My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .

Came here with my family for a beautiful dinner date on my birthday and it was totally worth it. The chef ensured the best quality food was served and everything was so perfect. Delicious food, great ambience , good drinks .... I would surely recommend this place to all and the staff was really very cordial. Special mention of Mr jaidev , who was fantastic and very helpful and ensured smooth coordination, timely delivery of food and best host possible. Beautiful evening made fantabulous. I’ve stayed at too ***y Marriotts to count as a lifetime platinum member, and this is without question one of the best! From check-in to check-out, the facilities and staff exceeded all expectation — especially due to the grossly exaggerated negative reviews we had seen before arriving. The facilities are much more representative of a full-service Marriott than what one would experience in US-based Fairfield Marriotts. The staff were kind, gracious, and exceedingly helpful with all our needs. Vinaya checked us in and offered recommendations throughout our stay. Rohit kept our room in pristine condition. Jogender and Sree were the faces of the unbelievable chef and kitchen staff. Subhag, Kalpesh, Rasna and the entire serving team were top-notch. The security, pool, and cleaning staff were a joy to interact with throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay at a little piece of paradise within the paradise that is Goa!

Hey… Though I’m posting it really late but I have no words to describe the services we got. We have planned in the beginning of our trip three days then we extended for another five days eight days were irreplaceable the staff, the chef, the girl named Sapna next to the pool who was serving food was also very nice and calm, I don’t remember all the names but Sapna, Sadhna, security staff on duty was also pretty much cooperative Chef Sainath they all have been so kind, can’t describe how fast their team works from in all the possible ways, we were surprise to see that how everything could be so perfect all the staff from reception team working under ***ager, fantastic services worth paying for Fairfield by Marriott. Writing this after a guilt that i was not able to rate there services and hard work on time which was truly impeccable. Thanks team marriot

The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food. This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended. In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

Another fabulous loyalty points stay at a Marriott Bonvoy brand favorite, the St Regis. This time in beautiful South Goa, India! Service: I.m.p.e.c.c.a.b.l.e. and incredibly generous! From airport pick-up to send off our every need was perfectly catered to. Our butlers Nungshilila and Shawn made our anniversary celebration second to none. The resort warned us of several minor obstacles (= potentially disastrous stay) ahead of our arrival and anticipated how to make our week here flawless nevertheless. From the unpacking/packing services to the private beach dome anniversary dinner to a spa redo when our experience was short of perfect, the staff at the St Regis Goa knows how to treat their guests like true VIPs. Dining: Indian food x seafood are Faust family favorites and the St Regis Goa did not disappoint on this front. We like it all extra spicy and they delivered. There are plenty of options for those who enjoy other international cuisines and flavor on the more mild side. We thoroughly enjoyed the extensive list of cocktails, ***y concocted with locally sourced ingredients. Famous St Regis traditions like Bloody Mary’s, here aptly named the Goan Mary and the nightly champagne saberings are always a special treat! Staying in a ***or suite/room means having an additional dining option at the delicious ***or restaurant. Shout out to all of the chefs, bartenders and servers with a special mention of Tejas who went out of his way to make several meals special. Beach: Pristine sand and waves for days… the main beach was only slightly crowded and we had the ***or beach and service all to ourselves for days on end due to it being low season. Note: it was pleasantly (not overly) hot with a steady ocean breeze so would recommend early May for the great off season pricing/points redemption as well. Warning… watch out for jellyfish but if you love soft sand, mild - medium waves, and warm surf this is your jam. Pools: All of the resort pools were perfectly well maintained, surrounded by ***icured gardens and close to restaurants for on de***d service. Room: Our room, the ***or Pool Suite, is not to be missed! With a sizeable and private (barely visible to passersby) plunge pool it was perfect for cooling down after a day at the beach and for our morning floating breakfast! 1 and 1/2 bathrooms always helps to keep the peace and separate bed, living, and dining room spaces gave us plenty of room to relax and work in comfort. Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I discovered that my initially assigned room did not have a proper sea view as expected. However, the staff handled the room change process smoothly, ensuring I could move to a room with the desired view without any hassle. One slight disappointment was that despite being a Neupass member, I could not access the high-speed WiFi. While this was a bit inconvenient, the standard plan speed was adequate and fast enough for my needs, so it did not significantly impact my stay. The resort's buffet offered a good spread with a wide variety of dishes. However, some dishes were a little bland for my taste. This can be a matter of personal preference, and the excellent choice of food options still ensured that there was something for everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, my four-night stay was enjoyable, and the positive aspects of the experience far outweighed the minor issues encountered. I want to thank the housekeeping team for the delightful surprise they arranged on our anniversary. The cake, balloons, and music made our celebration memorable and added a heartwarming touch to our stay.

