Usui-san, the manager, is an excellent chauffeur, guide, and chef combined. Samegai would be lovely if it hadn’t been raining throughout which made seeing the baikamo flowers rather difficult. Nonetheless we did see the magical fireflies. Oh, Usui-san is a great chef. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Arigato gozaimasu!

We had a great stay here, very clean, the staff was also very friendly and helpful ! The location had an amazing view of the lake as well

TTusimianbaojunThe hotel is on the second floor, and you have to walk through the restaurant to get in and out, which is a little inconvenient, although the restaurant itself is quite nice. Upon check-in, they provide a check-in guide in Chinese, which is generally very clear. The hotel is clean and tidy. There are many comics in the common areas, and you can eat there; it's very quiet. Other toiletries, including combs, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, are provided. Facilities are complete, and you can ask the front desk for locks for large luggage; there's a place to store it. Security is ensured by swiping a card each time you enter and exit. Just a heads-up: they don't clean for consecutive stays. The only downside is that the pillows are too hard, and the upper bunk is a bit stuffy; otherwise, I'm quite satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hostel is in a vallage and it is expected to be for local family or local visitor. The staffs are helpful and try very hard to communicate in English. The facility is fair that water pressure is not enough when 4 people use the public bath at the same time, it also takes a quite of time to produce warm water for showering. Besides, it’s better to have plastic glasses in every room to use.

FFM32The hotel is located within the Biwako Resort area and requires a vehicle. It's a guesthouse, and the staff were very friendly. Since I stayed in a detached house, there was plenty of free parking outside, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and had a private onsen (hot spring bath).

MMandymkmanThe hotel owner is very warm and friendly. The room is very clean. Looking at the Wuhu breakfast, there is another flavor. The hotel bathroom has a heated bathtub. Very advanced experience. I highly recommend everyone to go! 😍
