Very clean and spacious rooms. Good service from the reception team. And highly recommended

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

Amazing stay at Hampton Hilton Torquay.Great location for town centre shops and bars.The hotel itself was very modern and well equipped with facilities.The room was comfortable and nicely furnished.Will definitely recommend to others.The breakfast was very good,with lots of quality food and drinks.

We booked a 1 night stay for New Years Eve and were very happy with everything. The room with a view was lovely . Warm & with tea coffee facilities & a comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly & accommodating and breakfast was plentiful in a lovely dining area with fab views. My only small grumbles would be that the furniture in the room needs an upgrade and there was a £10 charge for the car park .

All in all it was so amazing weekend The only thing needed a refrigerator in the room otherwise everything was totally fine

I had an outstanding experience at Leonardo Hotel Plymouth. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Plymouth, close to the waterfront and local attractions, which made exploring the city effortless. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the team. Reception could have been quicker especially with lots of customers as the queue was building up. Wifi access could have been clearly posted or communicated as there was no guidance on welcome brochure or notices.

Very welcoming reception. Evening meal was awful. Couldn't get under shower as water was too hot. Breakfast was a nightmare. People sat down after us got served before us. Eggs Royal came with no eggs and full breakfast came with wrong eggs. Waiter accidently dropped a flower stem into my coffee (and the water they were in was not fresh) and left it for me to replace coffee. Not impressed.
