I had an amazing stay! The service was the best that I’ve encountered so far in Vietnam. I will definitely stay here again. The bathtub was also a big plus.

Good room for reasonable price - clean and large. Helpful and friendy stuff. Location is good - not too far from the center and not so busy amd loud.

Breakfast you prepare and a free bicycle service given only to the booked guests, I have to say, are excellent. Memorable in a word. I was riding a bike with a big smile almost all day long and it was more than 'just' enjoyable. Imagine someone going from side to side, for example, to remote areas in Hoi An. I do think I should bike-trace more Vietnamese roads through. ☺

This was such a lovely cosy stay and it definitely felt like such a charming place to stay… my room was facing the pool and there was a little ‘bathtub’ in my bathroom… the receptionist and manager were very accomodating and helpful… definitely love it here

top rated home stay. very great location for hoi an night life. lantern boat ride on evening before sunset is right moment. this hotel is next to lanterns boat area, a min walk away. old town is just 3minutes walks only. what a good location with fare price home stay hotel.

Owner very good service and good recommended The homestay location far from old town but can walk around 10 mins and walk on the bridge that pathway very narrow. The hotel near Winmart supermarket is good. I booked the deluxe room for 2 person but they give. 1 pillow, 1 thin blanket, 1 towel. They gave free small water bottle only first night. If you would like to rent bicycle or motorbike can ask them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vinci Villa Hoi An, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again! Be aware that Grab can’t come into the lane, so you’ll need to order your car from the main road.

If for you not so important where to sleep and choosing cheap price it is good. Not good. It’s better. Oh, sorry, not better. It’s hotel the best. Ok, sure I am joking. If little bit more serious so it’s cozy home stay with hospitality mistress of the house. I liked all. Start from room and without finish. Just liked and dote. I cannot recommend this hotel enough it is run and recently been taken over by young married couple Luke and Mihn in my opinion it’s outstanding one of the best hotels that we’ve stayed in this far $15 New Zealand tonight it has a beautiful swimming pool a barbecue area if you want to make your own food cook your own food there’s an outstanding coffee shops directly across the road like $1.50 for the most decadent coffee and the rooms are extremely clean the bedding is immaculate 100% cotton which in this heat you really need the air-conditioner works a treat there is Wi-Fi there is breakfast included if you wish to purchase it I think for an extra three dollars New Zealand and again the cleanliness is outstanding services 10 out of 10 the environment is 10 out of 10 Location is incredible five minutes from the beach the old town hoii an It’s just minutes away we hired a scooter from Luke which is fantastic easy he brings it to you you leave it here it’s brilliant and I think it’s cause it’s like eight dollars a day and we’ve done so much exploring of this beautiful beautiful little city there is so much to see we plan on staying one night we’ve been here for and plan on staying another two at least so yeah I would highly recommend these guys supporting the local owner operator business is key there is beautiful and beautiful fruit tree a five star I think the food is called it’s just so Yum and so fresh again recommend 10 out of 10 for this Hotel wouldn’t say anywhere else it’s brilliant absolutely brilliant Luke and Mihn I went out back and call anything we need they just get it for us obviously we don’t push it because we don’t need anything if we want it it’s there if we don’t it’s not so it’s brilliant it’s just brilliant I have so in love it highly recommend 10

This was my first Homestay, and I was absolutely blown away, Miss Ten and her Family are so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay so much I will come back again and again. Nothing was too much trouble for the family, and I felt a part of the family whilst holidaying there. Miss Ten is very helpful in getting things organized and suggesting things to do and goes above and beyond. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it's very close to everything and clean and comfortable. Thank you Miss Ten and the family for making my stay so enjoyable. see you all again soon.

À 4min à pied de la plage. L’hôtel est super, la chambre spacieuse et propre. Dans le jardin chaque bungalow a sa propre terrasse avec canapé et table avec chaises. Il y a aussi 3 hamacs dans le jardin. Et possibilité de commander à manger. Le propriétaire possède aussi le restaurant familiale sur la plage. C’est à 15min environ en grab de la vieille ville d’Hoi An. En revanche c’est un coin où il y a relativement peu de restaurants ou supermarchés. Je vous recommande l’hôtel si vous souhaitez du calme du repos et être près de la mer.
