accommodating, clean and well serviced. The rooms were stunning and the staff were beyond helpful and very caring to our needs. Will definitely return. Liu Liu and Ting Ting were very helpful at reception answering questions and speaking with us in English which was lovely. Highly recommend if visiting Jinzhou.

Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back!

位置不錯，高大上的外觀和公區。房間夠大，設施齊全，衞生不錯，送飲料，每天4瓶水，不夠還可以再要，提前溝通，房間無異味，服務也不錯，早餐豐富，味道不錯，房間裏還有隱形眼鏡清洗液，考慮的很周到，晚上挺安靜的。2個問題，一個是窗簾開關鍵是亂的，按下睡眠鍵窗簾就會打開，折騰好幾遍才搞定，窗紗開關鍵是反的。另一個是樓後和樓側停車場停車雖然方便，但路面不是柏油路，趕上下雨有積水，井蓋突出，路面不平，而且有很多垃圾，實在太埋汰了，停車場有個小門進樓，把衞生打掃一下，修好並加強衞生管理更好。

We stayed as Family with 2 children at the Hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Also the rooms are comfortable and clean. The Hotel Location is close to the Train Station and some of the Tourist attractions. Unfortunately, there is not the „real pulse of Shenyang“, as it is More in a „railroad like“ area.
