松山市駅の側にある交通の便が良いホテルです。電車の始発駅なのでJRにも郊外への電車に乗るにも便利です。新しいホテルなので部屋やお風呂も綺麗です。女性用のスチームバスは気持ち良く利用できました。 朝食つきを選びましたが特にメニューが多くはないですがマグロや鯛の海鮮もあり*かけにしましたが非常にこくのある*で美味しかったです。また愛媛らしくジュースの飲み比べがあり毎朝３種類頂きました。 愛媛ではやはりホテルでミカンジュース提供していましたが、一番美味しかったです。 3連泊しましたがお部屋掃除なしで毎日ミネラルウォーターがもらえて隣にあるコンビニを利用しなくてすみました。 スタッフさんが若い人が多かったですがテキパキ仕事をされていてまた愛媛に行く際には 利用したいと思います。

Firstly, the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is walking distance from the castle and right across to the street turned into the big market where you can buy anything you need. Starbucks a minute walk if you like chill out as well. Staff very helpful at check in. Would definitely come back!

Like the location, in the middle of shopping centre. Difficult to find first but once you have located it, its super convenient. Enjoy the hot springs and the little treats they provide (free coffee, icecreams etc). Will come back if I come to Matsuyama.

This hotel offers a distinctly international experience, with staff fluent in both Chinese and English. Parking is available for 1200 yen, with an automatic parking tower conveniently located next to the hotel. Friendly staff are on hand to assist with parking. Just simply drive your car into the designated slot, and they will handle the rest, automatically transporting it to an upper floor. What's more, the parking fee includes unlimited access, so there's no need to worry about being charged multiple times when going out for dinner or exploring the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer nothing to complain about. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

スタンダードツインに2泊しました。駐車場ビューでしたが、広くはないもののバスルームを含めとても清潔、ベッドサイドのUSBポートがスマホの充電に便利でした。また、アメニティのドリップコーヒーと空の冷蔵庫が良かったです。部屋にはスリッパと雪駄があり、ビーチサンダルが好きな私には外を歩くのに抵抗がない雪駄が快適でした。最上階にある大浴場は部屋のテレビで混雑度が分かり、眺めの良い清潔な露天風呂もあって癒されました。朝は6:00からで2日間とも6:00に行きましたが、結構混んでいたのでもう少し早く開くと良かったと思います。朝食は2日間ともメニューは同じでしたが、もともとの選択肢が非常に多かったので、飽きることはありませんでした。宇和島鯛めしと豆腐、フレンチトーストが特に美味で、毎朝食べ過ぎました。街からのアクセスも良く、道後温泉に宿泊する機会があったら、次回も選択したいと思います。

アゴダで予約してシングル一泊3,200円で8泊9日宿泊しました。昨年宿泊した際は一泊4,000円位だったので、コロナの影響が大きいようです。 長所は、やはりコスパです。ホテルの設備は年季が入っていますが、掃除も行き届いているし、フロントの対応も丁寧でよかったです。 短所としては、ホテル設備の年季でしょうか。不便はないものの、古さは否めません。あと、朝食が少し高いです。素泊まりプランだったので追加で支払いました。鯛めしとじゃこ天を食べましたが、少し高いかなと。 立地としては、周辺にコンビニがたくさんあるのでちょっとした買い物は困りません。スーパーが徒歩15分くらい道後温泉方面に行ったところにありました。ドン・キホーテも徒歩10分程度のところにありました。商店街の大街道へは徒歩5分くらいで、それまでに居酒屋やバーがたくさんあります。コロナで飲食店が20時閉店もしくは休業状態だったので、飲み屋はあまり利用する機会はありませんでした。あと、空港バスの大街道駅で降りて、そこから徒歩10分です。大通りを横切らなければいけないので、大きなスーツケースがある場合はタクシーの方が楽かもしれません。 また、松山で宿泊する機会があれば泊まりたいなと思います。

Excellent location with hotel being on Ichibancho, across from Mitsukoshi and steps away from Okaido, the main shopping shotengai. Staff were always professional and pleasant Had the small breakfast buffet and the items didn't vary much from day to day but always left with a full stomach. Contains some Japanese and some Western foods. My favourite was the matcha warabi mochi dessert. OMG...I could eat a meal of just that. Loved that it had a coin laundry and that I could monitor my laundry's progress via my in-room tv Highly recommend this hotel. Very good value. Will be back.

