Hotel Dengan Gim di Khanh Hoa, Vietnam

It was our second visit to the Alma resort following the first visit in April. In our first visit, we have stayed 4 days in the Alma resort, and we had great time and really liked the memories of that time, so we visited again. and it was really good choice.☺️ When we checked in at the reception, the staff welcomed us very kindly and professionally. Her name is 🩵’KIM MI’💙and she was really really kind. 🥰She helped us check in with careful consideration and smile, saying thank you for our revisit. Also, we really liked the room, and thanks to this, we were able to start our journey in the Alma resort in a really good mood.😆 When we visited, it was not busy season, so there were not so many people swimming compared to the dry season (April). So we swam so much. Even the main pool, which used to be so crowded, was also very comfortable to enjoy swimming and beautiful scenery. Also we went to the water park in the resort that I had not been to in the first visit, and many slides and flowing water pool were also good for adults to play with, and all the staff were kind.^^ We enjoyed breakfast at LA CASA. We can’t go to the pizza buffet this time due to the schedule, but LA CASA is our favorite restaurant among many other resorts because of its lovely mood and good dining.☺️ Even if it wasn't as impressive as the first visit including the ocean front pool villa, the second visit to Alma resort was also very successful. So we will go to the Alma again in the next month‼️😆🩵I hope the weather also will be fine. Thank you.😊

Anda boleh melihat ikan hanya dengan berjalan masuk, dan jika anda mengambil baki roti dari sarapan pagi dengan anda, ia datang betul-betul di hadapan anda!! Sarapan pagi sangat, sangat lazat dan memuaskan, kecuali kekurangan mangga. Terdapat waktu gembira di tengah-tengah, dan saya sangat menyukainya, jadi saya menikmatinya sepanjang hari! Kopi Vietnam (susu pekat) yang dihidangkan pada masa ini jauh lebih lazat daripada kopi Vietnam yang dihidangkan semasa sarapan pagi! Saya juga menggunakan spa lumpur/jet ski dan ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus dan memuaskan.

Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

The Hotel was quit Expensive, but there were so many merits. 1. Pool was Fantastic 2. Emplyees were very nice and kind 3. Hotel view was fantasic 4. Hotel Facility was Good One bad thing was no permission to bring outside Food (have to pay Fine, Penalty)

Hotel was within walking distance to the beach front. Not to far from the airport. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Would stay again next time.

This is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street ”Cau Moi” 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)

파나마 수영장 땜에 예약했는데 수영장은 크고 좋았어요. 다만 시설 고장으로 방을 바꿔달랫는데 방 바꿔준다고 말하면서 계속 시간 끌면서 그 시설을 수리하고있었슴니다. 바꿔준 뒤에 알아서 수리했어야했는데 질질 끌면서 1시간 넘게 시간 낭비했습니다. 답답했어요. 그 후에 미안하다면서 과일을 서비스로 주긴했는데 한창 여행할 낮 시간에 한시간 잡힌거 좀 아까웠어요. 무려 세사람이 둘러보고서야 못 고치네...하면서 바꿔주는건 좀 충격.. 바꿔주면서도 키를 또 잘못 들고와서 또 시간 지연...꼼꼼함이 부족했고. 조식은 진짜 맛이 없네요. 무맛. 그리고 엘베 소프트웨어가 전혀 관리가 안되어있네요.

Saya menginap di hotel annova selama 2 malam dan ia betul-betul di hadapan Lotte Mart, jadi ia sangat bagus untuk membeli-belah pada hari terakhir. Pasar malam juga lebih kurang 10-15 minit berjalan kaki. Keadaan bilik baik, tetapi saya minum air dari peti sejuk dan mereka meminta saya membayarnya.. Saya membayar. Selepas mendaftar keluar, kakitangan memanggil teksi ke lapangan terbang dengan harga murah 400,000 dong (harga Grab 540,000 dong).

Well overpriced flashy resort- Good for kids, but staying there wasn’t worth it and better not go dining in the beach restaurant as you pay a fortune for a little snack (had a rib eye steak that was thick as a sizzle steak and maybe as big as my female hand for approx ~$50! Accompanied by a handful of dry fries) The room had a fantastic view, a balcony and a big bath/shower/toilet. It is run down and needs some attention- definitely not what standard I expected for the price paid. They have kid’s activities inside a play room- some at extra costs. They have a kids water play area with pool side bar service at your sun lounge /chair. They have a big pool and a smaller pool (for adults only) and four big slides down the hill to the beach. The slides are a lot of fun, but kids have to be 7years old and maximum weight of 50kg. At the beach they have sun chairs and umbrellas and you can rent bodyboards and sand toys. On the street side they have their so called Swiss village which contains a restaurant and a clubhouse, a night club and a gym. They also have a rope climbing park which is only for kids from 14 years of age the sign said- the man at the desk said 7 years, but that still didn’t help satisfying our 4 year old monkey daughter that was very keen to try it… Bouncy castle free of charge but with loads of holes so it’s not completely blown up. Breakfast is good and a variety of different kinds, mostly Asian food is the best choice, but soooo many people trying to get something on their plate don’t make it a nice experience. Best experience for our daughter probably was the complimentary 15-16 o’clock chocolate hour- which basically is like afternoon tea time but with loads of different chocolates and a fountain and fruit and mini cakes & cupcakes 🧁

