can go by car only. the receptionist gave a veru good impression from the beginning with warm and professional attitude. the hotel is new (can smell that), amenities using L'occitane. the shower room design not practical, easily flood the toilet even shower carefully. the restaurant staff is not professional, buffet bar is clearing up at 19:00pm without informing guest the buffet will be closed, even some guests still eating (understand is not peak season and not many guest, but all food are cleared before 19:20pm) overall is a pleasant stay. also fit for family with little one too.

I checked in and went up to the room the room was setting for one person and toilet bin wasn't empty. I called the reception they sent the cleaner straight away but I didn't feel comfortable. Daily cleaning was good. Great location. Breakfast was great when I had a early breakfast. I went down after 9am there was a no table and food wasn't filled. Last day my son wasn't feeling well so I asked if I can takeaway some breakfast the waiting staff kindly gave me a bag to take it with us. Nice small pool and gym. Only allowed over 18years old.

This is a 5-star hotel as soon as we walked into the hotel we could feel it. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When I reported that the fridge in our room was not working, it was changed straight away. The room was spacious and clean, most importantly the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and town centre with walking distance. I would stay again on my next visit to Szczecin. 👍

po wejściu do hotelu pan, który pracował w recepcji - wydawało się że nie był zainteresowany moją osobą - coś robił w komputerze; dopiero jak ja się przywitałem to odszedł od komputera - nie było to serdeczne przyjęcie; poza tym śniadanie i obsługa sali śniadaniowej jak najbardziej na plus; hotel ładny - było dość małe obłożenie dlatego było cicho- co dla mnie było bardzo istotne.

There is a private resident that makes tremendous noise during the day and there is nothing much that can be done about it. Front reception staff are highly competent and quite friendly. Gym is through McFit so considerably better than most hotel gyms.

The Hotel is generally ok. However, the shampoo available in the shower was the worst liquid I have ever seen. You would need a full glass of it to be able to wash your hair.

Ein tolles Wochenende in diesem schönen Hotel,sehr gut zwischen Centrum und Riverside gelegen,ruhiges, sauberes zimmer.und das Hotel hat unseren kleinen extrawunsch gerne erfüllt.sauna und fitstudio zwar nicht benutzt aber sah sehr gut aus...Daumen hoch!!!
