PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is perfectly situated near the theatre making it easy to access on foot. My room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, empathetic and understanding as ended up being a solo guest due to unforeseen circumstances and going out of their way to accommodate needs . Food was lovely and staff so attentive . I would recommend and will go back
MMa NinaThe room was spacious and we booked a room good for 3 pax. The receptionist were nice and offer us as well to check in early… we really appreciate that. The location is not in the center but the bus stop is really near to the hostel which is more accessible if you want to roam around the center of Edinburgh.
PPengguna TetamuCraig was excellent. Very helpful. There was milk, fruit and coffee in kitchen for use. There were drinks in fridge in room too. Very good and comfortable to stay.
SsliceoflifeThe building is beautiful and it's far enough out of the centre to be quiet but close enough to walk in. When I arrived there was no one there to check in, so I had to call someone, that won't be great for people traveling from abroad who might not have access to their phones. Room was beautiful, light are airy, if not a little small
PPengguna TetamuWe had a fab stay at this accommodation. Easy to find parking and easy to check in. The location was pretty central to everything and there is plenty of bus services to all the landmarks. Will definitely be staying here again and can highly recommend.
IIrshadI stayed at the Adelphi Hotel on a recent trip to Edinburgh. It's definitely a budget-friendly option, which was perfect for me. The room itself was clean and functional. The bed was comfy, there was a flat-screen TV to unwind with, and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water.
Heads up, there's no breakfast offered at the hotel. I grabbed food at a nearby cafe each morning, which wasn't a problem, but be sure to factor that extra cost into your budget.
The room was a little on the small side, and I heard some noise from outside at times. It's not a fancy hotel, and there aren't any amenities beyond free Wi-Fi.
The location, however, was fantastic. It's just a short walk from the tram stop, and most of Edinburgh's attractions were within a 10-15 minute drive. There's even free parking on-site, which is a major plus in the city.
Overall, the Adelphi Hotel was a decent choice for my short stay. It's perfect if you're on a budget and don't mind a basic room without frills. Just be prepared to find breakfast elsewhere and manage your expectations.
PPengguna TetamuNice quiet neighbourhood. Location is ok but room was a bit small for 3 pax. We were given a basement room and need to leave the window opened for ventilation so security is not ideal.
PPengguna TetamuArrived at property same time as another guest and he phoned owner who gave us code to get in and let us know we’re to get keys for room. Room was lovely with tea and coffee facilities and comfy bed. Bathroom sink was blocked. Overall nice accommodation and close to bus stop for town.