サンルート松山さんは、正直、経年劣化はあります。しかし、それか加味しても空港からバスで２０分程度(路面バスなら350円)、JR松山駅からなら、なんと3分の近さ(; ･`д･´)道後温泉にも徒歩３分の路面電車乗り場から、で乗り換えなしの200円以内で簡単に行けます(私は自転車で３０分位)ホテル内にちょい飲みメニューもあり、飲み放題なのでついつい酔っぱらってしまします(笑)　当然、お食事も単品もコースもあります。近隣に安くって美味してお店もありますし、総合施設のキスケに行けば、マック、ラーメン店、うどん店と天然温泉もとにかくコンビニも有困る事はありません。ホテルから徒歩２分位です。駐車場も併設で便利。景色も松山駅側は電車が見えるし、松山城側輪は夜のお城が見えます。夜景見ながらビールは最高でした。一番良かった思い出はフロント、食事処のホテルマン、清掃のおばさんもみなさん大変おもてなしが良かったところです。気持ちよく３日間宿泊でき思う存分、松山観光ができました。前になかった、サンルート松山さんのYouTubeを使った観光案内で「とあるホテルの５代目社長」と言うまさに、松山観光と美味しいお店の紹介が動画でわかる番組が新しく解説されていました。ぜひ参考にしてください。絶対損はないと思います(笑)まだまだこのホテルの魅力はありますが、あとはご自身で体験してください。私が定宿にしている理由がわかると思います。日本中を旅している私が予約が埋まるのがいやで教えたくなかったお忍びの宿です。ほどほどにご利用くださいね(笑)　また行くぜサンルート松山。

Great location. Easy walk to Matsuyma Castle. Right next door to Okaido shopping gallery with restaurants, convenience stores etc. Chose this hotel because of photos of the Skyspa - on top floor of hotel, indoor & outdoor. Especially great at night sitting in the outdoor spa looking at the city lights. Friendly staff, helpful. Beautiful, modern hotel. Easily accessible by tram from JR Matsuyama heading for Dogo Onsen. And as with many places in Japan where little Englsih is spoken - please be patient and polite

Bit far from the station and convenient store.breakfast not so good,limited parking near hotel but they have another big space parking but a little bit far from the hotel

Very disappointed to be writing this review... Firstly, their website is dreadfully dated and their booking system puzzling, even comically so. It almost feels like using the Wayback Machine... I tried booking five or six months in advance and so I wrote to the hotel to express my excitement for both coming back to Imabari where I once lived and worked teaching English in 1999, and also that I had always wanted to stay at the hotel, as I actually lived directly across the road from the hotel and always thought it so exclusive and luxurious-looking, and it was the talk-of-the-town back in '99 when they were still very new. I was willing to pay a substantial room rate for a Tatami Suite (approx. ¥30,000 per night for three nights) however was advised that they were sold-out for my desired dates-of-stay in March 2023. What irked me is that no alternative accommodation options were offered, despite there still being availability on third-party websites such as *********** and ******* for other room types, and there was no acknowledgment of my excitement and enthusiasm for wanting to be a guest of theirs' after so many years, or for any disappointment caused. This is terrible service, and not exactly what one would call 'growing the business' to reject a potential guest despite having other rooms and suites available to sell. We instead booked ourselves a washitsu (traditional Japanese tatami room) at Hotel Kikusui Imabari down by the port, which was cute, comfortable, clean, and looks to have had recently had a refurbishment of their guestrooms as the bathrooms while small were nice and new. The cost of this room was also about a third of what the Kokusai Imabari Hotel asks for their Tatami Suites as well. I still wanted to go to the Kokusai Imabri Hotel however and at least see their gardens and lobby, pick up some Imbari towels from the official store at the front entrance, and have breakfast in their restaurant. The lobby is very nice and it does have the grandeur of a Japanese hotel trying to be a European hotel without being tacky or dated, and it does appear that they have recently cleaned all the chandeliers (I'd read other reviews and this seems to have been a first impression for a lot of guests, so this was a nice surprise to see them dust-free). We had a look at the gardens outside and they were very nice and maintained as to be expected with Japanese gardens. So why the 1 star review? Well, we wanted to treat ourselves to what we thought would be a five-star breakfast. We were told to go upstairs to the mezzanine level and we met a nice lady staff member who advised that breakfast would be roughly ¥2,400 per person. No problem, that's fair for a good buffet breakfast. We were then however lead into a huge banquet hall with only a couple of dozen guests dining, which made it feel even emptier and more like a school cafeteria rather than a classy restaurant. JRで往復したため、駅前という利便性で選びました。 まず、フロントの女性がとても温かい接客で良かったです。チェックイン前と、チェックアウト後に大量の荷物を預かって下さり用事をするのに助かりました。お喋りも楽しかったです。 また、無料のレンタサイクルは大変便利でした。港までの散歩も、しまなみ街道を走ってきたサイクリストみたいな気分で楽しみました。 喜助は湯の無料入浴は、歩いて直ぐだし、大きな温泉で身体が温まりました。 是非また宿泊したいです。

