Nice view through out the room window, we can see the jeju airport with beautiful sea view. I reserved the deluxe room with double bed. The location of this hotel is really good and convenient to buy daily necessities at the nearby CU store. We can find many local restaurants with grilled pork, grilled fish which are not expensive and many local korean also have meals there. Inside the room, the washing sink is installed outside the bathroom which is also convenient for couple or family use. The room is spacious and surely I will visit there again and reserve the room at this hotel again.

Stayed for 3 nights while travelling Jeju. Great location to nearby Seogwipo Olle market and art street. Room was well maintained, spacious and smelled clean. Daily housekeeping was appreciated. If youre travelling as a family, do note to ask for more towels as we were only given 2 every day, instead of 4.

As with any Lotte Hotel we’ve ever stayed at, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was very clean with strong wifi, and the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy to see the hotel has become more eco-conscious and is no longer using individual plastic toiletry bottles but instead refillable dispensers, and have stopped using plastic cups. We hope that other Lottes will begin to do this, too! We enjoyed the hotel’s lovely rooftop deck, hot tub, and lap pool and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the hotel has an odd timed entrance policy, so even though there were only two other people at the pool, we were asked to leave while we were sitting watching the sunset. The attendant kindly agreed to let us stay until the end of sunset, but it isn’t a great system. We had good room service and loved a side salad the chef made of arugula topped with warm sauteed mushrooms. It was so delicious we wish we could have ordered just the salad, and recommend they add it as an entree on its own. Thank you for another good stay at a Lotte--we hope to come back!

I took my mum to Jeju for a short quiet break, and this is a perfect place to stay away chaotic city life. The owner couple are lovely, always being extremely helpful to their guests, which was much appreciated by us. The room is very very pleasant facing the sea with a lover floor to ceiling window, being perfect for relaxation (losing myself by watching the sea) and reading. Lovely sea side walk just 2 min outside the building, lovely local cafe and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, love it, will visit again. Thanks a lot for the great hospitality:).

A few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

Hopefully we will go back this summer w/ kids. Nice hotel it’s clean, their staffs are friendly especially in the front desk and the best thing is… it’s near from Hamdeok beach, i guess it takes approximately 5 minutes walk and there you go. 🌅🏝️🥰 ⛺️⛱️🚤🏖️

The Ocean Blue Hotel was in fact quite nice, although I had been a bit concerned before I checked in. Room was clean in general. Two bottles of water were provided every day. TV was good. Wifi was fast. I did not have a chance to have a meal at the hotel. It is about 10 minutes to walk from the Jeju ICC. The room was very cheap with an amazing value. One issue is there is nothing within 10 minutes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. For me, I had a meeting at the ICC, so it was okay.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Champion in Jeju City! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Champion in Jeju City, and I can’t praise this place enough! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their kindness and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The housekeeping services at Hotel Champion are top-notch. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my visit, which is always a major plus in my book. Speaking of the rooms, they are not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful island! When it comes to value for money, Hotel Champion excels. The amenities provided, including a powerful shower and a kettle for brewing my morning coffee, made my stay incredibly enjoyable without breaking the bank. I particularly loved this little touch, as it allowed me to start my day right with a warm cup of coffee while enjoying the lovely views from my window. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. It's conveniently situated near a variety of attractions, with a convenient store just a short walk away for any essentials you might need. Additionally, there’s a delightful coffee shop only three minutes on foot, perfect for grabbing a tasty treat or enjoying a leisurely afternoon break. In summary, Hotel Champion is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Jeju City. Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or family, this hotel checks all the boxes: friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable value. I highly recommend Hotel Champion as the perfect home base for exploring all that Jeju has to offer. I can’t wait to return!

The prices here are fantastic. There’s no denying that. But you get what you pay for, and even with such a low price, I would never stay here again. Staying here in November, the thermostats were set to 25 degrees (77 for my fellow Americans. This might not seem too horrible, but when you factor in Jeju humidity and a top bunk, it was so uncomfortably hot. Forget about a blanket, you’ll want to take off as much clothing as possible while trying to maintain decency. Unfortunately, taking off a shirt or wearing shorts opens you up to another problem: mosquitoes. I wondered what all the red stains on the walls and ceiling were at first, but after I killed two mosquitoes and had countless more get way, I figured it out. Between the heat and the mosquitoes, I felt like I was sleeping outside in a jungle. Worst sleep I’ve had in a hostel (without someone in the room snoring as loud as a jet engine) Other negatives include the beds feeling rather small and of course being Korean style in terms of hardness. Also, although this place calls itself as a hostel, but the English spoken here is minimal at best. If you don’t speak much Korean, expect awkward conversations with very little information being relayed to you. If you’re Korean these things might not bother you, so bear that in mind. I hate giving it so few stars, considering the shockingly low price and the overall cleanliness and modernness of the facility, but I had a horrible night here. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. If you’re a broke backpacker where money is the primary criteria, this is about as cheap as it gets and you get a lot of bang for your buck here. But if a good nights sleep is important to you, look elsewhere
