I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service and great on-site restaurants. Shout out to the cafe as well, which serves amazing single origin pour-over coffee from all across Indonesia. Great rooms and amenities too. The parks and gardens are very nice to walk around, and the greenhouse overlook is a good place to sit for an hour to enjoy cold tea and a cool breeze. That said, if you struggle with noise, the poor soundproofing in the rooms means you will likely be woken up by the sounds of activity in the corridors, and loud environmental noises around the hotel. Also, depending on the day, you might be able to smell the smog / haze of neighbouring Bandung City

The hotel is part of the Rancamaya Resort Fecilities, including golf court as well as villa residence. Although the hotel is not very large, it is well-decorated. Kids can have fun in the R Garden by feeding animals and playing cable taxiing. From the window, you can have an amazing view of the GUNUNG SALAK.

“Hotel bintang 5 dengan rasa kaki lima “ When checkin  ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy  available . While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended . Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes . Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge . Conclusion : Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low . This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free experience.

If you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV. The stafs is really nice and helpful.

Good parking area. Nice taste and variant food dor breakfast. Good playground area and pool for kids. Good spacious room.
