Hotel Dengan Gim di Quang Binh, Vietnam

We were a family, travelling with a 7 yr old. Pleasant hotel, with good sized rooms. Room had good air conditioning & an electronic safe, however it wasn’t bolted in to a wall or floor. Staff were pleasant & reserved, except for the house keeping crew, who wake you at 8.30am with their brightest smiles, in an attempt to clean your room. There is no money exchange services for AUD at the hotel. It seems they only exchange USD. There are cigarette cans on each floor, which allows guests to smoke in the elevators, which is pretty unpleasant. The hotel has restaurants, however, they didn’t appear to be open for lunch & dinner, only for special private events. It is a very nice looking hotel, with good sized rooms. It is a little further out than I had anticipated, however, a grab fare is more than reasonable to get around.

Perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel bagus, biliknya bersih, tetapi beberapa kemudahannya rosak dan tidak diperbaiki, dan ada beberapa pupae serangga yang tergantung di dinding. Semasa saya meninggalkan rumah pada keesokan harinya, saya telah menutup kadnya, tolong bersihkan bilik, tetapi ketika saya kembali ke hotel pada jam 6 petang, saya mendapati bilik itu tidak dibersihkan. Penduduk lain di tingkat yang sama mesti membunyikan loceng pintu yang salah dari semasa ke semasa.

We stayed at both the Gold Coast and Meliá. Location: Tie. Meliá has a better location for seeing the City and proximity to restaurants. GC has a huge pool and is on the beach. Restaurant: Meliá Service: Meliá Breakfast: Tie Pool: GC The problem with the GC was the room was open when we arrived. Heavy smell of cleaner. There were also limited services because there are barely any quests. Couldn’t find any thing to eat mid afternoon. Pool bar closed. Wasn’t impressed with the restaurant. Took a taxi downtown after first day. Beach experience, GC wins. City experience Meliá.

The staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience. The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop. Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy. We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus. Would definitely recommend!

何も無い町なので少しでも海の近くのホテルにしましたが、海岸沿いは、シーフード店が軒を並べ、綺麗な浜辺ではなかったです。部屋はとても広いですが、排水が少し良くない。スタッフは笑顔でサービスしてくれる良いホテルです。

Recommend staying here! Staff is exceptional, location is good with great view. Rooms are clean. Really enjoyed our stay! We already had some contact with the owners beforehand and they booked a tour in advance. We arrived in the middle of the night and they were really accommodating and were able to provide us with a room. Really friendly. Many thanks!

何も無い町なので少しでも海の近くのホテルにしましたが、海岸沿いは、シーフード店が軒を並べ、綺麗な浜辺ではなかったです。部屋はとても広いですが、排水が少し良くない。スタッフは笑顔でサービスしてくれる良いホテルです。

It's nicely near the train. So if you just like me have to stay for a day or two, it's really nice. It has an elevator as well what makes it with a lot of luggage comfortable. I was alone in the room normally its a room for four. You dont have curtains, so there is no privacy in the beds. I didn't care because i was the only one, but yeah, it depends on how much privacy is important for you. Really big lockers as well for your luggage.

We had a very quick stop in Dong Hoi and this hotel was amazing value for money for us. We checked in early in the morning and basically just needed a place to rest, shower and charge our phones, so this place exceeded our expectations. The room was big and clean, the AC was good and the bathroom was clean and good. 7 minutes drive from the train station. Great value for money!

Brilliant, the room airy and clean, very spacous, nice view over looking the lake and welcoming atmosphere up in the lake house restaurant. Tham the owner kindly upgraded my room, the villa was amongst the best I have ever stayed in. Bed very comfortable, with all mod cons and even an outdoor bath tub! I have stayed in Phong Nha quite a lot as I live nearby and can safley say Lake House is the best I have stayed so far. Thanks

Mình lưu lại tại đây từ ngày 23-26/6 và mình có vài nhận xét như sau: Mình ở hạng phòng cao nhất tuy nhiên không có đồ uống wellcome Vị trí phòng mình ở thì tuyệt vời tuy nhiên trong phòng quá ít ổ cắm điện, 2 vị trí đầu giường sử dụng để cắm đèn, vị trí sau tivi cũng kín, chỉ có duy nhất 1 vị trí tại bàn làm việc và bị che bởi bàn rất khó cắm, hạng phòng cao nhất tuy nhiên không có bồn tắm. Ưu điểm ở đây: nhân viên thật sự rất nhiệt tình, chăm chỉ và lễ phép, bãi biển đẹp, riêng tư, tắm vào buổi sáng an toàn và dễ chịu hơn so với tắm buổi chiều, trực cứu hộ chuyên nghiệp và để tâm đến khách, resort nhiều bể bơi và nhiệt độ nước ổn cho trẻ em cũng như an toàn cho trẻ. Không gian xanh, rộng là 1 ứu điểm lớn. Được đưa đón trong khuôn viên resort rất nhanh bằng xe điện. Nhược điểm thì ngoài những điều nói ở phần đầu còn có: bữa sáng chất lượng chưa được tốt, không gian nhà ăn đơn sơ, bàn bị kê quá nhiều, quán cafe ít đồ uống quá. Vị trí khá xa với trung tâm, đi ăn hoặc đi khám phá sẽ bị vất vả chút vì thời tiết thật sự oi nóng, nhà hàng quán ăn chủ yếu hoạt động vào chiều tối.

Nous avons utilisé leur service de massage, nous avons choisit la formule de 60 min, en traduisant en vietnamien et en nous assurant qu’ils avaient bien compris. Au final ils nous ont fait la formule de 90 min, sans montre pour que nous puissions vérifier l’heure, et évidemment nous avons dû payer le double. Nous avons réservé le bus de l’hôtel pour visiter Hué une autre ville, sous insistance du personnel qui nous avait assuré d’une arrivée à 12h pour un départ à 9h. Nous avons finalement mis le double, ce qui est très fâcheux lorsqu’on visite une ville par jour. Et quand nous avons demandé au chauffeur, ce dernier nous a dit que cela était normal et que l’erreur venait de l’hôtel. Faites attention, ils vous arnaquent en toute âme et conscience. Évidemment aucune justification quand on essaye de joindre le personnel pour explication. INADMISSIBLE. The hotel is ok BUT be careful the staff is scamming us. We used their massage service, we chose the 60 min formula, translating into Vietnamese and making sure they understood. In the end they gave us the 90 min formula, without a watch so we could check the time, and obviously we had to pay double. We booked the hotel bus to visit Hue another city, at the insistence of the staff who had assured us of an arrival at 12pm for a departure at 9am. We finally make double, which is very annoying when you visit a city per day. And when we asked the driver, he told us that this was normal and that the mistake came from the hotel. Be careful, they are ripping you off with all conscience. Obviously no justification when you try to contact the staff for an explanation. UNACCEPTABLE.
