A Truly Memorable Stay – Incredible Hospitality at the Foot of Mount Huashan I stayed here while preparing to hike the legendary Mount Huashan from the bottom, and I can honestly say the experience was made all the more special thanks to the incredible kindness and hospitality of the owners. From the moment I arrived, the owners went out of their way to make me feel at home. They provided a detailed and helpful briefing on how to explore the mountain safely, including routes, timings, and what to expect—something that gave me great confidence going into such a challenging hike. The real highlight, however, was their extraordinary help when I accidentally left my camera in a taxi. What could have been a disaster turned into a heartwarming reminder of genuine human kindness. The owners took it upon themselves to contact the driver, coordinate the return, and made sure I got my camera back safely. They didn’t have to go to such lengths, but they did so without hesitation. They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to practical matters—arranging food deliveries after a long day on the trail, and organizing a smooth taxi ride back to the train station when it was time to leave. If you're planning to hike Mount Huashan and are looking for a place that feels more like staying with family than in a hotel, this is the one. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The service was friendly and the room was very clean. However, the location on the Ctrip page is incorrect which made finding the hotel challenging. The room was also very cold even after the heater was on for an hour.

Stayed two nights in twin room, wanted a double but none available at time of booking. Perfect location a few minutes drive from the highway and west entrance to Huashan where the managers dropped us off and picked us up on the day of our visit. Parking available in front of hotel. Rooms are simple but very clean & comfortable, we liked the water dispenser providing hot & room temperature water, good to see a Chinese hotel thinking about the environment. We stayed on the first floor which is very tastefully decorated (see photo). Shower was not always hot, but that's our only quibble with this hotel that provides excellent value for money. We ate twice in the restaurant, the food is also good value and there's cold beer in the fridge. We had a takeaway breakfast of eggs and youtiao. One warning to Huashan visitors - check the forecast! We were lucky but it started raining heavily the night after our visit and Huashan closes when the weather is bad. Highly recommend this hotel because of the location and very helpful staff. My wife is Chinese so communication not a problem, other foreigners with little or no Chinese would need to use a translate app.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel: the receptionist was very helpful, the apartment was clean, and we even got souvenirs. The location is amazing, near the Great mosque and a street food district. The real rooms interior matches the hotel description. I especially liked the pillows decoration. The washing machine is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, but you can ask for help. The area is under video surveillance, very safe and quiet. The window view might not be amazing, but we were away all day anyway. Highly recommending!

We went there doing a mistake because we didn't see that it was male dormitory and women elle elsewhere but the owner opened another dormitory for just the two of us. It's 5 min walking from the hiking trail and very clean. I will be back

I booked this place because I was hiking up Mount Hua the day after and I was not disappointed. Great service and room, and the hostess was incredibly kind and helpful (especially given the language barrier). She was very helpful in helping me navigate to the mountain and booking a taxi for me when I was ready to leave.

Hotel well situated (about 20-25' walking from the Bell tower), it's inside the walls. By the side (getting out the hotel the next door in the right) there's a very little convenience store, you can have some cup of noodles to eat them with the boiling water of your room. We found nobody in reception when we arrived, we have to ask some customers to help us to find them after some minutes waiting and our room had no towels (that's no problem because we asked for them and they provided). There was no courtesy water like in the others hotels we've been at in this country, the room was dirty, there was an used condom in a drawer as you can see in the picture. The room was ok with air conditioner and good size (the first mattress with springs, not so though as the others) but our room was not with view to the city or the garden as said the reservation but with a window to the alley which we didn't open so the room couldn't breathe fresh air. And a curtain closed to keep privacy if we don't wanted to be seen for all the others guests. No daily cleaning the room service either. Anyway, well located and ok for the price if you don't find used rubber...

Я уверен, что 50% впечатлений от гостинец или хостелов складывается от того, как тебя встретили. Так вот меня встретили очень тепло, и я абсолютно точно рекомендую этот хостел. Я приехал поздно, около 9 вечера, но мне сразу ответили на мои вопросы по восхождению на гору, рассказали про цены и, что самое невероятное, владелец отвёз меня на скутере, чтобы показать место, откуда утром отправляется бесплатный автобус до туристического центра. Думаю, это показатель отношения к гостям. Сам хостел замечательный. Расположение отличное (1 минута ходьбы до остановки с бесплатным автобусом). Очень уютно. Комната просторная. Горячая вода, чайник, удобная кровать, кондиционер. Все банные принадлежности есть. Много места, где просушить вещи. Все мои вопросы (и не только по восхождению на гору) были решены владельцем, за что я ему очень благодарен. Если бы я приехал снова, я бы остановился именно здесь. Желаю процветания и хороших гостей! 來爬華山，這家離遊客中心。房間很大很乾凈，洗澡水很熱，從山上徒步回來洗個熱水澡非常解乏。從火車站到酒店，爬山回來都有車接。特別表揚一下，我們徒步上山，又要玩長空棧道，怕來不及要凌晨4點就出發，小鎮不好打車怎麼都約不到車，抱着試試看的心情給酒店院裏的餐廳打了個電話（房間裏有訂餐電話），結果餐廳二話不説就給聯繫了司機，天還沒亮一大早四點鐘就來送我們，想給司機師傅一些辛苦費，怎麼都不收。特別感動！！！華山真好，下次還來！
