Resort place and location was good and has good parking area and room price and size is good. The toilet is the important part of the room which need to be renovation and fixed, it look bad , also there is no hot water in the kitchen, which if I need to was anything during winter time I need to use cold water. I think if they will renovate the toilet I may book again. In addition the room service guy didn't bring all the item we ask untill we give him tips, and there is no instructions of the snacks that are free or paid in the room

Very good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving. Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service provided by Michael at the restaurant. During my recent stay at the hotel, I unfortunately became sick and came to Michael to ask for a very special drink (ginger juice). It was totally impossible since he didn’t have a juice maker. But Michael found different ways to get for me a drink that I need. I am truly touched by his thoughtfulness and kindness. It's not often that you encounter people who are willing to go the extra mile to make someone else's day a little brighter, and I feel that truly embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service. I wanted to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Michael for his efforts, and to let you know how much I appreciate his dedication to his work.
