Je suis venu pour le travail, je suis arrivée à 18h la réception était déjà fermée. Je n’ai jamais reçu de sms ou de mail de confirmation avec le code du coffre afin de pouvoir avoir accès à mes clés. Aucune information à propos du parking. Un monsieur m’a très gentiment laissé prendre mes clés en même temps que lui. La chambre n’était absolument pas propre. Le sol de la salle de bain orange, les cheveux de la jeune femme d’avant étaient dans la douche et au niveau du sèche cheveux. Les traces de dentifrice de la dame d’avant dans le fond du verre. Un rouleau presque vide derrière les toilettes et j’en passe… vraiment inadmissible. Étant une ancienne du monde de l’hôtellerie je ne comprends pas comment on peut oser louer des chambres dans cet état et me dire le matin que la chambre a été nettoyée.. les photos parleront d’elles-même. Le téléphone d’astreinte ne sert à rien car la responsable de l’établissement laisse sa boîte vocale pleine afin de ne pas être embêtée. Le numéro donné sur le papier est celui d’un salarié qui ne fait plus partie de l’entreprise depuis 3 mois. Heureusement l’astreinte externalisée en plus est très aimable et compatissante même si elle ne peut pas trop aider n’ayant que quelques infos . Hôtel à fuir personnel qui s’en fiche de ses clients et qui a réponse à tout. Ou qui vous répond pas, pourquoi être embêté par ses clients. A quoi sert une astreinte si le téléphone ne sert pas. Niveau sécurité on est à 0 également. Impossible de pouvoir en parler à la responsable pas présente le soir ni le matin et téléphone saturé.

酒店離火車站Gare st Jean 步行約10分鐘很方便,前往市中心Rue st Catherine 也是步行15分鐘內。酒店内有簡單煮食爐具和用具非常方便!從机場坐一號巴士可以直達酒店再步行4分鐘便到!酒店有窗有陽光很舒服!酒店乾淨性價比高。

Address of the hotel is very nice. It is located in the city centre of Bordeaux. But the hotel is a little bit noisy at night because there are restaurants under the hotel.

A experiência no hotel foi ótima. Primeiramente, estávamos receosos em relação à localização, no entanto, o metro em frente ao hotel tornava tudo tão fácil e acessivel. Uma coisa que chamou a atenção foi não ter um balcão de recepção. Pensei que isso limitaria o serviço, porém, revelou um serviço simples e acolhedor feito por colaboradores eficientes e gentis. O desjejum também foi muito positivo, tanto pela variedade quanto pela qualidade dos alimentos. Sobre o que senti falta foi de um pouco mais de comodidades, como um frigobar no quarto e chinelos, por exemplo. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar foi a ”vista da cidade” que era uma janela muito alta para observar, bem diferente do que se esperava pela descrição do quarto. E sobre o que mais gostei foi o quarto ser extremamente confortável e acolhedor, com bons acabamentos e um conjunto de cores e luzes muito bem escolhidos. O banheiro era excelente além de revelar um ótimo serviço de limpeza. E a cama.... a cama... era perfeita e superou as expectativas em relação ao tamanho, conforto e qualidade dos lençois e travesseiros. Foi uma excelente estadia.

Arrived quite late but reception was still open and were quickly registered. Room was warm and able to heat up our prepared meal in the microwave - Good facilities.

I really like the old lady at the receptionist. We arrived in the morning with our luggage while the check-in time is after 3pm. We called the receptionist to ask about leaving them at the hotel earlier. The lady was very kind, cheerful and helpful on the phone. She even helped us to check in way earlier, at 10am. She is the reason why I instantly thought about writing the review here, which I rarely do. The room exceeded our expectations. We have our separate beds, clean and bright bathroom + toilet, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a fridge, a stove. All the staff we met at the hotel are really professional with highest degree of caring. Highly recommended!

Stayed 3 nights in February and asked for quiet room - 3rd floor at rear of hotel very quiet and slept with window open without problem. Breakfast adequate, room clean and modern with towels changed daily. quality and desk only staffed at certain times but can book in at Kyriad next door. Will stay again next week.

Location: Initially, I was concerned about the location since the hotel isn’t located in or near Bordeaux downtown. However, it was a non-issue due to available transportation options and quick tram ride to the main attractions in Bordeaux. The tram station is a short walk to/from the hotel. We had no issues getting back to the hotel via the tram even at late (December) night. Hotel staff and rooms/facility: The hotel staff did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They all spoke fluent English. We had two rooms and both of them were very comfortable. I did not have any issues with the noise from either side of the rooms (5th floor) we were staying. The hotel is pretty new and nicely laid out for a comfortable stay. Good size high quality bottled water has been placed in the room by the housekeeping daily and we really appreciated that. Breakfast: Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The restaurant has a very nice commercial grade automatic espresso machine at your disposal and I was able to make any coffee myself. Overall, we all enjoyed staying at the Renaissance Bordeaux and the city of Bordeaux. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Au calme même au milieu des rues piétonnes tant pour les commerces que les restaurants, tous à foison et pour toutes les bourses mais avant tout au milieu des endroits historiques et tout près de la longue promenade le long de la Garonne avec sa place de la Bourse et le vieux pont de pierres de Bordeaux ! Buffet du petit déjeuner aux grands choix tant chaud que froid, pains et viennoiseries, brioche et gâteaux, eau d’orange ou de citron, jus de fruits multiples, et pour couronner cafés en cartouche, café en grain, thés…. et évidemment un plateau de cannelés tradition de l’hospitalité bordelaise !!!
