Well-run homestay with a hostess who knows how to take care of the guests in the best possible way. Select the room with aircon for best comfort. Believe me, you don't want to go for the fan-only room in this lovely establishment. You want to go to full mile and have it all. The breakfast is hearty and prepared with utmost dedication. The location is superb for backpackers waiting for their next train to Chiang Mai, or wherever they are destined to go. The Wifi was surprisingly leopard-like fast in an old Thai style house like this. The shared bathroom is not an issue if you don't have a bad stomach and the parking space are plentiful if you are willing to walk the extra steps. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend this place, A slight deduction has been made due to very thin wall, thus you can hear every gossip from your neighbor.

Stayed Two nights from 21/09/22 to 23/09/22 Located within close proximity to the ruins of Ayutthaya, this is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. I stayed in room 14 which was a double room access from the side of the main building. It was a fairly nice room for the price however there was no safe or fridge. The double bed was also only a mattress on the floor so there was that risk of bugs and ants making their way on to the bed itself. The gardens are a nice place to sit and have a drink however you will need to stop by a shop to pick something up as there is no bar or drinks fridge. Overall it is a nice budget place to stay. if you like luxury, it probably isn't for you however if you want something a little different, which is cheap, clean and well kept, I would highly recommend.

Charming and rustic. Host was nice; he made an effort to check in on his guests and we had a wonderful conversation with him. Breakfast was very good; besides the usual butter and toast, we had their local 'kuehs' of banana in glutinous rice and fritters. They arranged a Tuk Tuk with a driver who spoke some English to take us around. Charges were reasonable. Massage was available but the room for massage had no air con as it had broken down so the experience was not so favorable. It is also not easy to get around unless u have transport.

Friendly staff and the price is worth it! I have been here for 3 times. This place near the city and easy to find a food. There're bike cycle for rent. Good for family or friend trip because there is a room for 3 in 1 and 4 in 1 also.

L’albergo affaccia in una via a scorrimento veloce di Ayutthaya anche se il traffico non è intenso e la notte si dorme tranquilli. La struttura è quasi interamente in legno, immersa nel verde e con ampie stanze ben arredate. I mobili sono in ottime condizioni e la sensazione, nel suo complesso, è più che piacevole. La mattina la colazione viene servita al piano terra, su un tavolo sono presenti alcuni prodotti dei quali ci si può servire in modo autonomo (marmellate, pane, corn-flakes, ecc.) mentre il piatto principale (omelette, riso, ecc.) va ordinato all’inserviente e viene preparato espresso dal cuoco. A breve distanza è possibile trovare un piccolo food market ma, spingendosi poco oltre, si arriva anche a quello più famoso e grande che si sviluppa lungo il fiume. Anche alcuni siti archeologici sono raggiungibili a piedi mentre per quelli più lontani è consigliabile l’uso dell’auto o delle bici. L’albergo dispone di un piccolo parcheggio privato.

Kami suka tinggal di sini. Ayutthaya cantik dan sangat berbaloi untuk menyewa basikal dari hotel untuk bersiar-siar di sekitar runtuhan. Satu perkataan berhati-hati, jangan cuba meletakkan kanak-kanak di rak belakang basikal dewasa. Anak perempuan kami tersangkut pada jejari yang membawa kepada terseliuh teruk. Makanan di hotel ini sangat mengagumkan. Kami makan di sini untuk setiap makan malam dan setiap hidangan adalah luar biasa. Mereka sangat baik apabila anak perempuan kami mencederakan kakinya dan kami menikmati penginapan yang hebat. Amat disyorkan.

Een enorm fijn plekje tussen de oude tempels. De mensen hier zijn zeer aardig en enorm behulpzaam, de massage is een aanrader en het eten van de homestay is heerlijk. We hebben de tempels op de fiets bezocht die voor ons werden gehuurd bij de buren.

I really wanted to say I loved this place. The couple running the ”homestay” was really sweet and their daughter, who managed their emails, was also helpful. However, there were some issues that marred the experience for me. Firstly, the place was marketed as a homestay, though I think it would be more appropriate to say it's guesthouses on a residential compound. I was also under the impression that I would be given a room in a standalone building like the ones they posted online but was instead given a basic room in a row of three. Secondly, I arranged for a guide through the homestay and only learned from the guide when he arrived that it did not include a driver and transportation. I then paid more for the driver and car. I think this could have been made more transparent from the start. Lastly, and most importantly, the bathroom was a challenge. I don't want to go into details because some guests may have no issues, but I've uploaded some pictures, and you can decide on your own. For me, I found something unpleasant on the floor after I came back from dinner on the second day, and decided there and then I would cut short my stay.