The hotel's reception area and bar are quite modern with some cute Japanese décor and homewares on shelves. There is also a complimentary 'amenity buffet' so you can pick up some extra soaps, shampoos, bath salts, etc. any time you need them. We had a wa****su (traditional Japanese tatami room) on the 3rd floor that was moderate in size but very clean and looks to have had a recent renovation as the bathroom was very new and modern. Imabari's main shopping street is just a 2 minute walk away with some nice coffee shops and homeware stores. There are also two Poeme stores very closeby where you can buy Imabari's local sweet treat which are perfect with coffee and also as a boxed gift idea too! The nearest convenience store (a Family Mart) is about a 5 minute walk away and Imabari Castle is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front entrance and makes for an interesting afternoon and has an excellent 360 degree view from the top. The hotel has bicycles that you can rent for free, however the seats were very uncomfortable and even a little painful (though it might just be me, as I haven't ridden a bicycle in quite a few years and am a big heavy Australian bloke!) Our futons were very comfortable and we had a great nights' sleep and felt very refreshed in the morning. Unfortunately we made the decision to go to the Imabari Kokusai Hotel for breakfast instead of having breakfast at Hotel Kikusui Imabari and we had quite possibly the worst buffet breakfast there. Really regret we didn't just stay and have breakfast in-house, as the food at Kikusui looked to have been far better and at a fraction of the price too! Couldn't fault this hotel and will absolutely stay again on my next visit to my old hometown of Imabari!

Das Hotel ist ganz in Ordnung für eine Nacht. Generell sind die Hotels in Imabari relativ teuer, dieses war okay. Sauberkeit hat auch gepasst, die Zimmer waren halt keine Schönheiten, aber das interessiert nach 76 km Fahrradfahren auch nicht mehr.

施設としては、今時珍しい湯舟と洗い場のある風呂だったりして懐かしく感じました。なんとなく昭和っぽいと言いますか。今治銀座の北の果てにあり、駅からの立地はよろしくありませんが、その分、今治城はすぐそこです。商店街は、しまなみ海道全通以来、すっかりシャッター通りになっていますが、空き店舗に少しずつ新感覚のお店も現れています。そういう、古き良き今治を偲び、わびしい気分も楽しめる旅人には良い宿かもしれませんね。朝食は無料でついている、ホットコーヒーは飲み放題。ま、努力はされています。

Truly excellent facilities. My friends and I were so impressed. It’s a hostel but you do get private spaces, basically giant cubicles with blinds and curtains to give you some privacy. Facilities were basic, but exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well, despite seeming quite busy. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the perfect hostel is still a hostel. You get people talking late into the night keeping you up with their mumbling. You have people snoring. It’s nothing the hostel can really do anything about, but it’s something to bear in mind.

Me, my husband and daughter stayed here after a days cycling. The staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. The friendliest people we met in the whole 2 weeks. This place stood out to me. The girls behind reception were super helpful with great English. Our 2nd day of cycling was cancelled due to rain and we were given a shuttle bus ride to the bus stop so we could get to Imabari. Highly recommend a stay here. Me and my husband stayed in one of the cosy huts which had a terrace and my adult daughter had a dormitory all to herself.

非常推薦的酒店。首先，風景是絕美的，從房間望出去，海闊雲高，千帆過盡。附近，有一個登山而上的展望台，可以把來島海峽大橋盡收眼底。還可以下到海灘，從另一個角度展望海峽，海灘上一個人也沒有，可以獨享清靜。附近還有一個租自行車車點，不過建議要儘早去，因為是按天收費的，早晨8點到晚上6點，必須歸還。一天最便宜的自行車車型是3000日元一天。可以沿着海峽大橋騎行到龜山公園，或者騎行到更遠的地方，衹要你體力和時間都夠用。早晚餐很豐盛。

(2023/04/04) Mi recomendación es que no duermas en Omishima si puedes evitarlo. Si no puedes evitarlo, te recomiendo que evites este alojamiento. La persona que nos atendió no se mostró nada atenta. Hablaba inglés, pero se limitó decinos como poner la clave para abrir la puerta principal, qué habitación debíamos utilizar y dónde estaban los baños. No parece muy seguro, solo tiene una clave para la entrada principal y unos lockers. Hay solo dos baños y dos duchas para al rededor de 5 habitaciones de entre 2 y 4 camas cada una. Las habitaciones y los baños parecen limpios. Las camas son muy incómodas, los colchones/futones están gastados. La planta inferior y recepción no se parecen a las fotos que ha publicado el propietario, se ve abarrotado, caótico y sucio. La Red WiFi es lenta. No sirven desayuno. Da la sensación de haber tenido muy buen rollo en algún momento pero nuestra experiencia no ha sido esa para nada. Es una verdadera pena. 😞

Hotel moderno y cómodo. La habitación era pequeña, pero moderna y bien equipada. El onsen muy agradable, luz tenue y vistas a un jardín exterior. Desayuno normal, algo flojo.

施設内駐車場が少ないですが、近隣駐車場を丁寧に教えていただけました。 部屋のトイレが温水便座だとよかった。 暑い時期だったこともあり、氷のベンダーの設置を希望します。 暑すぎて追いつかなかったとは思いますが、自販機の水、お茶が売り切れていたのが残念でした。

まず、清潔感がなかった。 古さは、仕方ないと思うけど、まど、床、ユニットバス、どれもこれもくすんでいた。 その上、廊下と居室にスペースがなく、会話が漏れるため、プライバシーがない感じだった。 WiFiも、セキュリティ一がないと書かれると、 部屋の雰囲気から、接続を躊躇した。 plus☆は、朝食。ふつうであってくれて良かった。
