Bonne accueil général un grand complexe qui a bénéficié d’un bon emplacement stratégique ( 7 min en taxi de l’aéroport de monastir ) plage à bord de l’hôtel ( pas de chance remplie de méduse ) animation excellente du matin au soir . Malheureusement chambres souillé par le temps, nourriture correct si vous êtes pas compliqué mais toujours en retard ( surtout le SNACK jamais à l’heure et n’anticipe pas ses cuisson ) ! Personnel du restaurant très pro mais ceux du bar une catastrophe pas aimable du tout ! Pas grand chose à voir pour ma part j’ai profité du SPA avec des prix raisonnable contrairement en France mais sa n’est pas de la Kine . J’ai fait des belles rencontres ; avec des francais mais les tunisiens locaux de cette environnement sont malheureusement fermé et se croisent tout permis aucun savoir vivre malheureusement l’hôtel est concentré sur eux et délaisse les touristes européens dommage …

Great and wonderful service and kind hosts. Helpful. Provided a Nice breakfast and welcome arrival with bread and cheese and yogurt. Even dessert and warm and gracious dates and coffee on exit. So kind. The place is very suitable for the price. A great fl offership right around the corner. And the famous Ruind are a five minute walk down the road. Pillow and bed were comfortable. Hot water that’s actually hot. And wifi that actually has good speed. Yay! I would certainly automatically stay again. All They must do is find me a teaching job in town. Ha. Truly. It’s a good choice if you stay here.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel, tout s’est bien passé. J’ai failli annuler mon séjour en voyant les commentaires mais je ne l’ai pas fait et j’en suis heureuse. Il est vrai que l’hôtel n’est pas un hôtel de luxe mais niveau qualité prix rien à dire. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine couverte et chauffée et la nourriture était très bonne.

The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate. The rooms were bright and beautifully laid with welcome chocolate and towel folded to make a lovely penguin

The hotel has a good location . Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had sea view from the bedroom and view of the marina from the sitting room. The kitchen has cups and pots too. For the kettle you need to put a deposit.

Joli hôtel, bien situé et très propre.
Seulement le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Je ne recommande pas du tout le petit déjeuner.
Armez vous de patience pour recevoir la clé de votre chambre.
Très belle vue dans la chambre.

MMose AdventuresUnfortunately when a hotel has a good team one person can affect it so badly. I highly rate the hotel and its services. But as a business traveller here investing in Tunisia, device at a 5 star hotel should be the front desks top priority.
After asking Aziz in reception regarding room service he explained it was on the tv with the menu and how to order. When I arrived into my room I finished some emails and went to the tv to look at the menu and the screen said that room dining finishes at 11 or 11.30
The hotel is very far out of town 20mins so I had to sleep hungry
I spoke to aziz in the morning, and he said the tv was room didn’t really care about the matter and said it will change
Same situation my next night finished work late came back to my room and call room dining, No one answered, called again a main half asleep didn’t know what the have on the menu, he said someone will call me, someone called after 30mins when I was ready to sleep.
Again I went to sleep hungry
When I spoke to aziz in the morning he was too busy to care again. And once again a professional establishment needs to have staff that have attention to detail when it comes to the care of the guest especially people who are investing in Tunisia like the establishment that hires him.

GGuest UserGood general welcome a great complex that has enjoyed a good strategic location ( 7 min taxi from the airport of monastery ) beach on board the hotel ( no chance filled with meduus ) excellent animation of the morning to the evening . Unfortunately, rooms suffocated by the time, food correct if you are not complicated but still late ( especially the SNACK never at the time and does not anticipate its cooking ) ! Held hotel guests very naked very casual not dressed very shocking!!! in the hotel entrance hall and in the buffet restaurant it is necessary to review the clothing of certain customers (female) we must respect the very vulgar people see half naked for a very beautiful hotel it spoils the image of this hotel inappropriate behavior of certain customers and the host flirts with customers, a shame for such a beautiful establishment!!! To see urgently the rooms are perfect maid at the top very clean establishment despite the rest thank you to the service staff and respect the rest to see again urgently lack of respect thank you to the manager and the director to review certain details thank you for your welcome .

GGuest UserWe had a very good stay at the hotel, everything went well. I almost canceled my stay when I saw the comments but I didn't and I'm happy about it. It is true that the hotel is not a luxury hotel but nothing to complain about in terms of quality and price. The children were able to enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool and the food was very good.
