I really loved the spacious Suite 1665, especially having a small kitchen in the room, which was super convenient.
The only thing that bothered me was at checkout. I asked a slightly overweight porter with black-rimmed glasses to help me call a taxi. While we were waiting by the road, he saw a white car approaching. Recognizing the driver, he immediately prioritized helping that guest, leaving us standing there. Later, I went into the lobby to find him and saw him helping the people from the white car with their luggage. I personally saw him put their luggage into the white car and collect a tip from them. This was at 2:48 PM. It seems some people are just driven by tips. I'm not making this up! The hotel should have surveillance footage!Dari£93

The room rates during the May Day holiday were a bit painful, so after much searching, I finally settled on this place and booked the cheapest room type. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I'd seen many reviews mentioning discrimination, which made me a little anxious before going. However, I didn't feel any of that during my stay. When I checked in, I asked the front desk staff if they could arrange a higher and quieter room for me. To my surprise, not only did they fulfill my request, but they also gave me a semi-seaview room! The room was small but very tidy, and there was always someone to open the door when entering or leaving the lobby. There's a delicious butterfly pastry shop right downstairs from the hotel, and they even offer an 8.5% discount for hotel guests. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and transportation is super convenient. I only stayed for two nights, which wasn't enough – I'll definitely go back next time!Dari£67

The pool staff, in particular, were diligent in their service, providing drinks and towels and ensuring the pool area doors were managed efficiently. The rooms were both spacious and comfortable, and the fitness facilities were of a high standard, featuring comprehensive gym equipment and an impressive spa pool. The hotel's connection to Langham Place shopping mall and proximity to a subway station further added to the excellence of our stay. We been staying at this hotel on at least two previous occasions! On the whole, we had not been disappointed！
The facilities are good but mostly dated. The cleanliness is generally quite good standards. The staff are very helpful and pleasant; the services are prompt and responsive.
The location is unquestionably excellent. It is closed to all public amenities, eateries, department stores and public transport. The tram stops are right in the front of the hotel!
We enjoy the great deal for being a “long stay”. Apart from getting a good price, we received a fresh fruit plate, free drinks in the fridge, daily free soup and desert treats and one off free laundry. And the best of all is the free airport shuttle bus dropping us back to the airport!!!

We checked in at the hotel and expected the room to feel clean and comfortable. However, we were met by a room that didn't feel very clean. The wallpaper on the looked a bit loose in the seems, color was coming off on the edge of the ceilings and the carpet on the floor had some visible dark spots/stains. The bathroom floor also had dark stains/spots and the shower was pretty hard to operate as it was a bit difficult to turn off. The bathroom sink seemed a little clogged as water ran down very slowly. We also noticed some hairs on the floor of the bedroom that wasn't ours.
We were three people sharing a room and it got a little cramped. Two is better to not feel like it's too small. We paid around ~1020 HKD per night for the room which felt a bit expensive considering the condition the room was in.
The location was great though and the staff was nice. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro and travelling around the city is easy. It is also close to restaurants, shopping and convenience stores.
I would recommend staying here if you don't mind your room potentially being a little bit unclean or at least feel that way.Dari£32

Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that the hotel's upper floors were undergoing renovations, and to let them know if we encountered any issues. Our 4-day stay was pretty good. We were on the 15th floor, and when we left around 10 AM, we barely heard any noise from the room. The room itself was decent, spacious enough to fully open two 28-inch suitcases. The hotel's location is also very convenient; you can get here from the airport by taking bus A21/A22 or the MTR. It's about a 10-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station to the hotel. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options like Lin Heung Tea House, Yung Kee Roast Goose, Chung So Dessert, Wa So Cafe, an egg tart shop, and Haidilao. For shopping, there's Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Don Quijote, 7-11, and Wellcome Supermarket. The street right outside the hotel is Kimberley Road, and our driver told us this area is Hong Kong's 'Korean Street,' so you'll find lots of Korean restaurants around! Whenever I visit HK, I always choose to stay at The Empire Hotel Tsim Sha Tsui. It's a comfortable stay with convenient access to everything. I especially appreciate the dehumidifier in the room; it's a lifesaver in May when Hong Kong's high humidity makes drying clothes a nightmare. Alice Liu at the front desk felt more like an old friend, providing incredibly thoughtful service. The special afternoon tea is also a personal favorite of mine. The hotel is just a minute's walk from Exit A1 of Sai Ying Pun MTR station, though it takes about 5 minutes to actually get to the train platform from that exit. You can also walk 5 minutes to the Water Street stop for the A10 airport bus, which gets you to the airport in about 35 minutes. There are lots of restaurants and a wet market nearby, which is very convenient. The price is great; a sea-view room for just over 400 during the May Day holiday was fantastic value for money. The room is quite small, but that's pretty standard for Hong Kong. Don't miss the rooftop view, it's absolutely beautiful.
The room is very quiet if you don't use the air conditioning, but the AC unit is incredibly loud – so much so that it's impossible to sleep with it on. You could turn the AC on during the day and then switch it off before bed. The carpet smelled like stinky feet, like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I also felt like there were bed bugs, as I woke up with many bites.Dari£27