5*s! As always, we wish to leave a glowing review for our stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia. We returned here after getting married at this very venue 5 years ago - we wished to come back to reminisce and unwind and it was the most perfect stay of our trip to India. Gita and the rest of the Novotel Staff (Anant, Anjali, Gavin to name just a few) were attentive, super lovely and made us feel as though we had returned home, which was furthered when we also met the General ***ager on our last day. The team pulled out every stop and made us feel extremely welcome and at ease, especially when we landed at midnight - they did everything they could to accommodate us with checkin and a snack before sleeping. The pool, breakfast buffet food service and grounds were excellent - we cannot thank the Novotel Team enough for all their thoughtful details to celebrate our anniversary (including a cake and a personalised, heartfelt card). We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the hotel, the serenity pool and the easy access to the beach - for sure we will be back in the coming years. The team pulled out all the stops for the most memorable and unforgettable stay, we cannot thank you enough - the charm of Dona Sylvia has indeed lived on and will be with us for our whole lifetime. As i start writing this review , the thought coming to mind is , that if someone else wrote this review , I would either consider it a fake or paid review. But believe me , every word that I write is absolutely true. It was perfect from the word go - smooth check in ( assisted by Ms Shobha ), and then one good experience after another. The staff is so polite & understanding that I don't have enough words to praise them . I had my mother also traveling with me & everyone ( as they term themselves as our Alilla family ) took it personally upon themselves to take care of her as their own mom,Offering food without spices, chatting with her - explaining things ..... Drinks made perfectly by David , Yash , Mangesh - service by Abhishek , Amit , Keyi, Kumar to name a few, A fanatabulous experience. It felt as if I am in my own private palace , all requierments adhered to without asking . It was as if these guys have their intutive skills honed to perfection. Food is superb , pool staff Mr Ramachandra is one soft spoken gem of a guy - first night the singer Mr Jim did wonders with his choice of music . All in all a perfect experience in a perfect environment. A special note of thanks to our Aliila host Ms Velecia who feels like family - not only does she take extremely good care of u while u r on property , but also keeps enquiring about you till u reach ur home . ITC is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Special Thanks to Priyanka D for making our stay more memorable, and taking good care of our stay. She kept checking on us every evening if we are comfortable or need any help, thankyou for everything you need for us. Overall the experience was brilliant. I will definitely stay there again.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

Hotel Fortune Miramar Exceeded my expectations!!! Location is fantastic - Barely 200 mts from the gorgeous Miramar beach, this hotel is extremely well located close to Dona Paula, Mondovi, good restaurants and places of tourist interest. Room Size & Design - The room is very well designed and extremely functional. The bedroom area is large and provides ample space for movement and storage of luggage for extended holidays. The bathroom size was apt for 4 fixtures. Room lighting is good and so are the bathroom fixtures and amenities. Food & Beverage - They have a nice lobby lounge and an all day dining restaurant. Although i only tried their breakfast which was enough for a light meal. They had fresh juices, international and local breads, South India and north Indian breakfast delights and a separate section of local goan breakfast. The service staff could have been more attentive. Overall a great place to stay with regards to location and in room facilities.

We stayed at The Fern Residency for 4 nights in September 2023.It was a worthwhile experience. Location also very close to the Miramar riverside promenade. Hotel is just 6 minutes from the beach. Our special thanks to Ms Varsha and Mr Kumar at the reception for taking care of the check in via phone as we were arriving late. All formalities were done prior to reaching so we didn't have to wait. Very cordial staff behaviour and they were very helpful. The hotel architecture is very vintage and rooms are furnished with age old teak wood furniture and spanish stone tiles washroom amenities though are very up-to-date and good functioning.Typical Portuguese decor. A haven for culture loving people. Special thanks to Mr Ravi and the restaurant staff for providing very tasty yet super quality food.
