All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated. One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naga City! I booked a room for myself and my five kids, and they had so much fun at the pool. The food was also really good, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodating, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

I went with my family and booked two rooms. The kids loved and enjoyed the swimming pool. While we liked our rooms, it’s very comfortable and with Netflix account. The location is also at the center so that’s a plus. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel

The overall cleanliness was poor, which was very disappointing. Initially, I was transferred to Executive Suite 514, but upon inspection, I noticed that the double bed was prepared using overlapping single bed sheets instead of proper double bed linens. This setup appeared unprofessional and uncomfortable.

2 days of uma experience was awesome. Customer service is on point. The staff were professional and courteous. They also offered complimentaries which delighted us. The facilities are also user friendly and the place is good for a toddler to walk around. Very good experience and will likely book in the near future.

Maganda yung hotel, sobrang linis, airconditoned at may free na complimentary massage pa. Mababait din lahat ng staff, kada madaanan mo sila babatiin ka nila. May cafe din sila sa baba hanggang 10pm open, masarap ung mga pagkain mapa rice meal o pasta at sobrang affordable ng mga prices. Kapag bumalik ako ng bicol, sa apihap pa rin kami magbobook. One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.

+ I like that bath and toilet are separated. + They have water dispenser available at the hallway. You can heat up water in the room with the electric kettle provided. + Julie was so accommodating and friendly. She even gave us a connecting room. + The manong guards were also very welcoming and helpful. - The room is quite small but has basic amenities except for small fridge. - I felt the carpet or beddings were dusty as i was sneezing most of the time.
