Everything was great here the environment, the room, the service, and all the facilities were good. The beverages at the cafe were delicious, and the food from the restaurant tasted satisfying. My kid also loved the fish pond feeding time. However, the breakfast was just so-so. I hope it will be improved by my next visit. Despite that minor issue, it is still a highly recommended place for a family getaway.

The staffs were very nice and communicative. The rooms were clean and neat when we came. We got the access to the swimming pool—not that long and only 1.2 meter depth, if your looking for one to exercise, but still good enough to just swim—and gym center that has vary equipments. A plus point to have such facilities for the customer. We also had an enjoyable breakfast since there were many choice of food & beverages.

I loved the facilities, everything from the playground, pool, to the water park was perfect for a vacation with kids! It’s truly a great place for a family getaway. However, the location is quite close to a main road. During our stay, there was an event at night that was very loud, and I couldn’t sleep until around 1 AM.

Kelebihan: Reka bentuk yang bagus, lokasi yang bagus (seperti dalam ketinggian, ia agak jauh dari pusat bandar, tetapi anda sepatutnya sudah mengetahuinya apabila anda menempah hotel ini). Boleh membayar untuk mereka memasang unggun api di lokasi komunal yang bagus. Kekurangan: Beberapa pilihan makanan tidak bagus. Kuah hotpot bertukar dari restoran terkenal kepada perencah sup murah, pemilihan sayur pun menyedihkan. Kentang goreng sedap tetapi tiada rasa Parmesan. Cadangkan anda mendapatkan makanan anda di luar. Terdapat juga masalah kecil dengan bilik. Warna lampu siling bilik pertama tidak berfungsi, tiada sabun tangan, paip luar bocor. Kami tiba-tiba diminta menukar bilik pada petang kedua kerana ada kumpulan besar yang datang. Mereka sepatutnya menjangkakan perkara ini dan bertanya kepada kami terlebih dahulu sama ada tidak ada bilik tambahan yang tersedia pada malam pertama. Pembesar suara bilik kedua tidak berfungsi. Mangkuk/perkakas sarapan pagi tidak dibersihkan apabila kami kembali selepas malam pertama, tidak pasti sama ada ia dimaksudkan. Secara keseluruhannya ini adalah gangguan kecil yang bukan pemecah perjanjian. Saya masih akan mempertimbangkan untuk kembali. Cuba untuk tidak memesan makanan di sini. Sebaliknya, nikmati cuaca sejuk dan pod yang selesa.

The hotel location is quite strategic, near Yogya Junction and Grage Mall and it has free shuttle to and from train station! The service is great and the food quite tasty while the vegetables and fruits are always fresh everyday.

The services of staff so nice, the reception also open 24hours. I love this place so peaceful and really enjoy the nature. The things that i don't like and a bit disappointed them not provide iron. Can i suggest to your place please provide iron for women that's importance. If you can't apply for every room just provide one at lobby. Thank youuu!

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

lumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi
