AAnonymous UserI booked this place because I had some business in Pyeongtaek! It's newly built, so it was very clean and great. The location is very close to Pyeongtaek Station, and there's a convenience store just a second away, so it was super convenient. Haha. The hot water in the room was great, and most importantly, the water pressure was great. The pillows were especially comfortable, so I had a great night's sleep!

The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort and convenience, making it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a good night's rest after long days of exploring. The spacious bathrooms, complete with high-quality toiletries, added a touch of luxury to the experience. The location is another highlight. Situated conveniently near key attractions and transportation, CIMA Hotel is perfect for travelers looking to explore Dongducheon and its surroundings. It's also close to Camp Casey, which makes it an excellent option for military personnel and their families. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, an on-site café, and a well-equipped business center, cater perfectly to both leisure and business travelers. I would highly recommend the CIMA Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hospitable stay in Dongducheon. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

GGuest UserBased on what you have paid for, this hotel provided a safe, clean, comfortable space for overnight stay. They also provide water, hotel water, and tea bags, coffee in the common area. I had a comfortable stay there. They only shortcomings is the check in time is from 6pm.

AAnonymous UserConvenient location about 5 min walk to the subway station and some restaurants around. It is noisy in the room during the afternoon because we hear music from the floor below, maybe a club for elder people. But music stops in the evening. So no more music at night.

GGuest UserSo my review will be a bit complicated. Basically, the issues you read about on other reviews are legitimate, but the staff is very friendly and will do their best to take care of you and respond to any concerns. My first room had a smoke smell, but they moved me to another room which was much better, and also had a bath which I was hoping for with my first room. To be honest, depending on the time of day, the smoke smell can be found in various parts of the hotel. I also had an issue where a glass door on the bathroom was touching the floor and unable to be opened. They fixed this within a few hours. The location is more convenient to travel by bus and then transfer to a subway. It is somewhat outside of Seoul so just be prepared for that. Otherwise, there is good shopping and food nearby without walking very far. I think the fact that a hotel has problems is not bad if they take positive steps to fix it, and they did a good job of that during my trip. Based on that I would consider staying again.
