Overall, my stay at this hotel was great. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly. My room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Plus, there was plenty of hot water. The common areas were clean and fresh, and the facilities were well-maintained. Definitely good value for money. There were no hidden costs, which made for a very pleasant stay. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling and I highly recommend it.

We took the high-speed rail from Jingzhou, Hubei to the hotel where we stayed on the first night in Huashan, preparing to climb Huashan the next morning. The hotel is very close to Yuquanyuan, the starting point of the hiking trip, about a five-minute walk away. The shop owner was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the precautions for mountain climbing and told me where to have a cheap breakfast.

Ink Culture Inn deserves an excellent review – the service far exceeded my expectations! The owner is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond, offering station pick-up and drop-off, helping with luggage, booking Huashan tickets, and even providing hiking poles and gloves. The room was huge and spacious, with a fantastic view of Mount Hua right from the window. It's super close to the scenic area. The room facilities were also excellent, clean and hygienic, and there was even a water dispenser with bottled water. The breakfast provided at the inn was also great. The owner makes their own 'saorou mian' (minced pork noodles) and tomato and egg noodles – the bowls are generous and hearty, so you don't need to carry much food when you head up Huashan after eating!

Great location! Right outside the city wall and Forest of Steles Museum, and only a 7-8 minute walk to the Bell and Drum Tower. Plenty of food options nearby too.

I chose to go north and descend west to experience Canglong Ridge. Since I arrived at the scenic area after 12 PM due to the high-speed rail schedule, staying at the Wuyunfeng Hotel for a night turned out to be the smartest decision my child and I made for our Huashan trip. The twin room was very clean and faced east, so we even caught the sunrise in the morning. Plus, the Wuyunfeng Hotel's location is excellent. After climbing Canglong Ridge, we were exhausted by almost 5 PM, and it was perfect to check in right then. We even got a kettle of mountain spring water for our room. We ordered shredded pork with garlic sauce on rice and green beans with eggplant at the hotel; the prices were affordable, and my daughter kept saying how delicious it was. In the evening, we enjoyed a stunning sunset from a prime viewing platform, offering incredible views. We could even look down at Canglong Ridge, which we had just conquered, and gaze at the winding Yellow River and Wei River in the distance – it was truly amazing! At night, we overlooked the myriad lights of Huayin below and looked up at a sky full of stars. My daughter exclaimed, ”I've never seen so many stars before!” I even managed to capture a clear photo of the Big Dipper with my phone. Oh, and the restrooms near the hotel are very clean – probably the cleanest on Huashan, I personally verified this! We rested for a night and woke up refreshed, ready to continue our journey. The next day, we climbed uphill for another hour towards East Peak, which made me even more grateful that we stayed at the Wuyunfeng Hotel. The house was great! The owner was wonderful! Our stay was also very pleasant! We booked two days and canceled one. My excitement was spoiled by the Huashan Scenic Area. I was passing by and wanted to check it out, but on the evening of March 31st, both the official customer service and the trailhead staff replied that the hiking trail was closed, with no announcement of when it would reopen... April 1st, at noon! After driving for four hours, I received the news! The closure would be lifted on April 2nd... Are 5A scenic spots just that careless?

first check in experience was fast and friendly. the family running it are helpful, the rooms are clean,everything works fine. the bed was comfy too. there a supermarket downstairs and more options just a few hundret meters east with more shops and restaurants. generally that location is a bit off, but convenient for taking the train. 2nd part of the checkin process was the police showing up, asking for my passport, as they were not familiar with my permanent resident card. the talk was done within five minutes, leaving them empty handed. this had nothing to do with the hotel, so I'd still recommend it if this location is on your route/you want to get to the nearby station.

The cleanliness of the accommodation was impressive, coupled with the owner's warm hospitality and thoughtful guidance, especially regarding the route to the Terracotta Warriors, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The comfortable mattress and pillows added an extra layer of coziness to our rest.

The room is clean and spacious. The hosts are very friendly. Everything was explained before our hike to Mount Huashan. They gave me a map of the mountain and hiking gloves. They took me right to the entrance of the tourist center. You can order breakfast. I had noodles with egg and tomato, it was very tasty. Номер чистый, просторный. Хозяева очень приветливые. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was also quite large. I found the bed sheets and duvet covers particularly comfortable, unlike the stiff ones you often find in hotels. I didn't get a chance to take photos since I usually returned late at night after sightseeing. The location is very convenient, close to the subway station. It's just two stops to the Bell Tower. It's also very close to attractions. Right outside is the Sajinqiao Food Street, and you can walk about 1 kilometer to the Muslim Quarter. The navigation was a bit tricky to understand, but I found it within 5 minutes. After exiting Qiaozikou (D1) subway station, walk straight, then take the first left into a small street. The guesthouse is in the first alley on your right (opposite a claypot restaurant, with a public toilet at the alley entrance). The owner is incredibly nice! ❤️❤️ Highly recommended!!!
