My experience was very great! This was my first ever solo trip and my first stay at a hostel. The staff was very accommodating and the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the amenities that you get with the room. For a cheap price you get a lot more than just a dorm. You get things like a outdoor common area, a very nice kitchen, indoor common areas and sometimes events like comedy night, and a free breakfast every morning. This hostel is in a really good location for the area. It’s not too far from the beach and the pier and you’re very close to the public transportation. I met some really cool people at this place traveling from all over and we all hung out and had a good time.

Very cute place and great location but a few things would have really helped. It was warm (August, yeah) and the hotel has no AC. This made our room pretty miserable, even with ceiling fan and 2 fans in the room. There weren't enough outlets to plug the fans in so I had to go ask for a power ***** -- woman at front desk was very nice. But we had cords wonky wonked -- like across bathroom door. Not the best. The phone charger on lamp didn't work. A mirror in the room itself would have been helpful as well. I live in the desert and am used to heat, but if I had known there was no AC would not have booked there in August. Went back to look at website and I guess that's my fault because it's not listed. Lesson learned!

Alizey is the BALM!!! Hope i didn't butcher your name (Love You)!!! I Appreciate her SO much. She is SO Caring and does her best to be super accommodating. She went above & beyond in creating an outcome for me that was fair and absolutely aligned with her hotels rules & regulations. The Heart involved in the Customer Service aspect of this business interaction was just as quality as a super High End establishment. Excellent job Alizay! The rooms are kool. Not much Heat can be adjusted but otherwise clean and free from bugs. I'm okay with this place and please KNOW that I Am SUPER PICKY! Lastly, i'd like to mention the rest of the staff is pretty nice as well. Communicating with them is easy and Light! I Like That!