So pleased to see Ana Mandara take in the feedback over the years and improve. We were worried when we realised they were situated at Cam Ranh instead of the main ***** but this ended up being a pleasant surprise as we preferred the beach and surroundings of Cam Ranh, it is much more quiet and exclusive. Ana Mandara’s service is very dedicated, leaving us a very thoughtful breakfast box for our early checkout. Good to see a resort that is doing its due diligence to keep up with demands!

This place is high recommended if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The resort is amazing, inside the green, arranged with villa (different size) distributed on the surface on the hotel area. The room is beautiful and well organised, with private outside area. It is close to airport (20 min), has private beach with very nice sea. The service is very good, the outside area is super followed by management. The breakfast is wonderful and huge, for lunch and dinner there are 2 restaurants (international/ Vietnamese and Italian cuisine) with a good selection of proposals. Also the spa is high recommended. Just the gym is a little small and I would suggest to create a “yoga” room for some exercises on the floor. In general we spent a great time here

Hope the manager will see this comments below and improve the service of some staff. Globally speaking, the hotel has a fantastic view and very good taste of design. Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view. The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied. What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't understand where her arrogance comes from. Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

It was a lovely little getaway. The location was great (you rarely leave the resort). The service was wonderful, from all staff. The food was spectacular. The main thing, for me, it wasn’t loud.

I made two separate bookings and will be staying at Fusion for a total of 5 nights, which covers all of my time in Nha Trang. The resort is expansive and boasts a beautiful private beach. One of the resort reception staff members, Thay, is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The resort's breakfast buffet offers an abundance of fruits, may source from their own farm. We spotted peacocks and goats wandering along the paths, which was quite charming. The best aspect of Fusion, in my opinion, is the all-inclusive spa. We are able to choose one spa treatment per day. There are two main areas for improvement: Firstly, the resort is quite far from the town, and the shuttle bus service only runs one service to the city and two back to the hotel a day. If you opt for a taxi, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the town. Secondly, dining options are limited, with only two on-site eateries and no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

We really enjoyed the most at this resort the beach was so nice. Everything best. Strongly recommend Blue Lobster Restaurant food and drink is really great. Will plan again bring our family to enjoy the environment too.

環境超好，早餐也很豐富，唯一缺點就是離芽莊市區35公里，grab打車單程400K越南盾左右。如果純粹度假不用出酒店就很享受，酒店有兩個餐廳，兩個Bar，SPA需要提前預訂，游泳池很美，目前來的話游泳還是有點涼的，海灘波濤洶湧，不適合下水，拿一本書在沙灘的躺椅上也是不錯的。

Very good, beach is beautiful and pool is fantastic. Last day the food gave me food poising felt so sick and had to fly was horrible.

I had a good time here. It's quiet and relaxing. 7 minutes drive away from the airport which is nice. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. Easy parking. Easy checking in and out.

Great place to avoid the crowds and relax at the beach. Villas are spacious and clean, service is very good. Highly recommended!

It is a brand new rather large resort. The room was really good and clean. It seems to be rather kid friendly, with a lot of shallow pools, meandering pool-river as well as a kid zone. The breakfast is not bad, but it does get rather crowded. I guess it will be great in a year or so when all buildings are finished and shopping street fully operational, because it is situated in the middle of nowhere and great for 'all inclusive stay in resort', but much less so if you want to explore around. It is super close to the airport which is why we stayed in it in the first place.

Super close to airport but we did not hear a single air plane. Nice service at the front desk with very good English. Excellent service in the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Pizza was very nice! The only thing I criticize is that they gave us a room located next to the entrance to the construction site nearby, so there were trucks in the early morning and all day - the hotel was nearly empty, so why didn’t they give us a better located room??? Very annoying and unnecessary.

Tuyệt vời. Khách sạn quá đẹp và vị trí thuận lợi. Chúng tôi đã đến vào ban đêm. Nhân viên lễ tân rất thân thiện. Căn phòng thì sạch sẽ. Sáng sớm ngủ dậy chúng tôi thật sự bất ngờ trước cảnh đẹp của hồ bơi và bãi biển.

If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).
