I love staying at Tangtao Yard Hostel. The whole place is historic, homey, comfy and tranquillising. I was so lucky to be greeted by a young boy who is the receptionist at the place. He is super helpful and gave me a map detailing all the major scenic spots at Gulangzu. He even told me where I could find great places for local delicacies, making my whole tour memorable and exquisite. My room was very spacious and quiet. The bedding was spotlessly clean. I fell asleep immediately when l lay on the comfy bed. I would definitely pay a visit here again. Thanks for everything.

The best hospital hotel in the old town areas. Everyday we’re going around the historical buildings and shopping around tea gardens. So many great places for going around just short walking distance. They are so warmly welcomed and friendly with people who stay in the hotel. We like the hotel and have opportunities for coming back to visit in the future.

Liuyue Sea View Hotel made for a great family stay. The restaurant was great and it was so close to the beach where the kids could play. Be sure to plan ahead as the hotel is over 1 km from Sanqiu Wharf, and there are no cars on the island. Fortunately, on the way back we were able to hop on a shuttle for 10 yuan per person so we did not have to worry about walking so far with our luggage. There are so many beautiful sights to see on the island. I highly recommend Liuyue Sea View Hotel and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Rumah berusia berabad-abad itu tersembunyi di sebelah kawasan pusat bandar Pelbagai objek lama, lukisan dan kaligrafi di dalam rumah, serta bekalan hotel yang kaya, mencerminkan kemegahan, semangat dan keramahan bos selatan Fujian. Minum teh di halaman dan hargai perubahan dan pembangunan sepanjang abad yang lalu dengan bos muda untuk seketika dan dapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang adat, semangat dan perubahan di selatan Fujian. Saya tinggal di sini untuk dua malam terakhir selama tujuh hari saya di Xiamen (saya juga mengambil kelas dalam talian semasa rehat untuk anak-anak saya, saya meninggalkan hotel awal pada hari kedua tahun kedua sekolah menengah dan kembali ke Beijing untuk menamatkan perjalanan saya ke Xiamen Ia adalah percutian yang sempurna Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada bos yang hangat, muda, kacak dan menarik di selatan Fujian. Saya juga berharap bahawa bos telah melindungi rumah lama yang begitu baik ia dihidupkan selama-lamanya.

Cute little hotel, kungfu and tea theme, very friendly staff. Location is excellent, short walk to the old city highlights. Very good price. Only complaints are there is no mini fridge in room, or ice in lobby. Also the toilet drain smells bad, had to keep the toilet door closed.

I really enjoyed my solo recharge trip here, is like homestay and very closed to the beach and the area for sunrise or sunset or the tourist area for food by walking distance. Easy to access by public transport - bus or subway Sister who is very kind for assist any enquiry and well cooking. I really love the seafood soup with noodles. Packed the sweet potato and hard boil egg for me when she know i heading to the island. She also fulfilled my request with non-smoking and quiet Room. I really appreciate that as every night with good sleep. Only the first impression is the bathroom amenities not so well maintaining with some strained. The rest is good like back to home and feel warm.

This is part of Tianluokeng Tulou cluster. The entire village is part of the Huang clan. It's a living Tulou, as real as it can get. You can interact with the villagers over tea, and they are not pushy to sell you things. I stayed here for 2 night during the lull season. It's a great respite away from the hustle and bustle of Xiamen and nearby urban cities. The weather turned chilly upon arrival, to my great delight after nearly 1 month in hot lingering summers. The air is so fresh and food is made from homegrown or wild vegetation or poultry they reared in the village. I appreciate my stay greatly because such simplicity is nostalgic and hard to come by to me. The boss is most helpful to arrange pickup for me from Xiamen, where I was staying. And fetched me back afterwards at really affordable costs. He helped to arranged the lowest costs options. I'm very touched. This is a very special experience.

I had booked the room facing the mountain view but it was not given. I was not aware that it was wrong as I checked in late at night and also as a tourist, I would not know the facing. I had to ask for a change the following day. The room can only be released at the end of the day. Should not I get a refund? Why was the room not reserved? As the hotel is away from the town, the hotel should consider providing free city and airport shuttles. Hotel is nice to provide free beverages and the vinegar drink is quite refreshing. We quite enjoyed the takeaway Cantonese porridge when breakfast food was not available on our last day.

這家民宿真的值得滿分推薦！入住體驗超舒心，房間乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨又有格調。最要誇的是店主，服務態度一級棒，我們隨口提了需要兩個枕頭、想借電卡，店主二話不説就親自送上門，全程笑容滿面，特別親切。民宿裏還有一衹超可愛的小貓，軟糯黏人，擼貓擼到停不下來，瞬間治癒旅途疲憊。位置也很便利，出門逛吃都方便。性價比超高，下次再來這邊玩，一定還選這家！
