The hotel is in a great location in the Old Quarters with everything just a walking distance away. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. It’s a newly renovated hotel so everything was new and clean. Some work is still ongoing but not enough to be a bother. Special mention to Patrick who gave us a list of places to go to and was helpful with any questions we had.

酒店客房一共就四十七間房的樣子，設計師Bill Bensley 把歌劇元素融入到了酒店的每一處細節，一層演出區轉角將開放式酒吧與舞台分開，後台則是全日制餐廳。璀璨的方格網吊頂以及歌劇舞枱佈景，彩排舞台、化粧間、復古禮服、還有幾十件法國殖民時期的老物件一應俱全。每個樓層都有藝術家、設計師、音樂家等各自主題，甚至每間客房都有對應主題的大師和不同風格的戲劇場景。整體來説是一家中型酒店，一眼驚艷，服務細節符合價位，備品選用也是大瓶裝，中規中矩，mini bar非酒精類免費，每天一續。the living room免費下午茶，晚上免費各類酒，小吃全包，從性價比角度來説還是值得的，周邊屬於絕對的富人區，各種奢侈品店鋪林立，晚上有入夜儀式，開夜床後送了眼罩和小禮物，數據線會幫你用皮扣扣起來，小細節還是拉滿。 河內嘉佩樂今年B1層的光輝Koki日料獲得1星 ，只有14個座位，提供類似 Omekase 的set，價格比較貴（晚上基本套餐 5500000/人，8500000/人），2月14日提前郵件預訂6點半晚餐，到了基本滿座。菜單是固定的選擇不多，出品都很不錯。 我們選擇的基本套餐，一是兩種囗味的蛤蜊鐵板燒，二是車海蝦鐵板燒配香草醬汁，三是招牌八重山牛肉，牛鼻子認證真的很無語，四是製作了20分鐘的koki招牌蒜香雞肉炒飯，最後的甜品在旁邊的休息廳進餐，是抹茶冰淇淋大福和日式熱甜甜圈的組合。最後香檳和飲用水單獨收了2000000萬，感謝日本大叔主廚，真的帥氣。 河內嘉佩樂早餐在一樓大堂吧旁全日餐廳 Backstage。 Backstage 餐廳最大程度上還原了歌劇院元素，打造了一個通透而華麗的金色大廳，掛滿了歌劇院服飾作為裝飾，鮮花是黃色蝴蝶蘭，菜單是 “Diva’s menu”。 嘉佩樂的早餐從來不會讓人失望，幾乎都是單點，單點菜單簡直眼花繚亂，第一頁便是越南特色河粉，被我們的地導評為河內前三的河粉食物，還有其他傳統美食例如法包三明治等。西式方面，早餐有進口法國的新鮮生蠔和煙燻三文魚華夫餅誠意十足，各式蛋類尤其是班尼迪克蛋做的出神入化，可麗餅，華夫餅也很好吃。 大廚在越南本地享譽盛名，足不出户已經可以在酒店內吃到非常nice，此行已經很滿足了。

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. The room are very clean comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Excellent service from the club lounge team especially Thao, Thuy and Anh. Overall have a wonderful experience at Intercontinental Landmark 72.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations and was designed nicely with a 5* luxury feel service/hospitality . The hotel itself is quite new as the associate had mentioned that it’s been open for about 6 months. The bedding and room was very comfortable and decorated. I will rate this a 10/10. Great service and clean. I was welcomed with a drink voucher and the bar tender made a drink that was not on the menu and even though the rooftop bar was closing, he took the time to make a special drink that is not too sugary for me as requested. The morning breakfast at the restaurant was also great! Although I did not get to stay a longer duration as I was just flying into Hanoi to make a stop to Hai Phong. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for my future visit.

We had a very enjoyable stay at La Sinfonia del Rey. The location was superb next to the Hoan Kiem lake right in the middle of the Old Quarter. All of the staff were extremely friendly and special mention to Rose who greeted us and remembered our names throughout our stay, and to give us recommendations on where to eat while we were in Hanoi. We also wanted to thank the manager who checked us in and had more food recommendations and for the lady who checked us out that gave our son a departing gift. Thank you for having us!

The service is consistent and professional throughout. It has been, in fact, enhanced since my previous stay during it's opening year. For one, the executive lounge is in full swing, albeit plagued by occasional inconsiderate guests who talk for prolonged periods on their mobile phones or book the meeting room for the purpose of dining with their friends on the pretext of discussing work. The lobby moniterance can be more effective i.e. enforcing orderly conduct and behaviour over rowdy and aggressive mainland Chinese tourists. Devices and voices should be kept to a minimum in public spaces to maintain proper decorum. The hotel ground staff need to be more vigilant in this regard. That said, the service staff are to be highly commended. The Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Hannah, is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable tips on places of interests within the city and beyond. She always makes herself available and is often seen interacting passionately with guests around the property. Certainly, the executive lounge staff, Lucas, Kevin, Audrey, Estee, Lynn and Crystal are very attentive and guest-centric. No request is ever overwhelming for them and they portray the executive lounge to a very high standard. I was touched by staff who recognised me though my previous stay was some two years back. Concierge, Mr. Ku, welcomed me warmly with his sincere and genuine hospitality style. The Duty Manager, Mr. Harry, did his best to resolve my room issues and was always following up diligently on my preferences. Front Office staff, Ellen and Anna, who were also present since the opening of the hotel, maintain their friendly and charming dispositions. The lobby bar staff are impressive, with dedicated staff like Duc and Mr. Thang, the outlet manager, who remembered me by name and concocted a special ginger/lemongrass tea when he found out that I had a dry throat. こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Amazing place with huge pool, trees and gardens. The Villa Complex of the National Convention Center (Garden Villas) has a total of 10 villas, each of which has 1 Presidential Suite and 6 Deluxe rooms, with luxurious wooden interiors and a private garden. Each room has large windows overlooking the garden or lake. This villa is suitable for family vacations, friends vacations, and business trips.
