I have stayed more than 5 times at this hotel in 2024 . The facility location is strategic. Close to common places of work. What is more important is that the neighborhood is quiet. The garden out side add to the beauty of the facility. To top it all is the amazing staff. During my many stays, I never saw them without a smile. They were always there to help us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. To name a few, I would like to thank especially to AbdulMajeed, Rayan, Idrees, Mohammad at the reception, and the entire staff of breakfast lounge. I can say with confidence that this place gives the traveler the best value for the money.

A business hotel but ok for couples. Quiet but that was good. Connected directly to the grand mall. Made it easy to go to the mall restaurants. Staff were friendly but because hotel was quiet, lacked atmosphere. Restaurant was good and staff were very professional, polite and helpful. Food was good but choice was shy, although i would say adequate. Room amenities were good although although i had to request additional bathroom items as they had only put out for 1 person. So no gown, no slippers, etc, but was resolved. Cleanliness was good but could be improved on. Room was great and roomy. We had the Exec suite. Pool was very good and quiet so was fun to use given its not a big pool. Hotel location was good given everything in muscat is spread apart, but taxi costs kill you.

كانت إقامتي لمدة ٣ ليالي ، من حيث التعامل جداً ممتازين ، ونظافة الفندق ممتازه ، كذلك الافطار و لم اجد نقاط سلبيه في هذا الفندق My stay was for 3 nights, in terms of dealing very excellent, and the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, as well as the breakfast, and I did not find negative points in this hotel

Very nice experience, the breakfast buffet I liked the most with lots of choices and coffee machine availability itself is a big star ( I am a fan of coffee drinks) .. The room TV screen was unfortunately locked not allowing me to connect my own device with HDMI as I used to watch things through it.. The bed had some tiny bugs causing itchiness which means the bed and coverings had not been exposed to enough sun light.. Otherwise the staff are very welcoming and nice price with great stay..

We stayed 2 separate nights, before and after visiting Nizwa. Good stay, nice breakfast. Reasonable rates for what we needed. It is a basic, but that's all that we wanted for 2x 1 night stays. We also managed to get ba*****t carparking, which was a bonus. Suggest the hotel removes the awful ipad in the lifts with the very poor sound with a proper digital system - it is just annoying otherwise.

The hotel was excellent for what we needed. A great base to explore Oman and really good value to have an apartment with a family. The breakfast was good, although we had to visit the associated hotel next door, but that wasn’t a problem for us. All staff were really helpful and friendly.
