Qingsheng Villa is located within a large villa community, so it's been around for quite some time. The location is also good, unlike the crowded Zhongsu Jin Street. It's very convenient to get there by car. The rooms are exceptionally large, spacious, and grand! There are sofas and plants, and parking is very convenient. For this price, the spaciousness of the rooms is much more comfortable than in a cramped room. The villa is also not far from Matryoshka Square and the National Gate Scenic Area. Highly recommended. Suggestion: What a great house! If the bathroom could be renovated and a separate wet and dry area added, the stay would be even better. I suggest upgrading the bedding; it's not comfortable enough, and the mattress is too firm. I suggest a more courteous service attitude and avoiding constantly using rhetorical questions. Don't limit drinking water to two bottles a day. Most guesthouses nowadays provide as needed; your insistence on charging extra for more than two bottles is stingy. It's quite a contrast to the grandeur of a villa! 😂 Despite these shortcomings, I still recommend staying here; it's great value for money!

For this price, coupled with the owner's incredibly welcoming service, it's truly fantastic. The room isn't huge, but it's clean and the location is great. Parking and dining are both convenient. Really good!
