Awesome hotel, best in Lublin! Breakfast is really delicious with local and intercontinental food. Definitely will stay there when back in Lublin. Its a great location, near city center but also has a very large parking space so no worries bout that.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, wspaniała obsługa w recepcji, pokoje duże i ładne. Spore łazienki. W pokojach kącik herbaciano-kawowy dobrze wyposażony, woda mineralna po dwie butelki na osobę co było fantastyczne, gdyż upał był niemiłosierny. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z ładnym widokiem zgodnie z prośbą:) Odległość do starego miasta to około 500m, bardzo blisko. Jedyne minusy to brak pantofli i szlafroków, to byłoby miłym dopełnieniem standardu oraz fatalny zjazd na parking podziemny.

I got woken up in the morning by some noisy people on the corridor , you can hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door because the rooms are not sound proofed. The shower door was faulty and water does onto the floor, they said they’re like fix it but no improvement Breakfast was poor quality with very little section This hotel is not in line with the standards of other Mercure hotels, I paid £276 for 4 nights for a luxury room but there was nothing superior about the room at all , tiny rooms positives: The room was ok, just average , very nice shower gel was supplied. The bed was comfortable and they had a tv with bbc world etc The hotel bar closes at 10 I’d say this hotel is worth around £25-30 per night cos you are going to spend money every day on taxis to and from the city centre cos it’s in the suburbs

Amazing experience! Personal - very nice! Breakfast- 🤩🤤 awesome. As a traveler, I will stay there next time with a pleasure! Traveled with family, 2 adults, and a child. The receptionist suggested a room with an extra bed for the child. Very polite, and pleasant hotel staff. Variety and appetizing breakfast dishes - above all praise! We are absolutely delighted with the hotel. 10/10

Очень хороший отель по всем аспектам. На стойке регистрации вас встретят очень вежливые и профессиональные сотрудники, очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, расположение - идеальное. Также в отеле есть своя парковка. Однозначно рекомендую!

Prima gelegen hotel voor op doorreis of om Lublin te bezoeken. Eten in het restaurant is erg lekker, douche is goed evenals het bed. Niets mis mee. Parkeren in de garage of buiten is mogelijk. Beneden is Zabka ( supermarkt) en kebab of gewoon het resturant. Bushaltes voor de deur.

Третий раз в этом отеле (2010, 2014, 2023). И если предыдущие два визита оставили очень хорошее впечатление, то в этот раз слово ”кошмар” - самое мягкое определение для пребывания в этом отеле. Отель находится в состоянии то ли реконструкции, то ли ремонта, но деятельность свою не прерывает. По итогу, вы платите очень высокую цену за ночлег, по сути без удобств. В период моего пребывания в отеле не работал лифт. Такое, безусловно, может произойти. Но тогда стоит поработать над сервисом и подумать как оказать помощь постояльцам с багажом. Этого не было. Сервис в отеле ужасный. В процессе регистрации в отеле сотрудница вписала в чек паркинг, при том, что машины у меня не было и нет, и в предварительной брони был указан лишь номер. Вечером в суматохе, после долгой дороги, я не обратила на это внимание. Когда я обратилась с вопросом о возврате денег, я получила обвинения в том, что я якобы утверждала что я приехала на своей машине. Разговор был крайне неприятный. Деньги мне вернули, но извиниться сотрудница не посчитала нужным. Из чего я могу сделать вывод, что клиентов с удовольствием обманут, и будут крайне недовольны, если постояльцы решат бороться за свои права. На внимание и уважение не рассчитывайте. Номер стандарт располагался на втором этаже. Ванная комната кошмарна, душевая кабинка была наполовину разбита, туалет еле работал. Завтрак в отеле брать не советую. Стоимость завтрака - 45 злотых, в городе куда дешевле и качественнее. Если вам нужно посетить Люблин, советую избегать отель Campanile.

Loved the hotel, location, breakfast, rooms were very comfortable, we couldn't ask for anything more. Definitely I would recommend this property for anyone who is visiting Lublin, hopefully we will go back again

Hotel typowo biznesowy, bez żadnych większych atrakcji (z wyjątkiem sauny i siłowni). Wnętrze raczej w stylu nowoczesnym, z elementami minimalizmu i industrializmu. Dużo przestrzeni i jasnych, stonowanych kolorów. Wszystko to sprawia, że można poczuć się bardzo komfortowo w tym miejscu. Pokoje są całkiem duże, zaopatrzone w zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty i telewizor. Łazienka również przestronna i komfortowa. Hotel serwuje śniadania- bardzo smaczne, czuć wysokiej jakości składniki. Wybór potraw jest całkiem spory. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się też restauracja, jednak z niej nie korzystałyśmy. Dużym atutem jest lokalizacja obiektu- 15 minut spacerem do zabytkowego centrum miasta. Podsumowując- jest to całkiem niezła baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Lublina.
