HIDDEN GEM FOUND! We loved out stay here, Vincent and the owners are very accomodating. Such a friendly team running this Villa. As soon as you enter, you are guided by information on what you can do in Hoi An, transportation services, suggested attractions plus more. You can hire bicycles for free, and rent motorbikes to get around as an option (great way to get around as Hoi An streets are less hectic compared for Saigon and Hanoi). We loved our room, clean, comfortable and had character. Their jacuzzi is an iconic piece that you must give a go when you stay at the Villa. A relaxing, peaceful and affordable place. Vincent also looks after you, any question, he's got your back! Thank you for having us! Highly recommend!

The riverside bars and cafés opposite the heritage old town of Hoi An go beyond the acceptable noise levels at night: this is a matter for the local residents and politicians to address urgently.Where ever you stay in this wonderful historical town. However -The location of this homestay is perfect: 200 m from the river! The bedroom was on the 3 rd floor, spacious and super comfortable and clean. It felt more like a little hotel and Mme Thui made everything to help us organise trips or station pick up. Friendly atmosphere, very good breakfast options, I recommend this place - there's plenty of homestays around but this one is exceptional, book ahead.

I recently had a stay at the company's private villa and am very satisfied with the service. The villa is clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located on a main road near Hoi An Ancient Town. The service quality is excellent: the staff is enthusiastic, attentive, and ready to assist guests in any situation. The rental price for the entire villa is more affordable compared to other accommodation options. However, it's worth noting that the rental price for the entire villa is usually higher than other types of accommodations.

Can’t be more thankful to the staff here. Greatest hospitality from all the hotels I’ve ever stayed. Everyone would receive brief introduction around the area and the staff would always love to offer help actively. We had our 1st anniversary here and they helped us decorate the room so nice!

Прожили в данном отеле трое суток. Очень удачное расположение! Под балконом - ночной рынок, но звуки и запахи в номер не проникают. Тишина идеальная! Всё достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. В отеле очень чисто! В номере уютно, красиво, удобно. Мебель, кровать, санузел - все в идеальном состоянии. Есть при заселении 2 бутылки воды, туалетные принадлежности в полном объеме. Единственный минус - нет интернета.

We cannot recommend Pebble Homestay highly enough! This was a quiet, very clean, comfortable stay a very short and convenient walking distance to the town center. Excellent service, the family that owns this homestay is so kind and helpful and will arrange different tours for you. They also make a delicious breakfast for you with a small extra cost. The family always greeted us with smiles and went out of their way to make it a great experience. This was one of our favorite stays in Vietnam because of the hospitality. The room is basic but very clean and comfortable. Thank you Pebble Homestay!

L’hôtel est très bien situé, simple, propre et spacieux. Très bien pour le prix payé. Dommage que la propriétaire nous ait fait croire qu’il n’y avait plus de bateau pour Cham island afin de « gratter » une nuit supplémentaire. En se débrouillant seuls nous avons pu partir le jour même sur l’île … ayant perdu une demie journée. Le genre de petite arnaque que l’on aime pas.

Myself and my daughter had a wonderful stay , the owner and wonderful Mr CONG always helpful . We booked all our tours through him , he booked our tickets to Ba na Hills . Told us to down load the Grab App, rooms are reasonably priced so we got a room each for 7 nights . He also arranged our pick up from the airport , Some reviews said bathrooms needed a bit more attention to detail , but it was minor , remember you are not in Europe . Beds are hard but not a problem for us , spoke to other people staying elsewhere and they seemed to be the same , so maybe it’s standard unless you go 5 star . Beds changed every 2 days , but I’m sure Mr CONG would change more if that’s what you required . He runs the homestay himself and does all the cleaning , he is the most delightful host , and always smiling , we woke him up getting home very late one night and he was fine about it 😊 . Only about a 10 min straight enough walk to the river , you get a good nights sleep as the homestay is down a little street , my daughters room had a little balcony so it saved her having to go downstairs to have a cigarette . Fridge , kettle in the room , plenty of hot water at any time , shop down the way where you can get extra water milk etc. We used the grab app to get taxi to Cui Dai beach , there is also An Bang Beach beside it ,

I cannot recommend this hotel enough it is run and recently been taken over by young married couple Luke and Mihn in my opinion it’s outstanding one of the best hotels that we’ve stayed in this far $15 New Zealand tonight it has a beautiful swimming pool a barbecue area if you want to make your own food cook your own food there’s an outstanding coffee shops directly across the road like $1.50 for the most decadent coffee and the rooms are extremely clean the bedding is immaculate 100% cotton which in this heat you really need the air-conditioner works a treat there is Wi-Fi there is breakfast included if you wish to purchase it I think for an extra three dollars New Zealand and again the cleanliness is outstanding services 10 out of 10 the environment is 10 out of 10 Location is incredible five minutes from the beach the old town hoii an It’s just minutes away we hired a scooter from Luke which is fantastic easy he brings it to you you leave it here it’s brilliant and I think it’s cause it’s like eight dollars a day and we’ve done so much exploring of this beautiful beautiful little city there is so much to see we plan on staying one night we’ve been here for and plan on staying another two at least so yeah I would highly recommend these guys supporting the local owner operator business is key there is beautiful and beautiful fruit tree a five star I think the food is called it’s just so Yum and so fresh again recommend 10 out of 10 for this Hotel wouldn’t say anywhere else it’s brilliant absolutely brilliant Luke and Mihn I went out back and call anything we need they just get it for us obviously we don’t push it because we don’t need anything if we want it it’s there if we don’t it’s not so it’s brilliant it’s just brilliant I have so in love it highly recommend 10

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again! Be aware that Grab can’t come into the lane, so you’ll need to order your car from the main road.
