The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

Шикарная просторная студия с высокими потолками и прекрасным видом на горы. Мне кажется окна метра три, поэтому вид открывается замечательный и много света. ☀️Очень чисто, новый ремонт, поддержка всегда на связи. Апартаменты находятся рядом с морем, недалеко от Старого города, вся инфраструктура рядом, так как они в ТЦ . Перед балконом оживлённая дорога, но стеклопакеты не пропускают шум, когда закрываешь.Есть кофе,чай,сахар,я бы добавила несколько больших чашек,потому что были только две маленькие.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore.
The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Очень красивое месторасположение, большой бассейн с видом на горы и на море. В номере просторно, тихо, терраса с видом на море. Все необходимое есть. Но кондиционер очень старый, и плохо работает, ночью было жарко, от чего не выспались. Но к утру стало прохладнее, из за того, что жара спала. Есть крытая парковка для машины, что очень хорошо, машина стоит не под солнцем. Рядом есть очень душевный хороший ресторан.

GGuest UserThis isn't a hotel, it's an apartment. Everything is new, freshly renovated. There's no sign, the door is locked, and it's unclear how to get in. They haven't cleaned the place once in five days, even though the rules say they should have.

GGuest UserKendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

The room was very clean and had a coffee machine and a refrigerator.
The host was very helpful; we could ask any questions about our trip via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly. On our last day, they even helped us call the airport shuttle bus.
There's a large supermarket downstairs, and it's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and a 20-minute walk to the beach—the walking distances are quite manageable.

GGuest UserThe staff was very nice and friendly. The romantic room was cozy and spacious. The shower downstairs had a hole, leaving a puddle on the floor every time after use. The hot water ran out periodically. The balcony was nice, but there was a shared staircase and a walkway to the side. The sound levels in the room were very loud. The beach was not far away.

Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!

SsixmbThe room is quite new, but the stool on the balcony is so dirty that I can't bear to look at it. I wiped it at least ten times, but it's still very dirty. There is no one at the front desk all year round. If you have something, you can't find anyone for a while. The room facilities are not bad, but the design is not very reasonable and not very convenient to use.