The only downside was the large number of Central Asian guests who were quite noisy. It's also about a one-kilometer walk from Sha Tin MTR Station. The concierge, front desk, and room service staff are all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms are clean, comfortable, minimalist, bright, and spacious. The lunch buffet for HKD 250 is excellent, offering great variety and value. I was a bit worried after seeing comments about the hotel lobby facing a garbage disposal site, but it actually didn't affect anything at all. Hong Kong's streets are quite clean, and aside from the potential noise of garbage collection late at night (the soundproofing isn't great), it was fine. If you want to stay in this location, I'd recommend getting a room on a higher floor.
The room was small, but it had everything I needed, even though the facilities were a bit old. However, the cleanliness was excellent! Plus, they provided bottled water and a universal adapter, and the luggage storage service was a thoughtful touch.
If you're looking for value for money and can get a room here for under 500, I'd say go for it! The location is unbeatable with tons of food options nearby and it's super close to the MTR station.Dari£36

Room service was incredibly prompt; they delivered items and cleaned our room quickly and politely. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, about a 10-minute walk from Victoria Harbour. Downstairs, there are tons of popular Instagrammable restaurants. We went during the May Day holiday, and the queues weren't too bad. Victoria Harbour was super crowded, so we went back to the hotel to rest, and by 9 PM, it was much less busy. It was really convenient with kids; the two single beds were pushed together, which was perfect for a family of three. Just be prepared for the room to be small. The subway entrance, Sunset Rollercoaster, and a Rich Ice Cream shop are all right downstairs.Dari£55

The location is very good. Although we always take MTR from Jordan instead of Austin but it is not really far from hotel. There are a lot of food along the way to Jordan MTR.
One of the feedback is the laundry, it should have English instructions for dryer as it will be user friendly for those can't read Chinese and Japanese. We found there is a foreigner waited 2 hours but his clothes was not dry due to he never follow the procedure of dryer.Dari£54

The view from the 72nd floor is absolutely stunning – a 270° panoramic view of Rambler Channel + Victoria Harbour + the city skyline, all in one glance. You can watch the boats during the day and enjoy the night view in the evening, it's so peaceful and therapeutic.

* ✅ Super Convenient Transportation: Tsuen Wan West Station (Exit D) is right downstairs. It's only 3 MTR stops to Tsim Sha Tsui/city center, and quick to West Kowloon, Disneyland, and the airport.

This time, the room was more spacious than the last one of the same type and not as noisy, being away from the main road. Both pillows were very tall and firm, so much so that I didn't use a pillow for all three nights. The soundproofing was average, but the location is super convenient for transport, dining, and groceries. It's just a short walk from the 'A21 Citybus' stop with the same name. No deposit was required for check-in. The room had towels, a fridge, a kettle, and a shower room that wasn't cramped. My washed clothes hung in the bathroom dried overnight. A universal adapter was provided, and the slippers weren't the super thin kind. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find places like Dan Wang, Tong Da Food Shop, Ten Ren's Tea, and even Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. Tai Ear Niu is also nearby, and if you walk straight down the road from Tai Ear Niu, you can reach the Argyle Centre bus stop to catch the A21 to the airport. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Hong Kong!Dari£49
