Bonne expérience dans l’ensemble, la partie commune et cuisine est sympa.
petit point négatif, la chaleur dans les couloirs/espaces douches/wc et l’odeur dans le dortoir.
L’hostel est entouré de café sympa, à 800m du bus et des rues animées.
Pour un rooftop : nous sommes allé au bar Asile. Pour des sushi, dans cette même rue, sur le trottoir d’en face. Si l’attente est trop longue, le rooftop est idéal est idéal pour patienter

This was a wonderful hostel to stay at, and really made me enjoy my stay in Kanazawa. It's right in the middle, beyween the garden, the samurai district and the chaya district, so it was perfect for getting around, and very close to the train station. The people working here are super sweet and they even have some plum wine in the evenings for guests. The staff mainly stays in their sister hostel, however the hostel itself is very secure and the door is always locked. It's always nice for a quick rest as well between wandering, and there's a delicious ramen restaurant a minute walk away.

The beds were well-maintained and clean, which is always a top priority when choosing budget accommodation. Despite the reasonable price point, there was no compromise on basic cleanliness and comfort.
Given the recent earthquake that affected the region, visiting Kanazawa now is more meaningful than ever. By traveling to the area and spending money at local businesses, we can all contribute to the region's recovery. After arriving at Komatsu Airport, it costs 1300 yen to take the airport bus directly to Kanazawa Station. From the Gumen of the Kanazawa Station sign, walk about 150m to the building where the Youth Hostel is located. The Youth Hostel is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator here. It is not convenient to carry large boxes.
The location of the Youth Hostel is very convenient. It is a 3-minute walk to Kanazawa Station. There are various dining and supermarkets in the station. You can walk to the sightseeing areas such as Jinjiang Market, Kenliuyuan, Kanazawa City, 21st Century Art Museum, Dongchawu Street and other sightseeing areas. You can also buy a 1-day bus ticket to visit Kanazawa in the Kanazawa Station sightseeing case.
I stayed in a girls' bed room. The area needs to enter the password. The privacy is very good. There are seven girls' beds. There is a toilet and a shower room for girls. It is clean and comfortable. There is a facial cleanser shower gel conditioner hair dryer. The bed is very spacious, not the bunk bed but the single floor, the space is quite large, there is a locker with a password in the bed, there are slippers, a clean bath towel is provided every day during the stay, and the free network signal is stable. There is also a special tea room in the girls area with a water heater microwave oven. Note that toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided here. Shower room is small and can feel cramped and crowded for tall people. The only problem for me is that the mattress is too soft and I am not very comfortable with it myself.
The public space of the Youth Hostel provides free coffee and tea, and the mixed dormitory area also has a shower room washing area washing machine dryer, which is more complete. This is a good affordable place to stay when traveling alone in Kanazawa, and I have a pleasant time here. Kanazawa is a clean, beautiful, quaint and charming city, and I hope to have the opportunity to visit again.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! Although it's a bit of a walk from Kanazawa Station, the hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants. All the eateries recommended by the official Kanazawa website are within walking distance, and the hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Since taking the bus can be a hassle, I'd recommend walking – it really doesn't take that long, haha!
The hotel environment is also perfectly fine. They don't provide slippers, but since it's a Japanese-style tatami room, you just walk on it directly, so it's no big deal. If you're particular, you can bring your own disposable slippers. Plus, the hotel cleans daily, and even the shoe cabinet is wiped clean!
Just a heads-up: you can't stay in the room during cleaning hours (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM), and check-ins aren't processed then either. You can hang out in the hotel lobby during that time, but honestly, when you're on vacation, shouldn't you be out enjoying yourself instead of waiting around?

I arrived and the staff explain it clearly, and very helpfull. The pod is nice, for me it's quite spacious. If you have a big luggage they have some section to put it in the share room. Shower room and spa located in the B1F, I did the spa, and it's only me, maybe that was awesome quite time. The welcome drink really nice, lounge room is comfortable and accommodating for eating, drinking and working as well. And for women, they provide hair straightener, I cannot use mine because the voltage issue.

SSmithGreat place, wish I would of been able to stay there a few more days. Right close to the walkway. Easy getting to and from downtown. The women there are very helpful. Just explained were I was trying to go and they helped me with the buses.

GGuest UserIt was good to be able to calm down and relax at a reasonable price. The bath was also reserved, and I took a large bus calmly by １ people, and I was tired of work.
I'm also thinking of staying with my family, not work.
